You guys, I looked into it and this is legitimate. According to Wikipedia, Nielsen has been a trusted name since the 1920s, first measuring what radio stations people listened to. In the 1950s, they got into television ratings and now they’re measuring the popularity of stuff online. I can’t believe they’re gonna start paying me to watch youtube videos… I’m truly living in 3019

I want a funeral while I'm still living

I want a funeral for the me who's still alive

I want a big cake and pretty flowers and dark clothing

I want my favourite music playing and my favourite people with me

I want a funeral for someone who's still alive.

In some missing sort of way

Because she deserves a funeral filled with dancing and laughter

She deserves a funeral with flags in blue, pink and white

And she deserves to have a funeral, so that I may have a birth.

I want a funeral while I'm still living

I want a memorial for who I was and a concert for who I'll be

And at her funeral I don't want tears or agony or blood relations

At her funeral I want her surrounded not by her life but by her carried on memory

I want a funeral for myself before I became me.

And I want it filled with people I love that she didn't even know

And I want it filled with "thank you for being there" rather than "I miss you"

Because I don't. Not anymore

And I'll never miss her again. And I'll always love her

And I'll show up overdressed with crazy coloured hair and wrinkles

And I'll dance as they lay the dirt. And she will hug me and happily watch herself detach completely from me

Because that's the burial she deserves.

And I want a funeral for the name I used to respond to.

I want a funeral for the person I used to exist as.

Howdy Folks! Today’s house comes to us from Iredell County, North Carolina, and trust me, it is quite a doozy - just in time for Valentines Day, too! If you don’t fall in love with it, I don’t know what to tell you. 

This 5300 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath house, comes in at $625,000, making it more of a bargain than most McMansions usually are, and while the Tudors never came to America, a place that had not yet been “discovered” by the time the Tudors were in power in England, fear not - for all the repression and stuffiness of 15th century Britain can still be found within these darkened doors.

If your house doesn’t constantly give off I AM MARRIED vibes, your spouse might start having indecent thoughts. One must stay vigilant at all times.

Look, hutches are good storage, okay. Sturdy. We as a generation (millennials) need to get back into knickknacks. Minimalism is dead. Long live kitsch.

Honestly, this house is so dark and repressed it makes high school me look like a libertine.

Love is in the air. Also the air is really, really stale in here right now.
