Jupp, We're Getting There.

Little update on the sketch:

I kinda have the feeling something's off ... maybe too much hair? Maybe it gets better once I put in some color ...

Some WIP-concept I came up with for an OC. His name is Decay. He is one of the seven guardians from the "In-Between". His left arm is completely covered in decay causing him to slowly dissolve everything he touches. He is also left-handed.

Might be that I also add something more to his design, but for now, I am pretty glad to finally have something I am kind of pleased with 😊

I was lately thinking about, how cool it would be to sing against all of the sanses...

... yeah, I guess I have a new obsession...

(also lately got a little into drawing models for animation and the process of organized drawing is kind of satisfying)

I was sketching a bit and ended up with Cross! (I kind of don't like it entirely, but once drawn on paper there's no undo button 😁, and yeah, I was too lazy to draw hands or even consider coloring it)

Then I was thinking like, hmmm that pose sure seems familiar...

Suddenly I remembered something else I made (and didn't post here yet, whoops):

I know making that animation was PAIN. After I finished, I wanted to move it into the middle of the picture but I was only able to move it frame by frame... After I realized it, it was too late and I tried to save it but in the end that turned out quite well (especially for my first character animation)

Also: It's each time a surprise how much an art style can change. My skellie boys all just got quite taller (and I did the sketch above because I haven't drawn a sans in such a long time, that I was afraid that I unlearned how to. But it's like riding a bike 😁)

Finished it ❤️ I'm going to hang it on the wall somewhere. Turned out amazing.

And I cannot believe I managed to make the paper curl with only colored pencils. (And yes, I used a black marker for the jacket but the paper was curling before already)

Hiii, it's been a long time. A lot going on in real life currently.

I found myself something new to be obsessed with and I am also slowly changing to original art supplies. IDK why, but it's currently more fun to draw on paper than on my tablet.

I doubt that I'll ever start posting frequently.

I was drawing a lot in my sketchbook lately and I came up with this place. Something in between of nothing. That's why I called this the "In-Between"

(I am also working on a concept for the character in the middle, but I first need to figure out how he looks. AND I also want to get a little away from my Undertale content, since I failed AGAIN to transfer my idea in a format I would accept, I do what I can do best: start over.)

I really love how peaceful and silent this place seems. I imagine this place to be a sub-dimension in between worlds. Kind of a connecting point for those who are aware. For that, it doesn't need to have much. I decided anyways to give this dimension a guardian and him a little place to be with a little company. (Birds are cute 😊)

Okay, I stopped working on the previous sketch since something about it was not right. I'm not sure what but it felt weird and I didn't like it.

Instead I moved on to the next one. Sadly, I forgot to make a picture of the sketch before slightly erasing but I wanted to show it nethertheless. So, here's Eijiro in his hero costume

This is Crea, the guardian of creation. I wanted to fit her bubbly and chaotic personality into a design and then this colorful mess got created 😉

The sticks in her hair are actually pencils which she uses to create objects out of nothing. She also likes to chew on these pencils when thinking.

I was looking through my character concepts and found this and thought that he looked cute like this.

(but sadly way too similar to another character. I'm thinking about doing something different with him. And btw. his name is Blake)
