So far just for my LUQ pain I've had
2 urgent visits
1 online visit
2 ER visits
1 primary visit
2 urine tests
2 Blood Draws
1 IV
2 X-Rays
1 CT scan
2 wrong diagnoses
1 antibiotic that didn't help
And they still don't know what it is. This has been going on for almost a month and it's exhausting. I'm in pain
Elon Musk's N*zi Salute at the Trump Inauguration Rally. The US government will attempt to censor this or shift your perception of it.
You Saw, What You Saw.
Following the ridiculous and inhumane news out of the UK yesterday, two out of the top 3 petitions on the UK parliament petition site relate to trans rights:

Queer đ people đ are đ not đ all đ fucking đ activists đ
Stop quizzing us on queer history and asking us questions we arenât qualified to answer about the world and about politics and about our identities
Stop trying to back us into a corner so you can justify your discrimination on the basis that we donât know what weâre talking about or canât âdefendâ ourselves to you
Stop treating every queer person that stands up and says âI want to be treated like a personâ as if theyâre an activist
Cut that bullshit out
Marginalised people just want to exist and be happy
I donât know everything, and that doesnât make me undeserving of your respect or my human rights you fucker
I donât even owe you the stuff I do know- I still am entitled to basic fucking respect
this is actually insane? i genuinely pray they donât get away with it because itâs beyond messed up
There is a petition imploring the Australian government to take in LGBTQIA+ refugees from the USA. Given the rapidly worsening political situation over there, I want to at least give this a go. I donât have any illusions that it will get through to the people that need to see it but I want to try anyway.
The petition closes in 8 days; if you arenât Australian, please do me a solid and pass this around. Reblog this if you can. Thank you.
tried to vent in a trans space about how, as a trans man whoâs been on T for a long time (over 7 years now), i have noticed that the more i pass as a man, the less welcomed i am in queer spaces unless i go out of my way to feminize myself. and how that sucks! and itâs isolating!!! and it feels horrible to see ppl who used to like you and be close to you drift further and further the more masculine (& therefore more comfortable in urself) u becomeâŚ
only to get ppl replying to me and saying âwell if you dressed more fem then ppl wouldnât be intimidated by you. you signed up for thisâ
iâm sorry but i didnt sign up for social isolation when i transitioned, i signed up for gender euphoria and comfort in myself and my life. and i had hoped that the ppl in my life would be able to see how much joy that brings me and continue to love me.
As Google has worked to overtake the internet, its search algorithm has not just gotten worse. It has been designed to prioritize advertisers and popular pages often times excluding pages and content that better matches your search termsÂ
As a writer in need of information for my stories, I find this unacceptable. As a proponent of availability of information so the populace can actually educate itself, it is unforgivable.
Below is a concise list of useful research sites compiled by Edward Clark over on Facebook. I was familiar with some, but not all of these.

Google is so powerful that it âhidesâ other search systems from us. We just donât know the existence of most of them. Meanwhile, there are still a huge number of excellent searchers in the world who specialize in books, science, other smart information. Keep a list of sites you never heard of.
www.refseek.com - Academic Resource Search. More than a billion sources: encyclopedia, monographies, magazines.
www.worldcat.org - a search for the contents of 20 thousand worldwide libraries. Find out where lies the nearest rare book you need.
https://link.springer.com - access to more than 10 million scientific documents: books, articles, research protocols.
www.bioline.org.br is a library of scientific bioscience journals published in developing countries.
http://repec.org - volunteers from 102 countries have collected almost 4 million publications on economics and related science.
www.science.gov is an American state search engine on 2200+ scientific sites. More than 200 million articles are indexed.
www.pdfdrive.com is the largest website for free download of books in PDF format. Claiming over 225 million names.
www.base-search.net is one of the most powerful researches on academic studies texts. More than 100 million scientific documents, 70% of them are free
To my uk trans people and allies out there.
They told me the nurse was gonna come back in and discharge me. I waited an hour and ten minutes and they still didn't so I left. It's so frustrating I feel forgotten because I'm this young person who "can't be in that much pain".
This is about Sci-Hub. yeah we get it.. gatekeep knowledge and protect the interests of capitalâŚ
