Shifting back to your OR is easy because you know it’s easy, you know you can’t get stuck.
All reality’s are the same value, one of them isn’t just easier to shift to. You can just as easily shift to your DR as shifitng back to your OR.

shifting is literally so enlightening to me because i've never felt like i belonged in this reality ever since i was a child. i was always craving something... more. now i know why, i was meant to shift, i was never meant to stay in this reality. i get that with LOA i can definitely assume that i belong in this reality but i honestly don't want to. i don't want to stay in this reality any longer. i don't want to force myself to fit in a reality that i know deep down that i do not belong. where i truly belong is in my main drs and drs.

Shifting to be with someone
Shifting to relive ur childhood or ur teenage yrs
Shifting to heal
All these reasons are valid. Don't let anyone tell u that ur reasons are not valid.

There are 3 major lucid dream techniques we will employ during the duration of this challenge. If for whatever reason, you can not do one, that is fine. Just do whichever one you can. All 3 have really good success rates and just doing one is enough, I am just giving options and I know some people like having more to do.
This is arguably one of the most effective and popular lucid dream techniques to exist. The steps are simple:
1. Go to sleep and set an alarm after 5-6 hours. This is to interrupt your REM cycle.
2. Get up and do something for anywhere between 10-60 minutes. During this time, try to think about lucid dreaming, how you're going to lucid dream, etc.
3. Go back to sleep knowing you're going to enter a lucid dream.

(Now two of these are WBTB+recliner chair method posts which is not a lucid dream method but a void state method but I wanted to share to show how powerful WBTB can be and that you can even enter the void state directly using the WBTB method. Since this a lucid dream challenge I will not go into detail about this but you can check out this success story that explains it clearly).
WrILD stands for Writing Induced Lucid Dreaming and as the name suggests, all you need to do is write down your intention on a piece of paper to enter a lucid dream.
You should do it before bed, anywhere between right before to 2 hours before. Just take out a piece of paper and write an affirmation such as "I will lucid dream tonight" 50 to 100 times. It is super important to believe it and know it will come to fruition.

ETILD stands for Eye Twitch Induced Lucid Dream and it is where you mimic the eye twitches you experience during REM sleep to trick your body into REM sleep which you can then use to lucid dream. The steps are simple:
#1: Do 2 cycles of the 4-7-8 breathing method (Imhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8).
#2: Close your eyes and start moving your eyes rapidly left and right, up and down or in a circular motion.
#3: You will start to get lucid dream symptoms and enter a lucid dream.

If you have any issues with any of the above, that's fine. Just do what you can. Ideally here are the steps:
#1: Before going to sleep, do WrILD.
#2: Set an alarm clock for after 5-6 hours so you can do WBTB.
#3: Wake up and stay up for a few minutes and think about lucid dreaming. You can do WrILD again if you want.
#4: Go back to bed and do ETILD.
#5: Enter a lucid dream, stabilize it, and enter the void state through your desired method.
You can definetly employ other methods of your choosing as well. If you get goof results from subliminals, start listening to lucid dream subliminals or if you're an affirm and persist person, go ahead and do that. Make this customizable and effective for you.
Something I would love is if you guys would write down exactly what steps you're going to take and track it on your blogs so that when you succeed, people can know exactly what you did to enter and mimic your steps. i wanted to shift so badly that i stop caring about my life here. i’m not living, i’m just existing.
shifting is a big reason why i’m still alive today but i don’t have a healthy relationship with it. i remember when i gave up on shifting back in 2021 and i attempted to take my own life. i was so hopeless.
five years of shifting and i mini-shifted(?) once. i’ve wasted 5 years of my life to the desire to escape. i could’ve studied and went to college but i didn’t. why would i, when i can just shift? but i couldn’t shift and i wasted my time. shifting never solved my problems, only helped me escape. it didn’t heal my depression, anxiety and ed. it just gave me hope. it was just a distraction from my sad life.
i want to be happy here, i wanna stop wanting to escape. i want to get a life. i’m almost 21 and i’m a mess. my life is a mess.
i’m going to change that. i’m going to appreciate this life and manifest making it better. i’m giving life another chance. i’m going to change myself and my life.
is this giving up on shifting? i don’t know, maybe. i’m forever grateful to know about shifting but i just really need to change the way i view shifting. i need to change my life first but i can’t give up on shifting. i have to shift.

i’m going to start appreciating my life. i’m gonna start living. for most my whole life i was just existing but im gonna change that now.
this shouldn’t be just my “current reality” or “original reality”. this should be a reality that i enjoy.
i’m not gonna wait for shifting just to live, i’m going to live now.

You’ve come so far and im so proud of you! Thank yourself for not giving up, give yourself credit. Even if u do feel like giving up, thats ok, you can always take a break and if this is meant for you then it will simply find you again. Trust. Whats meant for you will always find you. You are where you’re supposed to be. Breathe, and take it one step at a time. Be kind to yourself. And always remember, time doesnt matter, time isnt real. Please dont be worried about the time its taking or “time wasted”. Everything is working out for you<3
