They should like- dim the lights in airports past 2:00AM or so, I get this would be wildly impractical and costly to be able to do but my eyes need it. Maybe they could just have a guy, with a REAALLY long ladder and just have him slightly unscrew every lightbulb in the building and then reskrew 'em at around 6:00AM for the same effect.
