Some small updates to Cosmo's design I've thinking about for a bit, Such as:

Slightly adjusted color pallet

Eyes and jacket are now the same green-ish blue

Multi-color toe-beans!

His tongue is also blue now

Stocking garters now have heart charms matching his collar

Rips in gloves/stocking are optional

also the shorts ey wears also got recolored but I forgot to draw them ;w; (mostly black with purple accents)

As someone who gets to bring joy to others daily on tv, it's been ironic that I don't experience it as much as I'd like. I advocate mental health for all and a part of that is self transparency.
