I love your amnesia incident au! May I ask what is Soundwave's reaction towards this incident?
thanks mate!!
so like uhh
scenario time guys
if he was gonna go spy on the Autobots specifically their base (which is where the two DUMBASSES are right now) he'd be kinda baffled that he sees their damn leader with them yeah?
but with him being the "eyes and ears of the decepticons" he could see that his optics are bloody BLUE now, and he acts more like a follower than a leader if you know what I mean
then Soundwave sees that it's Megatronus, but not the courageous and confident gladiator we know him as, because right now it's D-16
I feel like he would want to go see him, but like you know his visor face recorded EVERYTHING then he goes back to the Nemesis shows Starshet the crap and stuffnstuff
so yeah THIS IS JUST A SCENARIO but i feel like its what would happen
Thank you for answering my question, Chancellor. I do agree that it takes alot of precision to work with adventurers, I myself rarely work with my fellow adventurers outside of delving into particularly dangerous tasks that I can't handle alone. The dragons roaming Elsweyr in particular come to mind. I would like to ask what adventurers you prefer to work with. Personally I have no preference, any skill in combat is useful when fighting the dangerous beasts roaming Tamriels wilds. But I wish to know your preference.
Hello Chancellor, I would like to ask what you think of the many adventurers you have encountered over your life, I know I personally have encountered many and worked with more then a few of them.
Adventurers are in their nature like spells.
A couple of years back I've spent several weeks in the Reach, partially for research, partially as a vacation from the Tower politics, partially to clean up something for Moricar. Not the point.
The point is that my (mostly local) companions and I had to get into a set of dwemer ruins preferably undetected, but in the valley in front of us two entire clans decided to have a fight. And that dragged on, as they were on par with each other and wanted to wait until their opponent's defense lapses.
It was summer, so the weather was not on our side - bright, clear air, not anything favoring stealth. So I've decided to help the situation a little and conjure a mist in the entire valley. Now, I am a Battlemage, so things like weather magic I've gained mostly by self-study rather than being actually trained in it. Thus measly mist required my absolute concentration.
It all was fine until I sneezed and then a tornado tore its way through the valley, leaving fleeing panicked Reachmen in its wake. Granted, I am Abnur Tharn, I just put on my best "I meant to do that" face and we went along our way, now that it was free of obstacles.
But the moral of this story is that working with adventurers is like weaving spells. It requires utmost precision. And strong liver.
My concept for Al ghuls in the caped crusader would be this
Image its them first discovering the Lazarus pit and the beginning of the league of assassins he’s actually normal age because it takes place in the 40,s
I have a silly little headcanon that the only reason Gordon knows Batman is Bruce Wayne is because one time, shortly after the Bat and him started working "together" semi-regularly he had to interview Mr. Wayne at a crime scene and when he's done he turns around for a second as he grabs a cig from his pocket. When he goes to offer one to Wayne like he does to everyone, and the Bat, Wayne is just gone.
Gordon spots him a few moments later on the other side of the crime scene
Just, it's still early so the disappearing once done talking to Gordon has become habit but not a conscious one yet that Bruce is aware of and controls. So for a moment he disappeared like he would of if he were in the suit
“Things the Bats accidentally do outside of the suit because they’re so used to doing it in the suit” is one of new favorite tropes. It includes that Jason post the other day about walking differently with/without a 20 lb gun belt around your hips, etc.
Dick: Damian, why are you so thoughtful?
Damian: thinking about how to get revenge on Todd.
Dick [frowning]: for what?
Damian: the bastard gave me a parrot...
Dick: but that's great! I thought you liked animals!
Damian: yes, but he first taught this parrot to say, “Help, I've been turned into a parrot”
[GET REVENGE ON JASON]
OH GOD IT GOT WORSE IT GOT SO MUCH WORSE
Damian absolutely has favorite siblings, he actually goes out of his way to rank them using a method that lets their rank change depending on several different factors.
The first time Dick saw the list he left Gotham for a week to cry because he wasn't even on it and thought Damian was somehow disowning him until Barbara dragged him back to Gotham and made them actually communicate (terrifying, I know.) (It turned out it was just as simple as Dick was that much of a dad to Damian that it genuinely didn't occur to him to lump him in with his siblings)
As of current, the list goes;
Duke
Stephanie
Cass
Jason
Tim
Jarro
The placement of Jason, Cass, Tim and Jarro changes based on what they've done for him that week, how often he's seen them, if they've upset Father or Richard, any failings vigilante-wise, and mainly the idea of 'If they saw this ranking, would I be embarrassed about it?'.
Duke and Steph are permanently in the top two spots, they spots only change depending on how much Damian has seen and talked to them that day.
Patroled with Duke but Steph took him out for milkshakes and to annoy Bruce? Number one spot goes to her.
Duke takes him out for a ride on his motorcycle during his lunch period at school? Number one spot goes to him.
It's very notable that the list dictates his behavior to his siblings. Whoever's in the top spot? He'll let them carry him as if he's a fucked up cat with barely a complaint if they want to. They earned that. Five and below? He is actively pouring sand into their beds.
Steph is vaguely aware of the list but honestly thinks she's near the bottom or something. Tim is hyper-aware of it but doesn't know what the criteria are and keeps getting really competitive trying to get into the top 2 at least once, and he keeps failing miserably.
