Wyd when 3/8 of the main cast shows up
Monty and Dante core
(not sure if this is accurate anymore blehhhh)
Something I noticed is that the way the main four reacts really shows their personality:
Iris is confused but still aware. When I think of dizzy, I think of confused. Although Iris may be perceived as dumb, she's much more aware than thought of.
Creek is actually attempting to avoid, or postpone the flames. Hes trying to take action, even if the situation SEEMS hopeless or a lost cause.
Leola is very calm, acting somewhat unworried at the situation. This can show how she acts more mature, or is already accepting the situation.
Lucy? This bitch ain't taking this seriously. This could be because she's aware they'll be saved, but it could also be the fact that even in his possible last moments, they want to seem strong.
(sorry if anybody's mischaracterized or this is incorrect I could just be on crack or something)
[Fire crackles, sparkling embers rising toward a grey sky.]
The Witch Lucille raises her head high above the snarling crowd. Burnt at the stake. A fate that felt almost mythical, until the fire finally caught up to her.
‘This is so humiliating,’ Lucy stares at the sky.
[Iris groans in a dizzy haze, Creek strains on his tip toes, trying to evade the fire. Leola remains stoic, unmoving, unchanged.]
‘Am I going to die in these clothes…?’ Lucy huffs. ‘What a bust.’
‘Stay focused.’
‘I think I’m hallucinating, V…’ Lucy giggles to herself, inhaling the smoke between her teeth. ‘I think they’re really gonna get me this time…’
‘You die on MY TERMS, LUCILLE!
NOW WAKE UP!’
I like to imagine that Dante and Monty have two absolutely polar walking speeds. Dante walks like he's going to get shot if he isn't there in the next 2 minutes, even if he's got nowhere to go, and Monty's a mile behind him. So Dante has to spend 5 minutes backtracking to find wherever Monty went.
