I need everyone in Saint Denis to understand that walking SOMEWHAT WITHIN YOUR VICINITY is in fact NOT the same as physically assaulting you.

Dear Lord, how they hurt me
Hosea, a man who’s willing to face and accept the parts within himself and the realities of the life he’s lived vs Dutch, a man who’s clawing and fighting and resisting; who’s refusing to see the truth even when it’s right in front of him.
Hosea, a man romanticizing the past vs Dutch, a man romanticizing the future.
And their son Arthur— stuck between them in the present, trying to figure out his place in things.
Genuinely this is such a cool concept. Though it certainly isn’t meant to be a horror game, RDR2 does have its fair share of terrifying moments (I still get chills every time I remember my first encounter with the Night Folk)
I would have loved to see Rockstar explore horror more intentionally in a DLC, especially with a focus on Native American legends and cryptid folklore.
Undead Nightmare 2 would have been so good
One of the things that absolutely wrecks me about Charles is the fact he does not see the goodness he brings to others. He talkd about how he feels that he exists to hurt others and to suffer himself, meanwhile John writes that he sees Charles as an "unsurprising pillar of strength," similarly Arthur calls him "the best man I have ever known."
