How To Be Rid Of Evil Eye

“Should you find yourself in a situation where you think the evil eye has been placed on a loved one, try the following folk remedy. Take a small amount of olive oil to your ancestor altar. Pray that they will conjure any evil eye that may have been placed on your loved one intentionally or unintentionally into the oil.

Place a dish of water over the victim’s head and add some of the oil drop by drop. Look at the patterns it forms. Do any of them look like eyes? (They will jump right out at you if they’re there.) Prick any eyes that you see in the oil with a pin or cut them with scissors. When you’re done, dump the water and oil down the toilet.”

- Excerpt from: "Honoring Your Ancestors: A Guide to Ancestral Veneration" by Mallorie Vaudoise.

Road-Opening Blessing

For those who want to receive it:

Whatever energy may have crossed you that was not cosmically justified or for your benefit, may it be rebuked and banished. If it was cosmically justified, may you heal from the experiences, and learn from the lessons therein. May your character improve.

Whatever blocked your blessings that was not of you, nor in alignment with your higher self, may they be rebuked and sent back, unable to return to you or yours.

Whatever pain and suffering that is not yours that you may have been carrying within you, may it be released for healing elsewhere.

Whatever feelings of hurt, betrayal, worthlessness or defeat you may have been carrying with you, may you have a safe place to acknowledge them. Whatever illness you may be carrying that can be relieved through this work, may they be gently removed.

Whatever difficulties you may have experienced and now walk in fear of, may your fear be dissolved, so that you may walk your road with confidence and peace of mind.

Whatever past grudges or negativity you may have been carrying with you, may they be released. Whatever envy, jealousy or spite you may have been holding within you, may that be released also, and may you be blessed with self-recognition of your own value.

Whatever harsh lessons you may have learned, or may have needed to learn (s/o Maryam Hasnaa), may you forgive yourself for having those experiences.

These words will not return void, nor will they be transmuted, altered, slowed or blocked for those who accept this blessing.

how romanticizing everything changed my life

How Romanticizing Everything Changed My Life

- i started to feel beautiful every day. i fell in love with my features and stopped having desires to make changes such as surgery, extensions etc.

- my personality improved drastically. i’m a fun loving girl that enjoys making people laugh and feel good about themselves, and people gravitate towards me for it

- my limiting beliefs decreased immensely. gone were the days of thinking someone else was better suited for the thing i wanted to do, i’m the perfect girl for the job

- i stopped letting what people could *possibly* think about me, hinder me. i can’t read minds. i don’t know what anyone truly thinks….so i’m not going to attempt to

- i finally cultivated a personal style that makes me feel gorgeous. i wear what makes me feel most comfortable and cute!

- i became better at prioritizing rest and relaxation. getting my brows threaded, getting pedicures, watching movies, taking naps. i feel guilt free doing all of those things. i love putting in work, but i need my body to be a well oiled machine in order to really get it all done.

- i let go of the idea that i needed to *act* a certain way be feminine. yes i love pink. do i NEED to wear pink to be feminine? of course not. the things i wear are just outward expressions of my innate femininity. they are not the source of it.

Overnight Notebook Manifestation Challenge

I want you to get out a notebook. An empty notebook if possible cause you’re going to need space.

1. I want you to write out your old story. I want you to write out how it makes you feel, your regrets, your doubts - ANYTHING. Literally anything about the law of assumption, failure, fears.

2. I want you to write about discovering the law of assumption and everything you know about it.

3. I want you to write out your rules of manifestation. How long does it take you to get into the void? How fast do you receive your desires? How does manifestation work for you?

4. I want you to write out your new story. Talk about the things you’ve manifested, revised, etc. Talk all about your power, your perfect self-concept, etc. How everything always goes right for you.

5. I want you to go to sleep knowing that step 1 has been revised from your past. That step 4 is your new reality.

Now, close that, by now, probably full notebook. Thank yourself for giving yourself your desires. Know that you have them.

If you’re still having doubts I want you to go back to step 1 then reread and add to the other steps. Repeat this until you’re so firm in the state of knowing that nothing can shake your confidence.

Don’t log onto tumblr, YouTube, instagram, or wherever you go first for content when you’re finished. If you feel the urge to - REPEAT step 1 and reread and add to the others.

6. Wake up with your desires. Every single last one of them.

Changing an assumption does not take time if you’re honest to yourself about your underlying feelings and assumptions.

Feel free to send me your results. Mind you, this challenge is for overnight manifestation results. Don’t start going to ifs, whats, and buts. Don’t say “well if I wake up w/o my desire I’ll just persist-“ No baby, you HAVE your desires. 4D and 3D. You have them. Don’t sabotage yourself by leaving an opening for failure.

You got this, baby!

No one else cares for your success, so you have to care. You have to force yourself to get up early, you have to force yourself to turn your phone off and revise, you have to force yourself to workout, you have to care for the whole world because no one else cares until they start seeing results. And they won’t ever see your results if you don’t care enough first. It’s your life, they are your goals, your dreams, it will be your success but it has to be your effort and your work first and foremost x

How to Smell Dreamy (Body Care Tips + Routine)

One of my Dream Girl goals is to get more invested in body care; a huge part of that is learning how to make my body smell good! (fragrance wise) I feel like I've finally cracked the code for myself, and I'm ready to share it!

How To Smell Dreamy (Body Care Tips + Routine)

In Shower

Washing order:

♡ face ♡ feminine area ♡ hair ♡ body (arms, legs, stomach, back)

♡ bum

♡feet

Face and Feminine Area

Your face and feminine area are the two most sensitive parts of your body, which is why they should be cleansed first. Cleanse your face first to avoid getting any unwanted body care products on your face.

How To Smell Dreamy (Body Care Tips + Routine)

Next, your Feminine area. Your feminine has a lot of hidden creases; if it's not cleansed properly, you can get buildup around your "inner lips" (labia minora) which will cause odor.

♡ Take a wet Q-tip and clean your "inner lips" and clitoris. If needed, use a hand mirror to make sure you're removing any possible build-up.

♡ After you are done (with clean hands) wash the entire area. DO NOT wash inside of the hole, and DON'T use a fragrance wash. Simply using warm water is the best option, but if you feel more comfortable using a wash, my favorites are the Unscented and Peppermint Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap and Honey Pot's foam wash.

Tip: If you are experiencing a slight odor, wash with diluted apple cider vinegar to help balance your PH.

Hair

Hair products and the buildup from your hair can cause breakouts. Wash your hair first, so then you can make sure everything is rinsed and cleansed off after.

How To Smell Dreamy (Body Care Tips + Routine)

Cleaning Body

♡ Start by washing your entire body with SOAP. Girlies... Dove is not soap. Dove is a "moisturizing beauty bar with a mild cleanser." Which mild is okay for washing your face, but not your body, in my opinion.

Of course, use what you want, but I suggest at least mixing it with soap. As always, I recommend Dr.Bronners Soap.

- Use an exfoliating cloth to clean your back. This will help get those hard-to-reach places and prevent/clear any bacne.

- Don't forget to wash behind your ears, your neck, and your belly button.

How To Smell Dreamy (Body Care Tips + Routine)

♡ Now exfoliate. You should exfoliate once or twice a week. DON'T use sugar scrubs!! Super unsanitary. I don't know much about chemical exfoliants, but I am currently using Soap and Glory: Scrub of your life - and I'm obsessed.

- Exfoliate your neck, arms, shoulder, (bum) cheeks, and legs. You can also exfoliate your armpits, but DO NOT exfoliate your armpits on shaving day.

Making body smell good (the fun part!)

♡ Use products with strong scents. I personally find that creamy body washes have stronger and lasting scents.

♡ Apply products directly to the skin to prevent them from absorbing too much into what you're using to wash.

♡ Layer your products - use products with the same notes.

♡ DO NOT immediately wash the products off - let it sit for at least 2-5 minutes, so the scent can stick to your skin.

Bum And Feet

♡ Use your washcloth to clean your bum last since it holds the most bacteria. I like mixing soap and Vagisil.

♡ Lastly, your feet. Use a foot brush and callus remover.

- DON'T use the same washcloth for days - Washcloths should be put in the laundry after every use.

How To Smell Dreamy (Body Care Tips + Routine)

Out of Shower

♡ (With clean hands) apply face products.

♡ Apply your scented lotion to damp skin, so it will absorb into your skin.

- Mix your lotion with perfume oil for an even stronger and lasting scent!

♡ Apply Deodorant - If you are a sweaty girl, use dry spray deodorant and apply it to all of your problem areas.

♡ Apply perfume to pulse points - Put vaseline on pulse points first and DON'T rub in the perfume.

♡ Get Dressed and then apply a generous amount of (matching) body mist all over your body.

How To Smell Dreamy (Body Care Tips + Routine)

Now you should be feeling good and smelling dreamy!

Thanks for reading

xoxo

CUTTING UNWANTED CORDS

Speak it boldly and believe it fully.

I, (state your full name) release, free and discharge myself fully from all previous emotional, spiritual and physical connections, promises, contracts, soul ties partnerships, relationships, curses or spells, agreements and generational bondage, that no longer serve and nourish my higher self and highest purpose. Today I am free, and restored with love and compassion, I am now aligned with the light and divine power from the source energy that created me. I will now be and can be the best me.
