I'm not going to be following anyone's teachings on this, instead I'll be drawing on my own experiences, so sorry if this doesn't exactly match up with what everyone else is saying about this topic.
Also please note that this is my opinion based on my experiences, and so the process may be different for you!
As a community, I genuinely believe that we have manifestation very backwards. We start off by learning that thoughts create your reality, and we go towards self concept to help the thoughts, and affirmations to force your brain to accept it, and then eventually you'll have it and you'll be happy or whatever. This is actually backwards (at least for me, and I hope this helps other Neurodivergent ppl too).
It started with the States talk for me. My eyes kinda opened to a new way of doing things, and let me tell you it's been SO MUCH EASIER to start with having the feeling/ state of mind that you would have if you had what you wanted, because the thoughts progress naturally from there. I'm not saying affirmations don't work, I'm just saying that starting with affirmations is like trying to force your way through a room filled with molasses, and starting with changing you state of mind is like walking through a room full of air in comparison.
Let me be clear: I'm NOT talking about self concept. I'm talking about FEELING and STATES OF MIND. It's not about the affirmations or the self concept, it's about how you approach them and yourself. From what I've noticed within myself, better self concept comes naturally during this process, just like affirmations do. It all starts with your state.
Let me start off by saying that a state is the seed of a manifestation. It's the very beginning point that everything else branches off of. If you start off with a state of lack, for example, you'll constantly be battling thoughts that come from that lack ("where is it? Why is it taking so long? Etc."). However, if you start off with a state of fulfillment, you'll notice that those negative thoughts don't come as often, if at all, and it's much easier to progress when you're not constantly fighting with your own thoughts.
But let's say you don't know what state to start with. That's perfectly fine! All you have to do is choose a state that will affect everything else in the long run. The state is the seed, remember, and the rest of the thoughts you have will branch from that seed, so you have to plant the right one. Write out or think of this sentence, "I desire ___ because it will make me feel ___" now, don't start with the "I desire ___" instead, start with "it will make me feel ___" that's the state you have to start from, that's your seed.
I started with the state of "I want ___ because it will make me feel Happy" so I chose happiness to be the state I tried to be in. It can start out with you consciously entering that state, and as you learn to do that, and keep doing it, you will find that you naturally do it more often because it becomes familiar.
Then the thoughts come! You go from feeling happy, to thinking happy. You know how when you feel sad, you naturally think thoughts that make you feel sad? The same thing happens with positive states! It comes very naturally. The best part about this is, you know exactly where you want to end up ("I desire ___"), and so you start to guide your naturally positive thoughts towards your desires (affirming). You start off with the "I'm happy. I like being happy." And go towards "I'm happy because I have ___, I'm so happy to have ___." Your mind will start to make that connection automatically, and before you know it, you're affirming (thinking about your desires) all the time without having to force it to happen!
The longer you get into the state, the more natural it feels, and the more easily your affirmations will come. As you progress naturally through this process, you will find that you start to believe your affirmations more and more, and you may even start affirming for things you didn't even know you wanted! This is the seed growing and branching out. Your mind naturally creates connections between your thoughts, and so as you continue to affirm and persist in that state, you will start to form very natural connections between how you feel and how you think. This also improves your self concept along the way, because as you think better, you'll believe better about yourself, and your views on the world will change to match your desires!
During this process, the only thing you have to do is return to your desired state and guide your thoughts towards your goals. Instead of battling yourself constantly and struggling to get to where you want to be and doubting all the time, you naturally go towards your desires in your 4D, thus changing your 3D along the way!
In my opinion, this is the way we are meant to go about manifesting. We realize we're feeling bad, and as we start to change that into feeling happy, our thoughts follow us along the way!
At home spa day
Beforehand:
Declutter your space
Light scented candles
Put on a playlist/podcast/audiobook
Pour yourself a drink
Make sure you have all materials within reach
Feet:
Remove old nail polish
Soak feet in a foot bath prepared with salts
Exfoliate & remove death skin
Cut nails
File nails
Take out gunk between nail & skin
Cut cuticles if needed + push them back
Apply a new coat of nail polish
Apply cuticle oil and foot cream
Hands:
Remove old nail polish
File nails in desired shape and length
Apply cutticle remover and push back/cut any cuticles
Buff nails
Apply a new coat of nail polish
Apply cuticle oil and hand cream
Hair:
Latter your hair in a hair oil/mask
Double rinse with first a cleansing and then nourishing shampoo
Apply conditioner to only the ends and rinse
Dry as needed for your hair type
Body:
If you wax, dry exfoliate
Apply baby powder to desired areas
Wax desired areas
If you shave, exfoliate in shower
Shave desired areas
Use body scrub over entire body
Lather yourself in nice smelling soap
Apply anti hair growth serum
Moisturise
Face:
Remove makeup
Cleanse thoroughly
Steam your face
Exfoliate
Pluck/wax eyebrows and any other facial hair
Apply face mask
Rinse
Massage face
Tone
Add serum and any other product needed for your specific skin type/condition
Moisturise
The possibilities are endless💓

Everyone giving u money (like literally if u walk out your house and someone is doing a morning jog or run and they see you they will stop and give u money, like u literally get money from everyone when they see u)

how to manifest
you can manifest however you desire. you like to do x instead of y when you want to assume your desires? then do that. make yourself comfortable, don’t stress. and even if you feel those emotions, it’s fine and completely valid! you’ll always find a way to get your desires. the law always works. it's the LAW! you will get your desires regardless!
simplify the law of assumption as much as you can. don’t overcomplicate it. don’t feel like you need to know everything about it. don’t feel like you need to follow three hundred thousands steps to manifest or that you need to affirm 24/7, script daily, and do a million methods. you don't go to every blogger, youtuber, and coach asking how to manifest, etc. it’s actually super easy to just assume and watch the process unfold instantly. stick to the basics. the basics are all that you need.
here are the basics :
1. think of what you want
2. affirm/visualise you having it already (or do any method that you desire)
3. ignore the 3d (do not give it power: you decide, not the 3d)
4. let the process unfold

okay first realise..realise you have the power to change ANYTHING. its never too late to change your reality. dont think that you’re too “old” and that its late for you. people are in their 40s, 50s, 60s trying to find themselves and their true identity and trying out new hobbies! this idea that life ends when you’re 30 or whatever is such bullshit. you have so much time to change anything you want and nothing is impossible. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.
once you realise that, you can conquer anything. your problems are so small compared to you, because you’re magnificent. in this time of age we do not stop to congratulate ourselves because we are always comparing ourselves to other peoples lives on social media, or our parents are comparing us to other peoples kids. take time to CONGRATULATE YOURSELF for atleast wanting to try doing better for yourself. thats already an achievement and a step closer to achieving your dream life. some of you guys have been through hell and back, yet you’re still here. just congratulate yourself on that, because thats amazing. really.
now..lets start a funeral.
write down or take mental note of all your “bad habits” than can include something simple as procrastinating or idk nail biting. GET RID OF THEM. DECLARE THIS NOW that you will stop doing those habits, these bad habits do not benefit you. now, its pretty easy to cling back onto these “bad habits” so dont even worry about it. if you do it again do not belittle yourself, do not beat yourself up about it omg. literally dont you’re still amazing and hey..maybe you won’t completely get rid of them so start minimising how much you do those so-called bad habits
secondly, the mental glow up
mental glowups are also important aswell as physical glowups. mental glowups really do wonders and can impact your physical appearance!
• don’t beat yourself up when you make a mistake.
i feel like its so normal for us to do this and i think if you were in a household that was not particularly great at emotional wellbeing you would struggle whenever you make mistake cus you would beat yourself up about it, its a tactic we’ve learned to do and its not a very good one.
• treat yourself with kindness.
how you treat a little child under your care, treat your mind and yourself as so. when you feel under pressure, when you feel caught up with everything. take it slow. and realise, you’re amazing and you can get through any obstacle.
• treat yourself like a QUEEN!
honestly, we should all start treating ourselves like the beautiful people we are?? like yeah i woke up messy hair and all but i am still beautiful. i am still shockingly pretty and i rock any hairdo.
• prioritise yourself. stop prioritising others.
now dont get me wrong, when the moment is right you can put others before yourself..BUT NOT ALL THE DAMN TIME! treat yourself, love yourself and prioritise yourself.
thirdly, the PHYSICAL GLOWUP!
now whatever you want to look like, visualise, script, command your subconscious or affirm that what you look like is IN YOUR REALITY! and nothing can stop that, literally nothing can. and in the meantime literally just love yourself, congratulate yourself..i mean your physical glowup is here and you look absolutely stunning.
take plenty of selfies cus you’re beautiful.
go outside and hang out with friends PLEASE DO NOT PUT A HAULT ON YOUR LIFE FOR YOUR MANIFESTATIONS.
pretend you’re a celebrity on vogue doing your routine in the bathroom. literally have fun, do hairstyles you wanna try, spend a lil bit of money on skin care + makeup.
NOW..COMBINE EVERYTHING IVE JUST SAID.
okay, now combine everything and just do it, dont be scared. why are you scared? you still have plenty of time to make mistakes and try again, and get your dream life, you still have time to love yourself and gain knowledge of YOU and stuff you like. now..you dont need the “perfect life” i feel like that is being so targeted towards young people nowadays searching for that “perfect life” that builds up so much more pressure, tbh. all you need is stability. become stable and consistent in habits, relationships, your body and your mind. (if u want, u can obvi have ur perfect life hun)

Stop caring what others say or think about you.
They’re thinking about you. You’re doing something right. Take that as a compliment keep it pushing. Don’t let anyone see you sweat. When I was in high school, girls would always tell me how so and so had this and that to say about me. And I don’t even know so and so. I’m sure it was to break me down but I never confronted anyone or threw a fit. I just didn’t care. I’d just think I don’t even know these b*tches’ names, but they’re having conferences about me. It actually boosted my ego and made the girls SICK.
Be seen and not heard.
Women who feel the need to always be the center of attention often lack confidence and couth. This usually results in short lived attention and it’s commonly negative. Women who know how to sit back, observe, and mind their business draw interest appear put more together, and kindle a little jealousy even because many want to be this unbothered woman but can’t because... well, they’re bothered. Some women get offended by the header statement which is understandable in the appropriate setting; no one needs to hear your voice in the grocery store or during class lectures. Also try not to curse so much. Those with vulgar language lack an adequate vocabulary. It’s not classy. Don’t be that loud girl in the morning, already eating hot chips with an Arizona tea in high school.
Don’t take the bait.
It’s inevitable that negativity will meet you. Whether it be physical violence, bullying, immaturity, etc., a woman with class chooses not to be lured into this interaction. A woman who knows she’s top tier knows these encounters can drop her stock, hurt her mind and/or pretty face. Just walk away with a quick read if you must respond. If met with violence, defend yourself and invest in devices of protection. Also, depending on circumstances, take him/her to court. We don’t fight, honey. 💅🏾
Get physical.
Baby, you can just be walking down the street. Get up and move. It’s revitalizing and strengthening. Give your fingers a rest and move your limbs. I personally love jumping jacks to get the blood flowing and cardio is my preferred workout. You’ll become more healthy and look better. You’ll get better sleep also. (luv sleep)
Primp and pamper yourself.
Make yourself pretty. Carry a mirror to remind yourself who you are: your own dream girl. Apply your lipgloss and pout. Fluff your hair in the mirror. There’s nothing wrong with a little vanity. Don’t feel guilty or ridiculous about this. You have a responsibility to make your vessel feel good about herself. You’ve gotta look good to feel good in my humble opinion. Go get your lashes and nails done. Keep up with yourself at home. Walk with one foot in front of the other, head up, shoulders back, hips swaying. Just a strut makes a woman feel amazing.
Set goals and stick to them.
This is the biggest confidence booster I’ve implemented in my life. Figure out what you want to accomplish in life. Outline the necessary steps. Write them and set deadlines. @angeldiscovery has a great post on scripting. Then do the work. Don’t sit on visions or just say “I manifest a luxury home,” girl, work for that. People confuse the phrase “don’t worry about the how” when it comes to manifestation, with not aligning your actions with your wishes. If you want a luxury home, NO, don’t stress about getting from A to Z, but YES, make plans to get from A to B, B to C, and so on and so forth. Make some boss girl moves.

깨우다 (Kaeda/Kkaeuda) in korean means wake up, and I thought it would suit this challenge, as it's a wake up call for all of you, and you'll be waking up with all your desires

So basically, here's what you are going to do, or basically what this challenge consists of

Vaunt for your desires as soon as you wake up, and before you sleep
SATS — before you sleep, imagine yourself waking up with all your desires (Optional: you can listen to this or this while doing this step, and loop it overnight if you'd like)
You can also keep a mini journal, or script online on notepad of how your day went, in the perspective of someone who has their desires (For example, if I wanted to move to Los Angeles, I'd write about my day in the city, and write about places I went, in Los Angeles. It doesn't have to be big, it can even be going to the supermarket or school)
Let go, knowing all your desires are yours and that the 3D will conform no matter what
I manifested my dream life this way, and this is basically my day to day manifestation routine! I did this for maybe 3 to 4 days, and then woke up with a lot of my problems being solved, and living in a different apartment away from my parents and changing schools to a nicer one

hair:
i’m a natural bouncy curl girl. depending on the weather and my time, there’s a good chance I’m wearing my hair in it’s curly state
୨୧ with just a bit of leave in conditioner and and oil on my scalp.
although I love the ease and the natural beauty of my curls, I prefer my hair straightened.
୨୧ I feel I look more mature and sleek that way. it’s also very hot opposed to the sweet soft and innocent look i think my natural hair gives. and oddly, it’s less maintenance but gives the illusion of being higher maintenance.
I used to love my hair bone straight, with my curtain bangs and a part down the middle. but lately my style has been shifting towards bombshell curls on straightened hair with a flipped bang and side part. my hair is pretty long (about an inch past my bra hook) so that gives me room for versatility which I love so I’ll switch it up every now and then
୨୧ my fav styles include: half up half down style (fave omg) or flexi rod set creating loose beach waves on my hair, loose messy bun
fashion:
bougie girl 101!!! is my closet!!
color palette: black, white, gray, pinks (typically soft), lavender and browns/nudes. it enforces my ethereal, hyper girly brand. the color I wear most often has to be BLACK. i swear it is the sexiest color to exist and it makes me look amazing and feel even better.
୨୧ i love one piece bodysuits, again, so sexy on me.
loungewear is very special to me. it takes up more than half of my wardrobe overall. and if styled correctly, it can be worn out
୨୧ one of my fav things to do is finish my head to toe routine and throw on a pair of my victoria’s secret slippers, comfy matching lingerie and a matching lounge set.
i also have MANY fuzzy/faux fur pieces in my collection. these including bags, shoes, tops, etc.
rhinestones are a staple in my closet. i have so many tops that have sassy sayings in rhinestones. one of my favs being my “high maintenance” rhinestones tank top.
animal prints are my SIGNATURE more specifically leopard print; i am a true cheetah girl. i have everything from purses, head accessories, tops, notebooks, etc in cheetah print

makeup:
perfect. i love to look perfect. never too done looking because i hate the cakey, obvious look. i love the soft glam, fresh face routine i use.
i shape my brows by adding short little hairs to my tail going upward on the arch part. i like my brows nice and thin with that meagan good arch. i like them lighter in the front and darker and sharp on the end. i ofc finish my brows off with foundation and a concealer brush.
then i buff a radiant concealer on my eyelids and blend that with the concealer or foundation i used around my brows.
i prime my face with maybelline poreless primer for that soft and blurry skin look.
୨୧ final touches: inner corner highlight, arch highlight, and nose bridge highlight + smooth and bright undereye

i do my own feet, i just don’t trust salons to really get my feet as perfect as possible. they always cut my nails too short or give a WEAK exfoliation. no. i’d rather do it myself.
i don’t believe in white toe supremacy when my hands are another color. i like my nails to match. if my fingers are frenched out so are my toes. but my go to color that i’m wearing most of the time is ‘it’s a girl’ by opi and a matching gel for my hands.
accessories:
hoops r my signature acc. i’m literally recognizable to ppl who don’t even know my name. their the simplest feminine addition to my looks.
either that or diamond studs. i have a pair of heart shaped studs i love.
