Every-time Barbara Gordon is drawn with darker lipstick all I can think of is these panels where cass trys to get her to buy black lipstick.

Cass’ comment wormed it’s way into Barbaras brain. She either bought the lipstick herself or Cass bought it for her and she wears it, and either way I love it.
