The relationship was toxic, and years after we broke it off and I started dating my current partner (let's call them Tav, 28) of a few weeks I met one of my best friends, who is my ex-gf's coworker (472 M). He told me my ex found a way to stop my condition from deteriorating but she wants me to blow myself up and take out everything in 24 kilometer blast radius.
