Whatever it was, didn't seem to think that the being was really a threat, so imagine its surprise when something stuck it from behind. Something SHARP that sent the light throughout him flickering.

Then down it floated, like a feather caught on the wind before it landed amongst a patch of grass, the small ball of light shifting awkwardly and turning into the form of a young boy, trying to catch his breath as a shaky hand felt the dagger in his back.

The round ball of bright light floated in front of them, curious and quick before a spark booped Grim on the nose and shot off into the air, a strange otherworldly noise that sounded like laughter coming from it. ( @microscopic-galaxies ) don't have to reply x3 thought it would be amusing to bother Grim

He's immediately on the defensive as this ball of light floats up to him, reflecting in his golden eyes before he's suddenly booped on the nose. The incubus reeling back, sneezing (like a kitten), and growling as the mysterious light floats back up in the sky.

A throwing knife appears in his hand, made of his own shadow, before he flings it in the direction of the light.

Starboy is still young, so he is simply known as 'Star' unless someone names him.

It was a dark and cold night, it would have been much more miserable if not for the clear sky that smiled down at the earth. A million stars shining in the sky and the moon glowing above.

And amongst the chill there had been a gentle voice on the wind, a wish and it summoned something most remarkable.

A warm and hopeful glow crossed the sky, illuminating the dark with yellow light and it came closer and closer and then -

It span madly around the boy, spinning wildly and shooting around with vigour and magic in its wake...
