St. Valentino & His Corpse Army
Hey folks, today is Halloween. I was looking around my music library and found an old Valentine’s Day mix I made, and boy, it’s got some pretty dark stuff in there for that holiday. It’s all about zombies and lady snatching. SO, I thought it would be perfect to unleash this thing on the day of ghouls. It is a mix of some fine songs with a narration of the young Victor Valentine’s life, written by me and voiced expertly by a computer. Follow Victor on his quest to find a woman, crossing the fields of Chick Chick Chick, swimming the sea Fortuna and scaling the cliffs of Gabeldor. Witness his downward spiral into darkness and evil - and hope against hope he comes out the other end with that he most desires. Enjoy!
Check this guy out, his name is Daniel. This is some character design for a game I hope to make with some friends in the future for the mobile devices. For now, I'll keep dressing him up in dandy gear.
Continuing this week of records with another Prescription Strength Hugs release! These are songs that didn't make an EP for one reason or another, usually tone problems or whackiness. You can check out the mounting collection of my tunes at the Bandcamp page!

Season 3 Episode 11 in which a man with hot hands hunts those who exhibit the signs of the stigmata.
This is part of an ongoing project to catalogue the villains from the television series X Files. Check out the others here!
Working on a wedding invitation for best buds. Maybe 30 or so more like this - but not just fish, it’s not a fish wedding, my buds are people. This is a brook trout though.
Hair Evolution. (Actual)
I got a haircut last week and wanted to share that information but every way I tried to it came out pretty lousy and mostly who-caresy. I’ve had many haircuts. Not as many as I should have, and only 3 professional, but that didn’t stop them from defining my body’s image of itself. This is a retrospective of all the major changes. The ! denotes a part side change - this was a big deal for I had, finally, fallen in line with the rest of the Eustice’s part preference. The top right haircut is one I had my mom do after seeing the 1996 Mission Impossible starring Tom Cruise. Proud to see there was never a middle-part but embarrassed by the general bodyhair-confusion that overtook me late in college.
First day in Seattle. Super awesome. Got up extra early on account of the time change and got all the bicycles out of the shipping boxes and ready to ride. Went to the gun range and shot a wide array of 9mm pistols. This manly activity made us realize that doing guy stuff can make you feel less manly if you’re pretty uncomfortable doing it. So then four of us tried to split a cigar but we ended up only making it half way through. I think we redeemed ourselves though, by inventing Bliskey - which is beer and whiskey, naturally. More soon.
Recently I was asked to complete a few videos for a company that makes official information about buildings and construction projects available to the public. Above is the main overview video addressing the problem of blight and how the software addresses it. It was a fun project and I’m pleased with the results. It allowed me to utilize a style that was fun and capable to telling a procedural story.
I took this project through all stages, completing storyboards, illustration, animation, recording voice-over, sound and music.
Legends of Rock #05 - George Harrison
Fab Four week continues with the lead guitarist for the boys from Liverpool. George seemed like a pretty cool guy, and seemed to stay cool for his entire career, which had to be hard. Big props to George.
A quick GIF for the ongoing project that my graphics crew at mTV works on each day - a character or thing Drawn From Memory.
