how some quirks work/feel

Ururaka's quirk drops her blood pressure and sugar, and recovery is a lot of electrolytes and sweets. she has kinda like pots like symptoms because of it, but it gets better as she gains better mastery of her quirk and when she doesn't over use it. When being used her quirk feels like theres a rubber band pulling taught throughout her body, and a building feeling like g forces. (plane taking off or elevator type of thing) Also she always has like a coating of tums in her bag probably but it's ok we won't judge her.

All for one is so hard to describe. It feels like it comes from everywhere at once. Not just your body. The best way i can put it is sitting in a bath close to your body temperature and feeling weightless, but instead of weightless nothing there is SOMETHING. It's a building sensation like flexing a muscle, every muscle, even the ones you can't control. you feel that exertion in your bones. all for one can also fluctuate a lot more with emotion than other quirks, it has a specific attachment to the emotion and physical body of the user, so that would probably vary. Theres something inside the user that tethers the quirk and is very much tangible, this happens with "odd" quirks a lot.

Bakugo has blood pressure problems because of his quirk, though hes very tolerant to it. The sweat he produces slightly lowers his blood pressure when consumed, because of the glycerin and it's pretty easy to ingest it for him just eating.It can cause him to tire easily when he's calm and his blood pressure is lower. He tends to nap and go to bed early (as we know) because of this. His quirk doesn't have much sensation specially, just explosion. idk hold a pop it in your hand and squeeze. If one for all is tethered to it's user bakugo's is the other end of that spectrum, it's an extension of him like anything else, but harder to feel beyond emotion causing him to sweat more.

Shigarki's quirk can be uncomfortable for reasons besides the skin stuff. He often has tingling in his hands, pins and needles almost but almost a different frequency than when a limb's asleep. With he overused his quirk his hands get sore and the feeling intensifies into sharper pains. it gets stronger when all fingers are touching something as well, or most fingers even but to a lesser extent.

Ok this is all I have too the top of my head, some of this is projecting chronic illness or sys stuff but I think it's fun so here :)

he’s very into the aesthetics of divine machinery and 2000s rock. he listened to a lot of post hardcore and alternative bands such as ptv, tdg, evanescence, good charlotte and linkin park

lowkey had an emo phase

he spends a lot of his free time in old arcades tucked away in the cities he walks through. he enjoys just loitering around and imagining what sort of experiences people had in a place that was once bussling but now lay either abandoned or forgotten. he wonders were those people are now

he ruminates. he’s in his head a lot and gets lost in his thoughts. that’s why he keeps himself busy and stays up until he quite literally cannot keep his eyes open anymore.

he has a very strong sense of justice. although twisted.

he really appreciates animals. he wonders how they can be so forgiving and loving despite the evil that surrounds them. he’s envious of them at times.

he knows a stupid amount abt computers.

he enjoys rain because it’s one thing his touch can’t destroy. and he likes the smell.

he comes off as prickly even when he doesn’t mean to he’s just super blunt and has a sad resting face. he’s also probably overly defensive which makes people avoidant in talking to him. but when he’s mean he’s very mean, he will make it obvious he doesn’t like you. he thinks faking emotions to keep the peace is shitty

he’s not super insecure about his appearance he just really hates himself. he hates who he is at his core.

he stopped getting haircuts as a late teen because kurogiri fucked up his cut SO bad and he was absolutely humiliated. never trusted him with scissors ever again

he’s casually suicidal. all throughout any battles his thoughts were always focussed on the new society he’d build and the horizon his comrades would be able to look over. he never saw himself standing with them though. in the back of his mind he knew that he would have to die to get what hw wanted

has prominent eye bags, they’re more reddish than anything. they blend into the scarring surrounding his eyes.

has white lashes and very light and thin eyebrows

has self harm scars on his neck, biceps/shoulders and wrists

his hands are calloused and rough and his knuckles are constantly scraped

bruises easily

he has more moles all over his body, prominently his back

he has extremely expressive eyes. he has a really good poker face but despite that if you look hard enough you’ll always be able to tell his emotions by his eyes.

he’s a naturally gentle person. his destructive tendencies were learnt through afo

his favourite colour is a light magenta/lavender purple but he says it’s black

before his memories came back to him, tomura would occasionally flinch if someone moved their hand near his face for some reason. he never understood why until his fight with redestro

Shigaraki Headcanons because he lives in my head rent free (pay up)

General:

Likes shooty games but they're hard to come by/have smaller fan base in japan. Also games are slightly different, like having quirk/quirkless modes for most PVP based games. Also Pokemon, league.

Also has a game cube, game boy and shitty PC but nothing fancy like a PS5. No way the LOV is supporting his addiction that much.

Compartmentalizes being a villain as a competition/game in and of itself, versus downtime. He tries to have "work life balance" which means sitting alone doing nothing.

Has done a lot of substances but usually doesn't stick with them, he tends to get really bad side effects because he's already in poor physical health in some ways.

He's very strong considering he doesn't drink water. Or eat real food. He likes microwave ramen and chips too much, also soda. Grape, blue raspberry and peach are some of his favorite flavors.

He has given himself piercings that reject right away because of his scratching and lack of aftercare.

He picks at everything, cuticles, dry knuckles, literally just his skin, lips, injuries. His scratching is related to this as well as physical discomfort.

He holds his phone really fucking weird, i'm doing it right now but i obviously cant take a picture. but he can't afford a new one so he holds it with like 2 fingers touching it on each hand and types with one thumb and one index finger.

He doesn't avoid showering just because he's depressed or "too busy gaming" it's also because it hurts his skin, he isn't around people anyway. (or doesn't plan on it)

He pretends to dislike animals but definitely does and just doesn't want to hurt them.

his quirk feels like when your leg is about to fall asleep, as well as aching in his hands. When using it the tingling blood loss feeling gets stronger.

Romantic or sexual:

He will not let you call him Tenko. It doesn't matter how close you are.

Even if he's wearing gloves he won't let you fully hold his hand. He also tends to hold your hand very tight, especially when you get close.

He has a kind of feminine build/chest even though he's muscular. Not like insanely so, but enough to be noticeable when he's undressed.

He get anxious about going out in public because people could "ruin" the date if he was recognized.

Interested in cross dressing but honestly it's probably because he's an egg. Like some flavor of fem non binary probably but will never address that.

Very much a sadomasochist, and a brat who treats everything like game. If he wins he's on top. The one thing he is ok with losing sometimes.
