I know that I have uploaded this to YouTube already, but let me tell you. When I say this is by far the greatest thing that I have made so far this year...I mean that with every fiber in my being XD I think the thing that sells it for me is the fact that on every platform that I have uploaded this to, Luffy's closeup is the Thumbnail image for it, and I am living for it, lol! I'll probably be trying to post every other day or once a week. Something like that. As of currently, I am trying to figure out a good schedule for streaming as well as posting my art, so yeah. It might be inconsistent upload times for the time being, lol.

A Proper Introduction

This has been up for a while, so allow me to actually shorten this a bit now XD-

Hi! If you don't know me, please just address me as Ducky! Some of the things you'll quickly find out if you stick around on my little piece of the internet (I call it the duck pond-) is that I cosplay, do art (I went to college for animation, but I do tend to draw very slowly at times, lol-) and write. I also stream every Friday, or at least try to. I do have things that do get in the way of my regular posting schedules, so I do apologize if I go weeks on end without streaming or posting gameplay-

For the most part, I do tend to do a lot of art for One Piece. HOWEVER, there are certain fandoms that I will occasionally make art for... unless I'm just posting vent art of some kind. Which is rare, but I do every now and then. (Also, you will catch me making and posting art of my oc x cc shippings because...why not? FREE WILL EXISTS FOR A REASON, SHUSH-) Uhhh...other things to know for fun because why not? :D -I go by she/her -I'm 22, but VERY awkward with talking to everyone -I'm a Gemini! -INFJ with a 9w1 enneagram :3 -I am ALWAYS looking for peeps to do art/cosplay collabs with! So don't be afraid to reach out at anytime to ask to do one! ^v^ -The anxiety levels are over 9,000 (Hence the reason it might feel like I'm ignoring you or most people in general. I just have a hard time with talking to people, but I'm trying to work on it!) -HUGE card and coin collector. I mostly collect One Piece cards, but...have you seen Bisai's art for the different sets? Their art is so pretty!! >w< So, I actually collect to appreciate the art, lol (And am currently looking to try and find someone that could help me learn how to play the game-) -Favorite voice actor is Ian Sinclair. (He does a lot of cool roles :3) -Top five One Piece Characters (In no real order): Thatch, Corazon, Heat, Killer, and Fukaboshi (The rest of Whitebeard's crew is right behind them, lol-) -Oddly enough, I've come to realize that most of my favorite characters over all of the anime and games I'm in are ENFJs, and I don't know how it keeps happening XD Uhhhh...Oh, right! Things to know about my ocs: -Regarding any of my ocs, you are ABSOLUTELY allowed to make fan art for them! I just ask that you tag me in it so that I can reblog it (You better believe I'm going to treat my page like a fridge, AND IT'S BIG ENOUGH TO DISPLAY ALL OF IT!) -All of my current ocs that have completed wikis are posted up on my Wattpad account, so you can go view all of the information on them there. But please do be warned, when I typed their info up in their original documents, a lot of them stretched to about 42 pages? Something like that? So do be warned that you'll be reading for a long while, lol. -My current oc x cc pairings are for One piece only atm. (I'm currently working out a Mouthwashing oc because that game has me in such a bad chokehold currently, it's not even funny XD) Those pairings are: Thatch and Bernice, Heat and Lee, and Rakuyo and Pandora (Tonta is also there, but he's Pandora's son, so...yeah-) -My ask box can be for any of my ocs, or even drawing suggestions. I'm open to anything! :3

And finally...fandoms I'm in! -Hetalia (...this show has had me in a death grip since 2010, shush-) -Creepypasta -Demon Slayer (We can be friends or enemies depending on your views of Gyomei >:3) -Jojo's Bizarre Adventure -Alice in the Country of Hearts (I FEEL LIKE THE VILLAGE CRAZY LADY BEING THE ONLY ONE THAT STILL LOVES THIS FANDOM, PLEASE, IT'S SO GOOD, BLOW IT UP-) -Villainous (And I have to clarify: Cartoon Network Villainous, Not Disney Villainous-) -Tokyo Debunkers -Hazbin Hotel (I have loved the concept since the pilot episode released, though I don't really talk about it that much. Apparently the fandom has a bad rep? Dunno how, I guess I just haven't dipped my toes into the fandom that far yet-) -Obey Me! That's not my Neighbor -The Arcana: Visual Novel -Fnaf: Security Breach -Naruto -My Hero Academia (Again, another fandom that has a bad rep, but I personally just don't mingle with others. AND BEFORE YOU ASK, no, I don't really like a lot of the popular characters. Shoji is actually my favorite out of the whole fandom (What? I like a lot of the roles that Ian Sinclair voices, ok!) -Fire Force (ANOTHER UNDERRATED FANDOM!!) -Mouthwashing (HAVE YOU SEEN THE CHARACTER DESIGN LORE FOR THIS GAME?! And with you peeps knowing me, I'm a HUIGE sucker when it comes to intricate details for character designing!! (I think my oc wikis and their 50 paged documents speak for themselves on that, lol-)) Please be patient, I'm currently working on a chapter directory for Appraise Love since the chapters are really spread out in comparison to a lot of my projects- (Updated as of 2/27/25)

My last thought for tonight (and maybe until the end of the weekend when I start posting my new fanfic for here only-):

Have you ever stopped to think about how the people on the grand line fish? Like, legitimately. Obviously they have to fish in order to survive (and whatever they believe help the people that have allergies to seafood-) but it's funny to stop and think about.

Obviously they can't fly fish since everything is a part of the ocean (unless they're at a lake or pond while visiting an island). And they can't really use worms or power bait/etc., so they'd have to either use massive lures or raw meat.

And with a lot of the aquatic animals there are, you can't really use small fish as bait (for the du-gongs (hopefully I spelt this right from memory) and other animals in that category on the grand line). Even at that, sea kings probably wouldn't bite. So you'd have to use some kind of raw meat and try and fish. It's also funny to think about as well that you'd have to have both an abundance of fishing line to reach the depth that seakings and other fish would be at, as well as use as cannon ball as a weight in order to get down that far.

I guess it's not really THAT interesting unless you're into fishing, lol. (I'm not personally, but my dad is and used to teach me a lot about fishing, lol)

The new upcoming 2025 schedule

Hey, my peeps!

So as we all know, Christmas is just around the corner, and usually with that follows the first of the year. So as I have done on all of my social media platforms, I will be shifting things around a bit and taking a break from social media as a whole until the beginning of next year. Now what does that mean exactly? Well it's simple!

Starting in 2025, I will be starting a new posting schedule. And more specifically, it will be starting the first Monday of 2025. Now granted, I could easily start posting a lot now, but as I've stated before, I have a lot I have planned out, and in order to give me that time to get to my end results, I have to start giving myself the time to do the things that I want to do. And I have a pretty general idea of what I want the schedule to be. So, going into the holiday season, here will be the the new schedule that (I hope) I'll be sticking to.

Monday: I will be starting to post out older (and the new as I finish them) artwork on a more fixed schedule to Patreon first, and then post the rest later on in the week.

Tuesday: I will not be prevalent on social media, but will be using this day to either work on art behind the scenes or writing, depending on which one I fall behind on.

Wednesday: I will be posting old streams up on my gaming/cosplay YouTube channel- that will also be coming with the start of the year- as well as uploading cosplay content.

Thursday: I will be spending Thursdays to mostly check up on all of my social media platforms (respond to everyone/ like comments/ etc.) as well as use Thursdays as my days to do cosplay content.

Fridays: I WILL be streaming more on Fridays. I want to make my art a lot more known, so I'll most likely be streaming most of the time on Fridays. The first half of the day will probably be on Twitch and the second half of the day will be on my art YouTube channel.

Saturdays/Sundays: I will be giving myself days off on these two days. Maybe in the near future if- and when- I can get a shop made up and going, I'll be using these days to make my merch/ art products. but for now, these are just days to relax and work on a current music project me and my brother are planning out.

Again, this may not be the permanent schedule, but I do want to try and stick to it. But until then, please enjoy the rest of the year!

On a lighter note...

Behold, the progress I've made on Bernice and Haruta's lookup figures! :D Obviously, there's nothing new with Bernice, but Haruta one the other hand? Now HE'S gotten some progress made on him!

LOOK AT HIM AND ALL OF HIS TINY FURY!! Obviously I don't have the outfit roughed out quite yet. (But as I said in ym last post, it's a VERY slow boat going through my art at the moment, I'm trying to find the energy and motivation to draw again. Especially since I want to start making progress on Botanical AfterParty! sooner than later-) Anyways, enjoy the progress made! And if these turn out well, I'll probably do the rest of Whitebeards crew. (OH! OH! What if I also did a set of these for Mouthwashing as well!! No one really makes these. And who knows, maybe if I did them for both fandoms, Megahouse might actually see them and decide to make them! How cool would that be to have little lookup figures for Mouthwashing? :D Or even finally give Whitebeard's crew OFFICIAL MERCH!)

Fun holiday head canons I have of Whitebeard's crew

Yes, I know I said that I wasn't going to worry myself with posting on social media for the rest of the year, buuuuuuuttttttt, I actually have one more thing planned out for here in the way of writing, and I really, REALLY wanted to share the head canons I came up with for the oneshot, so yeah. :3| (Again, these are my head canons/ a mix of massively favored head canons (mostly Marco with shiny things and Thatch with Stefan and giving him scraps (this was actually from the Thatch zine on Itch.io. I'll be crediting the author once I get the chance to), Stefan is the canon dog breed he was stated to be from Oda himself.) Please don't attack me for them. They're just the goofy thoughts that go through my head when I draw/ gush about them, lol.) ___________________

-Stefan is allowed to freely greet guests as he sees fit. In the oneshot I'm writing, he is a Great Pyreness that stands at about waist level with the reader. (He’s classified as a lap dog to Whitebeard, so of course he’s a giant dog to everyone else.) Stefan was also a recent addition, so the reader has never really met him since they parted ways long before. (this also results in Namur having to retrieve multiple guests that fell overboard either running scared from Stefan or being tackled by him-)

-In addition, Thatch is also very strict on not giving scraps to Stefan. Does anyone listen to that?...absolutely not. (And not even he does himself, lol.) Thankfully, the dog has manners enough to wait until he's either given scraps or shooed off, and not jump on the table to get them himself.

-None of the ships actually have a christmas tree- unless one of the crew members have one in their personal rooms. There's too many people aboard to have one without it being in the way. So as a fair trade off, each division is allowed to decorate their vicinity on the ship as they and their division all agree on and see fit. (Kitchen is decorated like gingerbread houses (Thatch), the armory is decorated with nutcrackers and poinsettias (Vista), the main deck is with basic garland and wreath pieces (mostly Whitebeard since he prefers more traditional approaches), Rakuyo’s area is deck out in crystal decorations and tinsel (and the same goes for the infirmary, though Marco swears it was the nurses that came to that decision and not him), etc.)

-In addition, each mast had garland wrapped around it, but have odd mismatched ornaments. (Since having an actual Christmas tree would be too hectic, they settled on using the masts instead. And so far, it’s not been a problem since.) The ornaments are made up of trinkets each crew member found as something that represented them and hung that up. The number of ornaments grows every year with each new member they recruit.

-Blameno was deemed ‘Santa Claus’ for the Moby. Why? Because he can hide things in his pockets. No one would would really dare to rip off a fake beard (especially if there were a few crews that attend the party and had kids. That would be trauma to them ;-;). And truthfully, he doesn’t actually mind it, either. It gives him some leverage to mess with people like Ace (Or Rakuyo and Curiel) who’d most likely try snooping early. He never tells when he hides their gifts in his pockets either, and he certainly gets a riot out of hiding something that would keep prying hands away.

-In addition, Kingdew was also assigned to play an ‘elf’. He doesn’t mind since he basically gets to wander around later with Blamenco after everyone’s gone to bed- or passed out from the party- so no one really sees him unless they wake up. (And he gets to laugh at the fact that Haruta is the one that has to dress up as one during story time for the younger kinds...you already know the sass he gets for the days leading up to the party from Haruta.)

-Involving the story, Blenheim, Jozu, and Haruta manage reading to the younger kids at the party. And yes, every year it switches off between Jozu and Blenheim for who actually reads the story. (Haruta just gets stuck as the elf because- in their words- ‘the shoe fits him perfectly’. )

-Something fun to think about that makes me giggle: Thatch, Jozu, and Ace are the only ones aboard that actually still believe in Santa. This also results in a lot of the reason as to why Jozu is usually one of the few in bed first, Thatch makes sure everything is cleaned up before going to bed himself, and Ace usually tries running around throughout the party to make sure everyone is in high spirits (and usually passes out drinking eggnog or stealing his twelfth sugar cookie for the night, lol-) --------- If you have any others, by all means please comment them or keep them going. I'd love to see what other ideas you guys have, lol.

Do you guys have any writing suggestions for a OP fanfic?

I have a couple of stories that I'm posting on Ko-fi, (and I'm trying to figure out AO3 so I can actually upload there, too-) and can't use those plots, and I'm debating on even still working on the winter one shot, but outside of that, I'd like to have an actual story to upload here on the back burner.

I am open to anything, so long as it's not smut right out of the gate. (I'm a sucker for stories with build up, and with how I write, I love paying mind to EVERY detail, so it would have to be an idea I'd be writing on for a while :3)

The one going up on Ko-fi is one that involves cats and getting sucked into the OP universe, and my irl book I'm writing basically is a kid's chapter book, so that involves a school kind of theme (yes. I actually am trying to publish a book. I'm probably going to also be using my Ko-fi to post teaser bits of that story up there to help kind of give it traction-)

Anyways, my point is that I'd like some kind of idea. Ok, I HAVE ideas, I have a whole catalog of them, but my question is if I should just bite the bullet and start writing one to upload here, or if you guys had a preference.

(I have to clarify that the reason I ask is simply for one reason: if you peeps leave it up to me, I'm gonna write an CC x reader where the reader is either insanely strong/buff/more body inclusive that matches my own head canons, or a normie damsel-in-distress. I have no happy medium XD)
