I'm so sorry about the bad news you received, though. Stuff like that can really wreck you, and sometimes it's like the world is caving in. I might not have the best advice for whatever it is you're going through, but as someone who's faced a few hardships in life, just know that you're not alone. Do what you can to create a support system of people who care for you, and keep in mind to take things at your own pace! Day by day, you'll find that it doesn't necessarily get easier, but that you've gained strength during the ordeal to better handle and process how you feel.

Thank YOU for expressing yourself and saying something kind! That's hard for a lot of people to do, and being vulnerable with your feelings shows a lotta courage! I applaud you, Dear Anon!! Have a lovely day!
