i’ve been lowkey suicidal and depressed for the past month and i want a complete life revamp. starting from the ground up and completely LEVELLING UP. where should i start (somethings that are relatively cheap) to start this complete overhaul?? do you have any other advice or tips as well??

Every Morning set your intentions. For an example, “Today I will remain positive no matter what”
“Today I will complete One important task”
“Today I will do something out of my comfort zone”
Every Morning say your gratitude (THIS ACTUALLY CHANGED MY LIFE IN THE SPACE OF 3 MONTHS)
Say what you’re thankful of, roof over your head, hot water, heating, your health, food, clothes on your back etc.... no matter how depressed or sad you feel remind yourself of the good things you have ALWAYS.
- Wake up with the sun
- Have a good deep cleansing shower (I have a feminine energy playlist when I shower)
- Have a Daily skincare Routine
- Deeply moisturise your body
- Do some beauty maintenance I.e pluck brows, paint your nails, deep conditioning your hair
- Drink 2.2 Liters of water daily
- Eat healthier (have more fruits, more vegetables in your meals) please, please, please, drink some green tea
- Workout if you have the time, or even do yoga
- Try your best to avoid sad music.
Someone once told me the lyric you sing is a form of manifestation so make sure the music you’re listening to is something you want to speak into the 3D and if you ever feel sad or depressed try your best to get out of that emotion, I personal stand up comedy and boom I’m back. I 1000% recommended Dave Chappelle
Detox all the toxic people in your life!! You need people in your circle that want to see you win!
Types of people to keep
- Someone that motivate you & chasing there dreams
- Someone who is loyal
- Someone who have who has an active lifestyles
- Someone that push you out of your comfort zone
- Someone who is emotionally and financially stabled
Remember your circles says a lot about you. These are type of people that will bring balance back into your life
What monthly or yearly goals do you have? Wake up with a purpose and spend each day getting closer to your goal. For an example, if you want your dream job. Research what experience you need for that role and each day set yourself a task to get closer and closer to it.
THE BEST LEVEL UP IS TO BE EMOTIONALLY, PHYSICALLY, SPIRITUALLY AND FINANCIALLY STABLED
how to visualize your desires easily:
here’s your daily reminder to visualize the person you want to and will become as soon as you wake up and as soon as you’re about to sleep.
you can do this process through using the 17 second method (steps listed below), guided visualization meditations, or whatever aligns with you.
the 17 second method:
“maintain a thought in your mind for 17 seconds, you can stimulate its energy vibrations. Going further, if you can hold on to the same thought for 68 seconds, the vibrations will rise dramatically and get amplified enough to manifest the thought”
steps:
1. set the mind on a positive note (i recommend listening to affirmations or sound healing to do so)
2. choose what you want to manifest. if you are a beginner, it may be easier to focus on one manifestation at a time.
3. think about the goal you want to manifest for 17 seconds. try to not let your mind wonder, if it does, be gentle with yourself. it is 100% okay!
4. when the 17 second alarm goes off, turn your attention back to your goal. now set a timer for 51 seconds. continue to focus on a sequence of thoughts related to your goal for 51 seconds.
5. let it go. remember: manifestation is a butterfly.
