i usually wear makeup consecutively for shoots + films so thatβs when i use clay masks. for sheet masks, itβs mainly for relaxation

shampoo, rinse
condition my hair & clip it up
wash my body with body scrub + body wash (with beads) & exfoliating gloves
clean every part of my body. (neck, ears, back, underarms, feet, back of your kneesβ¦)
rinse off the body wash and conditioner!

cocoa butter lotion and almond oil
perfume to uphold my signature scent
β‘ skin & hair care:
it removes impurities & build up, and dandruff. with my naturally sensitive scalp and wavy/curly hair, i am constantly bleaching my roots and changing the color of my hair so this is a must.
β‘ my skin care rules:
always, alwayssssss always sunscreen on my face, neck, and hands no matter the season and weather! so many forget the neck and hands too.
alwaysΒ enjoy this moment of pampering. say affirmations, play calming music, wear my silk robe bc iβm literally filming for vogue beauty secrets, complement myself in the mirror on how iβm the most beautiful person ever, iβm smart, kind, gentle, and resilient. iβm proud of myself and i will keep making history.
donβt rub your face roughly (or at all)
never touch your face. only after youβve washed your hands! after i wash my face i refuse to touch anything besides my face towel (thatβs kept out of the bathroom) donβt touch your phone, doorknobs, drawersβ¦ nothing.Β
if youβre applying moisturizer, massaging your face, or wiping off makeup with a cotton pad, always move upwards, never downwards.

here is a post with my skin care recommendations. note that i obvi donβt use all of these products at once. i usually rotate or use specific products depending on the season & weathers, and how iβm feeling.
this all isnβt really necessary for me because of my beauty manifestations but pampering is always a lovely routine i enjoy β‘ and i figured why not make a routine for those who want to know!
itβs essential to properly wind down and mend to your mind & body after a long day of strenuous activities & interactions. always make it a priority to go to sleep with a calm mind.
congratulate yourself for the day you had. yes, this still goes even if it was calm. tell yourself that you did well.
stay off your phone
stretch
make yourself a nice meal and watch a show
do any laundry & preparations for the next day
take a shower. donβt rush. take this time to relax and say affirmations. pretend youβre in a rain forest with sounds if you will.
play classical or calm music while you do your daily skincare routine (face + body)
put on a face mask
lie down and enjoy the stillness.
take out your diary and journal. self reflect on your day. what did you accomplish? what are some things youβll need to do tomorrow? what were your overall emotions and what contributed to them?
read a book while you drink tea. i love lavender & chamomile β‘
meditate. focus on your breathing. let your thoughts pass. meditate on affirmations.
then, sleep. have sweet dreams <3
self-doubt simply doesn't exist within me. no matter how impossible something seems or how hard it will be to achieve I'm always like "okay and?" and then I make it happen. maybe it's bc I have a proven track record of getting what I want but like nothing seems impossible to me. why would I doubt myself? I can have whatever I want, it's that simple. if other people have made it happen, that means it can be done so why would it not be able for me to get it too? no self-doubt. no need for it.
