Diamoric Terms (a better worded post, finally)

Hello! About several months back, I posted two seperate posts about Diamoric specific community terms. They weren’t exactly the best worded, so here’s a brand new post for people!

Sapphic communities have butch and fem, (with tomcat and doe being seen used by bi and pan ladies,) Achillean communities have bear and twink (and about a hundred other lovely terms,) so in the spirit of things, I coined peacock, crow, and kiwi.

But Hatch, what do those mean?

The Avian Spectrum, as we can call it, isn’t about body type or masc/fem presentation, its about style presentation. A peacock diamoric would be flashy (bright makeup and haircolors, colorful clothes, or anything flamboyant) and a kiwi diamoric would seem like a librarian (neutral earthy tones, simple and nice clothes, simple.) Crow is in the middle of that, and if you’re really wanting some in-the-middle terms, pigeon is between peacock and crow, and falcon is between crow and kiwi!

A lot of you may remember that my sister passed in 2015 and we were able to afford to bury her thanks to the kindness of community members. My family is quite poor, my father is a disabled veteran and he and my mother are just getting by. My dad was able to buy a small granite marker that the cemetery staff deemed “temporary” about a year ago, and the cemetery staff has REMOVED it, giving us the option of buying a permanent, expensive new one, or leaving her grave as an unmarked pile of dirt, since they also have neglected to plant any grass on her grave. There is an entire facebook page dedicated to airing grievances against the cemeteries in Floyd county that are owned by StoneMor parent company. Even if you can only spare a dollar, please do. We are out of options at this point.

I NEED HELP FOR MY SISTER AND HER SON

My name is Monica. And this is my sister Wiola and her six years old son Jakub.

Two months ago my sister’s husband left with another woman and has move to another country. We don’t know where excacly. He doesn’t pay for anything, he doesn’t send any money. He is a piece of shit. He was homophobic towards me (I’m a lesbian), he cheated on her when she was pregnant. He was always working, not caring about his son. But my sister stayed with him because of the child. Also she had to leave the place they live for the last 9 years because it was bought by his parents and they told her to move out.

She is back now in our parents home where I sill live too. There’s only two small rooms in the house, kitchen and one bathroom. All of this for 5 people now. This is our house:

She wants to find a place to rent because right now she is stuck wth Jakub with me in my small room. She is a kindergarden teacher and her salary is only 900zł. And her son is in the first grade and he doesn’t even have a place to do his homework. My father is an alcoholic with violent tendencies so it’s not good for my nephew to still live here. He is very sensitive and cry realy easly and he has developed eating disorder in the past months. She is going to take legal action against her husband but she needs money for that too. Her lawyer told her that maybe there’s a chance to take the house back. Or at least money for it. I don’t know how else to help her because I’m unemployed at this moment. Please we can’t live like that for much longer. She needs 1400$.
