Unlike some people, I think you can listen to Protocol first since there haven't been any real spoilers, but I'd suggest listening to TMA eventually anyways. It's a very different listening experience, especially at the start. Much more slower paced.
[I have not heard Archives. No spoilers please. Everything from Archives I do know is vague random spoilers and nothing directly specific.]
I wanna mention here that I have no idea who these new names are for this week’s episode, and I’m excited about not knowing. I’m kinda glad Jon and Martin aren’t our main connecting point to the Magnus Institute cause I have some vague spoilers about that.
I think their deaths are very likely a coverup by The Magnus Institute, because they died 20 years ago at around the same time as the Institute burning down. (Likely The Institute stuck them in FR3-D1 with Jonah or whoever)
I definitely think that no matter what happens with Celia/Sam following the Institute, Alice cannot knowingly ignore the plot any longer considering the tape recorder is what made her and Gwen unite.
Brace yourself, [Error!]. These women are about to crush you and die tragically at your hand.
Why does the anime samurai have the most the most unhinged songs?

FUCK YOU WITHIN THE WIRES SEASON ONE EPISODE ONE!!!
I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO LISTEN TO A CHILL HORROR PODCAST BEFORE I WENT TO BED BUT THEN THIS SHIT SOME HOW MANGES TO FREAK ME OUT MORE THEN ANYTHING I'VE EVER HEARD OR SEEN BEFORE
WHAT THE FUCK
I WAS ACTUALLY HOLDING MY BREATH TO AVOID THE BRAINWASHING
Horror does not get me but for some reason this did.
As of typing this I'm not even finished with episode one.
Edit: Uh......I got further into the episode. Why am I getting killed by a child??? What the actual hell???? Who wrote this? Who can I blame for this? I hate it. It's great but I hate it. My shoulder actually hurts after listening to this.
character.ai scares the shit out of me for a lot of reasons. I wrote a whole essay in my English Comp class on why it's bad, not just from a generative ai perspective but from a soical perspective as well. Some people (I won't say all but a scary amount) use it as a replacement for actual human interaction. If you want to roleplay, go out there and make real human connections. This is why online communities exist. I know it might be frightening, but it's worth it!
Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

i'm not seeing any posts about it here yet, but they solved the silas birchtree riddle on reddit and there's some pretty juicy lore! first, entering "paranoid" backwards nets this conspiracy board:
then, from the black letters in the corners of some of the pages people pieced together the code "connect the dots", backwards again, gets a whopping 12 page chapter about the ciphertology cult! it's...something.
so in summary, bill puppeted a guy's corpse, became a cult leader, seemingly married over a hundred people, mass-possessed his followers, tried to get them to build his portal. his lone dissenter was a spinster who made anti-bill chick tracts and started a fire. a waco-style shootout ensued, killing silas' already-rotting corpse a second time in a disturbingly detailed manner. at some point he made some of his followers drink the kool-aid too.
entering the lady's name, emmaline butternubbins, into the computer finally gets you the reward for solving all the riddles: hd wallpapers of various graphics from the book of bill. but frankly this is more interesting and fucked up to me.

"Have you ever heard of Orchard Lake, Kansas? Chances are you haven't. It was erased from every map, book, and historical record, and the US Government's official position on it is "stop calling us or we'll send a drone to your house." (I learned this the hard way.) But if you drive to the exact latitude and longitude of you'll see bullet casings, faded billboards, and bow ties strewn across the desert sands.
That's because Orchard Lake had another name before it was wiped off the record: BillVille.

As a historian of esoteric religions, I thought I'd discovered the strangest sects America had yct to offer (see "Chapter 3: Kevin's Gate") but that all changed when I found the following items tucked away in an old trunk in an estate sale on the out- skirts of Bootstrap, Missouri."]
My profile picture. I made it for a challenge about a year ago, and I really think it represents me.
I think I get the appeal of crack ships now
