From Asagiri’s “Reception of Modern Literature” lecture at Chuo University’s Hakumon Festival. It's quite interesting, so sharing it here. It's confirmed that there'll be more arcs after this one is finished!
How the hell do I tag people? Sorry crabart I want to reply back but don't know how 😭
On an unrelated note, currently working on my OC's for my novel. Trying to figure out how to translate each of their heights. Going slow but steady. Might also be because I am not used to drawing digitally.
...I might have to rewrite my fanfiction from the ground up
Resource for new Bungo Stray Dogs fans so you don't go insane like I did making this lol. Could also be for longtime fans, idk, I'm not new at this point. I just have only watched the anime and read like one novel
Anyways, here's all the story arcs (in narrative chronological order) and which media forms they're in and when those media forms came out -- for the books: not always the official publishing date because sometimes they come out special first before proper printing. My info is up to date as of April 15, 2025 but admittedly mostly taken from the wiki and organized into this!
Now you never have to ask "which came first the manga or the novel?" again lol. Or in the one weird case, the anime movie?
Key:
Blank/White = doesn't have the thing
Green = has the thing
Blue = has the thing and the thing was first
Red = specifically for Azure Apostle because they messed it up that bad with where they put it in the anime
Note: Yep, DEAD APPLE is weird because the movie and the book kind of happened at the same time *insert shrugging noises here idk*
Lmk if the picture is illegible!
Don't mind if I do!
Take a knife or two to complete any tasks you need to finish soon. Reblog to give your mutuals a knife for any group projects you may be working on
Recently saw the phrase "double-blind" in my psych textbook and it made me think of double-black. And then I thought of some more variations, so now i'm making it yall's problem.
I also did a little comic for "double-bind" but I'll post that separately
On twitter I’m seeing dozens of threads from Black activists warning people against burnout, giving all sorts of useful tips about preventing and managing it for the sake of a long-term, sustainable effort.
On tumblr I’m seeing a hell of a lot of young white kids yelling at anyone who actually follows those steps, and acting like burnout is a moral falling rather than a well-proven psychological phenomenon.
Be careful who you get your information from. Don’t let guilt lead you to make choices that will harm both you and the movement.
Shout out to all the Black ppl that can no longer participate directly in the fandom they love because of the stresses of racism 👍🏾 you contain multitudes of value and I'm sorry that the color of your skin and the power of your voice makes people not want to acknowledge that.
Hey, if you have half a minute and care about the LGTBQIA+ community in the EU, I'd suggest you take a look at this initiative to ban conversion therapies in the EU.
1 million people are required to sign, but there's barely 100k. The form takes less than a minute, it only requires your ID, name and surname.
Please, help spread the initiative so that it can reach the goal ASAP!
Feast my lovelies!
