Okay So He Rarely Posts These Because He’s Humble But I Just Want You To See The Massive Transformation

Okay so he rarely posts these because he’s humble but I just want you to see the massive transformation @eternal-nova has gone through since I’ve known him.

Pic on the left was one he took like a month before we met I think, and the right is recent. He’s a jacked stud and it’s all through consistent, intense hard work and resolve.

He will always be goals for me, not only lookswise, but also in that emotional and mental strength he shows to constantly keep improving.

Improving shoulder function requires improving core strength. This movement tackles both of those areas! Use kettlebells or dumbbells and hold them overhead for 30-45 seconds. I don’t like to use barbells as much because of the more rigid nature of a bar. Make sure your ribs are stacked over your hips so that you’re in a stable position. If you feel yourself losing tension or shaking a lot, you probably went too heavy! Make sure you’re not holding your breath 😜
