now i will be explaining how you can master sleep and get in ever. single. time.

getting into sleep paralysis is very easy, you just need to wake up in ur rem cycle.

now how to wake up in ur rem cycle? very easy. as humans we mostly sleep for 8 hours everyday.

as you can see on the chart, those are the time’s that you will usually be in ur rem cycle.

by this chart, pick how many hours you want to sleep in order to wake up in ur rem cycle, for ex.

2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours 6, hours.

me personally, i mostly sleep for 4 hours and 30 minutes in order to wake up in my rem cycle (:

waking up in the rem cycle is waking up during a dream, or before ur dream ends!

now how to actually get into sleep paralysis with this! the thing about sleep paralysis ur mind needs to be awake while ur body is asleep. so when you wake up from ur sleep, you have to do something for 10-15 minutes. so when you lay back down you have some type of awareness to latch on to. getting into sleep paralysis is like a meditation, the faster you relax, the faster you get in. when ur attempting sleep paralysis, you can just lay down and focus on some background noise or anything, just don’t fall asleep! and by in 10-15 min or less, you should be in sleep paralysis!!

tips!!

if ur attempting to shift, use shifting subliminal in the back group that you can focus on!

if you want to get out of sleep paralysis, just say you will in ur head, or wiggle ur toes & feet

if you have trouble waking up, put ur phone on the other side of the room before you go to sleep, so when you hear the alarm. you have to get up & turn it off!

what can you do in sleep paralysis?? you can lucid dream, get into the void, shift & astral project!

so if you want to do any of these things you can affirm for ex. “i am pure consciousness” “i am lucid dreaming” “i have shifted” and you would be there in no time!!

why does this works??

so basically in sp, you have full access of ur subconscious mind! i mean full access, because ur left brain is off (ur logical side) and ur right brain is fully on (the creative side)

imo, sleep paralysis is just a deep meditation (: and the gateway to everything!

faq: “is sleep paralysis scary?” no, it’s only scary if you believe it is. and if you see anything that makes you uncomfortable, you can manifest it away!

WARNING : this method is quite powerful, it's not a method on directly entering the void, but it's a method I've perfected to be able to induce the void INSTANTLY under 5 minutes, given by on how to hypnotize yourself.

Please make sure you're ready for this, and you have a clear mind for this, self hypnosis is extremely powerful and if done rightly? It helps immensely, the chances after this to enter the void is 90%, you know what the 10% is for, belief and trust in this method.

Let's start.

The Long Awaited Method : HMM For Self Hypnosis Towards The Void, Enter Under 2min.

Introduction:

This method is something I've stumbled on long before, and I just remembered how it may actually help those with a limit in their mind that does not let them enter the void, first of all, props to the person who make this trance inducing method which is using the magic magnet fingers, and since I'm pairing it with the void, I'll call it Hibiscus's Mind Magnet, or just HMM for short.

This method requires you to sit down somewhere quiet, somewhere with limit sound, does not matter if there's light or not, simply sit somewhere comfortably and I urge you to do a small mini meditation before hand if your mind is crowded, best time to do so is when you wake up.

The steps:

Sit comfortably. (Has to sit)

If having crowded thoughts, meditate for a clearer mind.

Set your suggestion : a suggestion is something you want to stick deep into your subconscious, aka "I always enter the void under 2 minutes."

You can use any other suggestions, this is just for the void I'm explaining now, now that your mind is calm, everything is ready, simply begin by clasping your fingers in front of yourself together and leaving the two index fingers to stick above.

Now, look and focus at the space between those two fingers, okay? Now begin to imagine that ok either sides of your palm, there's two big magnets.

Stare at the space between the fingers, in a moments time when you let go, you see your fingers actually getting pulled subconsciously together like magnets, and eventually you'll feel this sudden pull of your own face towards it, at this point, continue to stare at it UNTIL your indexes hit each other.

Now you begin to realize even your eyelids are tired and droopy, that's the perfect state, now gently lower your hand in your lap and close your eyes, let the fatigue wash over you, you'll feel lightheaded and dizzy, this, is the perfect state called the Trance state.

Begin by saying your suggestion slowly, simply affirming deeply by saying "I always enter the void under 2 minutes." And only use one suggestion please.

When you feel ready, and you feel done, that's when you're done with this trance state, to get out, begin by forcing yourself to focus things around you, the blanket underneath you perhaps, the hands in your lap, and slowly open your eyes again.

Done, you have just hypnotized yourself, and remember, results can show in just one session, but if you're doubtful, it will take more than one session, do this before attempting for the void and simply go on with ANY method of the void, you'll succeed.

Long post ahead!

@premiumbitch I owe u every shit wtf, your method was INSANE?

REMEMBER HOW I TOLD Y'ALL IMMA BE ENTERING THE VOID ON MY BIRTHDAY???? I did it, and guys it's literally the easiest shit idk why some people see it as smth big 💀

I didn't manifest anything, why? Because guess it or not I actually just wanted to be familiar with it, I love how I'm slowly knowing everything is mine, and yesterday I didn't want to manifest anything I just wanted to try the void out especially bc I have been studying sm these days, I wanted a break.

Now I've been eating up that mindset that I'm a master at the void, which let's be obvious, everyone is, they just need to get to the point and slowly realize it, it has to click.

Okay I'm going to stop yapping and fucking get into it 👍🏻, either way, yesterday night, at 1:32 AM or smth, after the day turned 6th April, I got in bed and made myself comfortable, and simply told myself I'll enter the void under 5 minutes, which actually and unsurprisingly, it was the case, I used a standard boring ass method too yk, the one where it's usually always what people do.

On my back, started slow breathing, and i set the intention of keeping myself awake when my body sleeps (best advice I got from idk who it helps sm) and then I let myself sink in the bed for some minutes, like I just laid there, and already I immediately was in the SATs.

So naturally I affirmed for the void, knowing I'm already in there, and mf I slipped in there after two or three minutes of affirming, just saying "I am the void." Or "I am in the void."

I think the reason I actually got out myself or sometimes used to slip in and back, is how I immediately focused on my body signs or anything connected me to myself, so I have a note to myself next time, to allow it naturally happen and focus just on the blackness behind my eyes.

ANYWAYS I STAYED THERE FOR LIKE I THOUGHT 2 OR 3 MINUTES BUT IT WAS A WHOLE WHOPPING 1 HOUR TF, and get that, how did I know it's the void? I just wanted to see stars there and I fucking did 🎀

IMMA GO CRY I FINALLY AM THE CREATER OF MY OWN REALITY.

anyone reading this, babes please don't give up, genuinely don't, I've been in this game for 6 years and I know a lot of people that'll leave for this long, saying they have no patience, girly you can do it if I did, I used to be in SUCH a bad place you can't even imagine, I pulled my shit and started living in the end for 2 months (and no it doesn't take two months, I just was stubborn af and kept slipping in and out my beliefs).

WILDDD but entertaining

SLEEP PARALYSIS IS YOUR BEST FRIEND+ LONG STORYTIME OF HOW I SHIFTED WITH IT ✨

Okay here me out as someone who has been "traumatised" during sleep paralysis ( I felt a hand go up my legs and I was wearing a night dress mind you) it's not actually as scary as you might think.

Because Sleep paralysis is when a person transitions between sleep stages, particularly from REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, during which the body is naturally paralyzed to prevent acting out dreams, into wakefulness.

It is harmless and I'm sorry to say this but those "shadows" that you see are actually a projection of your subconscious mind. What is it that's actually scaring you?

Is something that you should seek to discover or else you might be stuck and keep on waking up every time you feel an intense symptom or feeling. Journal it or whatever method you use and tell yourself that it's all in your head and that you are more powerful than that and most importantly you are safe.

Storytime

Okay so I was planning on doing an awake method and I decided to lay on my back since I sleep when I'm in a comfortable position. Anyway I got my subliminal and started counting. I counted till 100 then I started affirming I felt the usual symptoms; twitching, feeling really hot etc but then nothing was happening and was starting to get impatient. I told myself lemme just count the last time till 50 then I'll just go to sleep because I was also starting to get sleepy. I started counting then when I reached 15 I felt a pressure on my chest like something was pushing me down like aggressively but I told myself that I'm not going to get scared cause I thought I was shifting so I continued counting. I reached around 35 when my eyes opened on its own , I was so excited but when I looked around I was still in my room and I almost crashed out because I was so done atp 😭✋🏽. I tried to move but I couldn't and I could still hear the subliminal that's when I knew that I had sleep paralysis. Since I've never seen any "demons/shadows" I wasn't scared and I thought lemme try shifting to my Dr but I didn't specify which one and it still pisses me off to this day!!!

Anyway I started affirming that, " I'm in my Dr" over n over when suddenly my legs started floating and my eyes like shut themselves and I couldn't open them I started being scared because wth 😭. Anyway I just kept affirming and then I saw flashlights, it was like there were cameras flashing around my eyes . When suddenly everything stopped and my eyes opened by itself.

I noticed that I was in an all white room with white sheets and there was a woman next to me. I sat up because I was confused on which reality I was in and I looked at the woman and saw that it was Aurora ( the singer, I luv her sm😭) she was seated on the bed and was reading a book , she glanced at me and I immediately asked her which building are we in and she looked at me like I was fucking crazy and started saying that my jokes are turning to be pathetic, like huh?!?😭 Y'all I was so offended I had even forgotten that I had shifted for a second. I just decided not to argue with her and I looked outside the window on my left and it looked like the medieval times? I'm not sure and the buildings were like the old times designed . I looked down at myself and I saw that I was white ( I'm mixed) and that's when I was like, "Did I shift to a reality where I'm a white person?"( Oh and I was wearing a grandma nightdress 😭it was cute tho it was in baby pink) Immediately I stood up wanting to like know where the hell I was but then I couldn't move my legs like I couldn't lift them so I was just awkwardly standing there trying to lift them and Aurora sighed saying " How do you expect to walk after the night you just had?"

WHEN I TELL YOU MY JAW WAS ON THE FUCKING FLOOR I LITERALLY SCREAMED AT HER"WHAT?! " and she told me to shut up 😭. Anyway she said that 'he' told her to come up to check on me because I wasn't waking up!!! I was shocked and I just kept thinking " Did I just get fucked a few hours before I shifted here? What if I had shifted in the middle of it?!" My mind was so chaotic and I couldn't even think of anyone that could have been 'him'

Anyway Aurora came and pushed back on the bed telling me that I have to rest because I haven't really slept much but then I started feeling like my body was being pulled down and I knew that I was shifting back and started pleading to Aurora to help me up because I was not sleepy but she insisted and told me to sleep and that she'll be right back and then I woke up here.

I was in shock for like 5 minutes and I couldn't even leave the bed, I was feeling a little disoriented and nauseous, I also noticed that my body had moved positions to me laying on my side.

Hope this motivates you n that you don't need any genetics to shift that's a load of bullshit🚮, your cat can even shift if it could who knows . And this was to also show you that sleep paralysis isn't scary or bad and can actually be useful. I'm still not sure if you can manifest through it but I'll try next time and see✨.

Sleep paralysis method to enter the void

Well first of all this is how I do it now so I thought I'd share it maybe it will work for someone else.

1 Sleep for three or four hours.

2 After turning off the alarm, lie down in any position you like, literally on your back, on your side, or on your stomach, it doesn't matter. Sleep paralysis will come to you even if you are sleeping upside down.

Note: I recommend that you put on headphones and listen to an alarm that goes off every ten or twenty minutes because you might fall back asleep by mistake, so the alarm will wake you up every ten minutes if you sleep. I'm listening to this one up there. ☝️It is also good to stay awake for a quarter of an hour or twenty minutes so that sleep disappears a little, such as going to the bathroom if you need it or just holding the phone and wasting time... I stayed on my phone for a little while because I did not want to get up because the weather is cold 🌚

3 After choosing the position in which you will sleep, try not to move too much. Perhaps after half an hour or twenty minutes, sleep paralysis will come to you.

4 When sleep paralysis comes on, keep saying your favorite affirmations, such as I am in the void, I am pure consciousness, and these are things. Try not to focus on your body when symptoms like floaters, tingling, and lights come on and try to focus on the blackness behind your eyes.

From my own experience, I got the first time sleep paralysis within half an hour suddenly when I was thinking about something random my body started tingling and I knew I was in sleep paralysis so I started saying I am in the void I am in the void, but my problem is that I focus on my body when I start floating and that is why I failed but I am still trying this way until now

Does inducing pure consciousness (or the void) seem complicated? I promise it is EASIER than you think! You just need to understand how your body and mind are working at that moment.

BODY SLEEPS, MIND STAYS AWAKE

The key to everything is this: when the body falls asleep and the mind stays awake, you are in pure consciousness.

Why? Because without an active body, the ego loses power. No limiting thoughts, no fixed identity, just YOU as pure awareness.

HOW TO DO THIS

Do this after you wake up at night (your body is already super relaxed and ready to go back to sleep!)

Lie down and relax, without moving.

Let your body fall asleep, but keep your mind awake. Count in your head or focus on an imaginary point in space. This prevents your mind from following your body into sleep!

If you feel tingling, heaviness, or a feeling of “disconnection” from your body, you’re there!

At this point, simply affirm, “I am pure consciousness” or “I am in the void.”

Boom. Your body is asleep, you are pure consciousness.

You will find yourself in an immense calm and darkness, with no body perception. No weight, no limiting thoughts. Just YOU.

You are in the void. You are consciousness itself.

And from here you can manifest anything instantly!

COMMON MISTAKES AND HOW TO AVOID THEM

✗ Waiting too carefully for the body to fall asleep (the paradox is that the more you wait, the less it happens! It's a bit like when you wait for a message on your cell phone, the more you check the less it arrives, right? haha) ✓ Ignore the body and focus on something neutral (like counting, singing, etc.).

✗Thinking that it's difficult or that it takes a long time. ✓IT'S EASY! The body falls asleep every night, just don't interfere!

✗Being afraid of sleep paralysis. ✓It's not a problem, IT'S YOUR ALLY! If you feel "blocked", it means you did everything right!

♡You don't have to "do" something, you just have to let it happen.The body sleeps every night. You just have to stay present with your mind awake.

That's why it's FAST and EASY.♡

Learning Lucid Dreaming To Reach The Void State

The existence of a brain as powerful as ours opens the door to infinite possibilities. The human mind is extraordinarily complex; we have yet to fully understand its capabilities, and every day we witness brilliant minds and creations.

Dreams take us to an even more astonishing aspect of our minds, offering a vast range of possibilities. In dreams, you can be whoever or whatever you want, experiencing the limits of your imagination, leading us to lucid dreams.

Lucid dreaming is the closest thing to scientific "transcendence." When you develop and refine the ability to have lucid dreams, the possibilities become endless. As someone with experience in lucid dreaming, I can say it’s an extraordinary feeling.

To achieve the ability to lucid dream, there are various methods, but it all begins with questioning reality. "What proves I’m not dreaming right now?" or "Could this be a dream?" are ways to train your brain. It doesn't happen overnight, but the moment you rationally question whether you're dreaming, you’ve already gained awareness. That’s a significant step. From there, you’ll start noticing oddities within the dream or sensations that attempt to simulate real life but verge on strangeness.

Once you achieve awareness within a dream, staying in it becomes another challenge. Your brain will try to wake you up because you’re venturing into territory it hasn’t "simulated." You’ll need to be firm in staying within the dream while remaining conscious. It’s normal to feel your body in bed, but don’t give up — you’re still in the dream. Since you're in a drowsy state, there’s a good chance you’ll enter a trance that allows you to stay a bit longer. Luck also plays a role, and you’ll need focus if you want to transition from the current dream to a desired reality.

The void state can be reached through lucid dreaming, and from there, anything is possible. Your mind is incredible, and you can use it however you want — it just takes practice. You’re in control, so don’t let yourself think otherwise. You can do it.

so in my recent recent success post, i explained that the second time this week when i induced i went in purely for relaxation purposes, i also tell people this a lot in dms when i feel that they are putting the state of pure consciousness on too much of a pedestal. I did make a post about this a year ago but i feel as if im more well versed on this type of thing.

So with any method you are trying to use, whether it be a ten step lucid dream type of thing or a simple “I AM” meditation, it would be much easier if you just removed the intention of manifesting your desires. Tell yourself you’re just inducing for relaxation purposes. Because you are, you have your dream life, there is nothing to do creation is finished, you don’t need to induce for your desires because you already have them you already have them, no need to be afraid of failing when it’s already yours.

So what you’re going to tell yourself is that your dream life doesn’t ride on the inducing of pure consciousness because you already have your life. You would hire cleaners for a house that is squeaky clean, would you? So you’re only inducing for relaxation, to “connect with your god self” or something along those meditative, spiritual lines.

and how does that work in your brain?

you know you already have your desires → you don’t need to anything for them, even inducing pure consciousness → so you’re just going for spiritual purposes or to relax → the state of pure consciousness immediately comes off this pedestal because you don’t NEED it anymore (it's like those manipulative boys who stop being obsessed with a girl when they finally make them their girlfriend because they love the “chase” more) if you don’t NEED it, it takes it off that high pedestal → your desires aren’t riding on this “trip to the void” because you already have them → allows a weight to be lifted off your shoulders → you can finally relax instead of forcing and you can finally properly let go!! → you’ll induce pure consciousness in no time

i really would recommend watching this video and this video, also this one and this one too, and definitely looking at the comments, because they aren’t filled with shifting obsessed people who are SO desperate for a shift (no offence lol). The poster and the comments are filled with normal people who treat the void state for what it is: a form of relaxing meditation. They talk about their void experiences with emotion yet don’t sound so desperate, they’re so casual about it. That’s what you need.

The videos also only explain the void state and how they get in. That’s it. no other stuff. Because you don’t need anything but an explanation and a method.

That’s the type of energy you need to be around. It’s not something super powerful or cool, that is you the void state is a state of pure awareness. It’s just a cool meditation you can do sometimes.

No more manifestation purposes, what are you manifesting? TRICK QUESTION BITCH, it’s NOTHING because there is NOTHING YOU NEED. TO DO. NOTHING. You’re just inducing for relaxation or to “tap in with your inner self” YOU CANT MANIFEST SOMETHING YOU ALREADY HAVE.

Treat your desires like legs, yes i know it sounds weird. You need to realise your desires are not far fetched, they aren’t even desires and were not desires the second you thought about them. They were yours the second you expressed a want for these things because for the millionth time, you’re the god of your reality and what you say goes.

Now when i say “let go”, im not referring to the fact that “you need to let go of the physical world” or “let go of your body” and bla bla bla, I mean you need to let go of the mentality that has been holding you hostage for quite a while

Having the perfect routine isn’t going to make a change unless you have mentally let go of this reality. Having affirmations that you repeat all the time won’t do shit if you don’t let go

Let go of the person who has tried everything and just can’t manage to tap in to the void/induce pure consciousness

Let go of the person who needs to check success stories just to feel something in order to motivate themselves

Let go of the person who likes doomscrolling for motivation when they would already be in their new reality if they tried

Let go of the person who is a failure

Let go of the person who has been trying for months/years to no avail

Let go of the person who needs to go to bloggers, coaches and outside sources and ask questions they damn well know the answer to

Let go of the person who just can’t

It can feel so validating to have these problems because so many people do, and you feel like you can relate to others with these issues and it makes you feel good, it makes you feel validated to reaffirm these problems and have others comfort and coddle you. I know you want advice, you’re frustrated and want to vent. I know you want people to talk to and cry with, because, again, it makes you feel seen and validated. But where is that feeling of validation gonna lead you? to 2026, 2027 even 2028, still saying the same things? still affirming that you’ve been in the community for years and nothing works for you?

You need to let go of that miserable person, you are “I AM” you need to take your consciousness and take your awareness away from that miserable person and shift them to the person who can tap into the “i am” state with ease

shift your awareness to someone who can induce pure consciousness within seconds

to someone who gets whatever they want

to someone who can do all

to someone who doesn’t know the meaning of failure even if it hit them in the face

if you don’t let go you’re never gonna leave, you need to sit with yourself and be honest, have you let go of the person with unfavourable circumstances? have you shifted awareness to the person who is all you want to be, better yet all that you are? You are “I AM”, just decide that you aren’t that person anymore and immediately your consciousness and awareness will shift to who you now are. You can BE anything because you ARE everything.

And as “I AM”, as a god, you can choose where to place your consciousness and where to place your awareness, that’s all shifting is, placing your awareness and consciousness in the reality that is desired, not some huge extravaganza. Shift your awareness to someone who can do all things, and that is who you will be, this law cannot fail.

misery loves company, don’t stay in the club simply because it validates and comforts you, remove yourself and place yourself in that of who you want to be.

You guys need to get out of that complainant mindset. I know and understand that you’re human but what will you get out of complaining? Pure Consciousness AGAIN is just shifting your awareness away from the 3D and shifting your awareness to the 4D. THE 3D is everything you see around you like right now is the 3D. The 4D is YOUR IMAGINATION! IMAGINATION IS THE TRUE REALITY!

The real reason you can’t induce pure consciousness is because you want to:

Focus on time

Wonder when you’ll get “symptoms”

Focus too much on when your body will get that floaty feeling.

Truth be told there isn’t always symptoms, you can induce pure consciousness without having any symptoms. You’ll know you induce pure consciousness when you don’t have your senses anymore (no you’re not dying) The only reason why HALF of the community complains about not inducing pure consciousness because again; YOU FOCUS TOO MUCH ON YOUR BODY. When are you going to learn to trust yourself and let go? It gets so incredibly annoying when i see people still complaining about the most easiest fixable problem, I mentioned the problem before ITS ALWAYS YOU. Now that i’m still typing this i also wanna mention two MORE topics.

RUSHING

DESPERATION

These two things get you nowhere, We know you want your dream life right now but rushing a process and BEING DESPERATE? pathetic. When you rush something you don’t get it and its just like that. You’re not supposed to rush pure consciousness thats literally your failure. For the LAST AND FINAL TIME stop rushing stuff, STOP being desperate! think of this post as a harsh reminder or slap to the face, You guys are taking pure consciousness and acting like a trigonometry problem. USE COMMON SENSE.

ahhhh yes.... the infamous questions in my inbox:

and the reason for your problems came to mind after writing this reminder, especially the "just do what you do without constantly [...] being curious" part. then, suddenly the proverb came to mind, "curiosity killed the cat."

see, one of the problems is that you still want to become pure consciousness while inducing it (your attention is constantly fixated towards the 3d while inducing pure consciousness). you are curious to know when you'll become pure consciousness, and/or if you already are pure consciousness, hence why you constantly check the 3d. hence why you're so focused on the fact that you're still feeling your body. hence why you haven't induced pure consciousness. did i not speak on this before?

obviously the solution to your recurring problem is to stop seeking confirmation from the 3d and to stop worrying about time... i think i've said that a lot. but before you meditate, before you lay down or sit up, be clear of the things that you aren't going to do:

checking your body

being discouraged by time

wondering if you're pure consciousness yet

and be clear of the things you are going to do:

focus on your affirmations regardless

letting your thoughts wander without judgement (if you ever happen to steer aware from affirming)

i wrote this post basically to explain three different states of consciousness. the awake state, sleep state, and pure consciousness. you can't force yourself to become neither.

we all know that we can't force ourselves to sleep, however we can do things that can help us slip into the sleep state. just as we can't force ourselves to sleep, we can't force ourselves to induce pure consciousness. we can do things that can help us slip into the pure state of consciousness, but we can't force our states of consciousness to switch to the other. people may say "delta waves is the cheat-code to enter the void" but it's not. delta waves is a tool, and tools are meant to help us.

aside from that, and for the centillionth time, the void state is not an actual void you're transporting yourself into. it's not a void outside of you, nor a void inside of you. now hear me out again. it is not a void literally inside of you. it is not a place. you're not being transported or travelling anywhere. you're not travelling into your mind. it is simply awareness. what you are aware and not aware of.

when you are pure consciousness, you aren't aware of anything happening in the 3d, cuz your focus was away from the 3d. when we're pure consciousness, our mind is active cuz our focus is only on our thoughts cuz we are thinking, or our focus is only on our daydreams cuz we are daydreaming, or whatever our inner voice (the one you're probably using to read this post) is saying. we are being aware of our 4d.

everything is awareness. whatever you place your awareness (focus) on, will manifest the state of consciousness you'll be experiencing.

when you think of pure consciousness as an actual void that'll manifest all your desires instantly, and not a state of consciousness where you're only aware of your 4d, you will find yourself jumping from method to method, cuz you're seeing pure consciousness for something it's not. you think too highly of a state of consciousness.

when you're awake, is the word 'awake' constantly on your mind before you wake up? do you try your hardest to wake up? do you stress about being able to wake up? do you become anxious by the thought of waking up?

how about when you're asleep? is the word 'sleep' constantly in your mind before you sleep? do you try your hardest to be able to sleep? do you stress about being able to sleep? do you become anxious by the thought of sleeping?

so what's the actual difference with pure consciousness? you can manifest while you're awake, and you can manifest while you're asleep. you can manifest in literally any state of consciousness... so what's the actual difference?

when y'all understand that awake, asleep, and pure consciousness are all on the same level, then you'll realise that all the mental gymnastics y'all like to perform were for nothing. y'all don't see sleeping nor being awake as all that... do the same with pure consciousness.

pure consciousness is a state of consciousness that's induced, not forced. waiting for a shift to the purest state already makes no sense. you're literally waiting for the 3d to "disappear" and for "darkness to engulf you", when the only way for that to occur, is if your awareness is not on the 3d. time included (ofc, unless you assume otherwise ^^).

y'all are too attached to the 3d!

that's a reoccurring problem in the manifesting and pure consciousness community! y'all constantly want movement to happen in the 3d.

y'all are too worried about the 3d, and that's why you're still in the awake state!

awake state: aware of 3d and 4d

purest state: aware of 4d only

when you're inducing pure consciousness, your awareness must only be on the 4d. you shouldn't be wondering about the whens, hows, whats, whys, wheres, and ifs.

waiting for a shift will keep you in the awake state. your state of consciousness will not transition into the purest state, if you're constantly worried or focused on the 3d.

now, the "void" state is extremely easy to induce. as in, there are many ways to induce pure consciousness. however, the main way to induce this state is to detach from what you're experiencing/physically feeling. stop hyperfocusing on your surroundings and how your body feel and be in the moment with your thoughts. the only reason why some of us get "kicked out" of the void state is because our awareness is suddenly placed on our surroundings or our bodies. stay calm. you're literally fine. when you try to feel your body, you will tap out of the state because you're bringing awareness to what you're experiencing/physically feeling. that's why you must stay relaxed and still to stay in this state of consciousness.

relax your body -> focus on the darkness behind your eyelids -> affirm/daydream/think -> pure consciousness

ahh yes... desperation. one of our biggest enemies... followed by impatience... followed by our doubts... and the cycle repeats. but where was this desperation rooted? at the thought of getting all of your desires instantly? at the idea that the void state is hard to achieve, and you must do everything right to "get in" to get your desires? where is your desperation rooted?

and then there's fear....... the biggest enemy here.

what exactly are you scared of? failure? living a new dream life in the outer world? what is making you fearful?

if you're fearful of not being able to induce the void state awake, tht's doubt. if you're fearful of time running out on you, tht's desperation and impatience. fear is the main source of those other feelings you experience. you shouldn't allow fear, to control your actions, cuz you're just holding yourself back. and i know you don't want to be held back, but you keep holding yourself back. you run method to method and you may find yourself circling back to a method, and then you circle back to another method... you keep running away from one of the easiest ways of inducing pure consciousness (the 2nd easiest way is to decide and tht has to do with states/loass, but we're not on tht rn).

how many times do i have to tell you the simple things to do to induce pure consciousness? and how many times y'all gonna ignore and ask for a method and then tell me "i didn't get in 😔"? yall are complicating the void state too much, and it NEEDS to stop!

you can literally induce pure consciousness at this time, but no... you're scared of failure when you actually can't fail. it's either you're focusing on your body, or you're not. it's either you're focusing on time, or you're not.

1. you don’t have to focus it’s not a must, distraction isn’t a bad thing don’t see it as such

yes, you can listen to music if it helps you distract your mind from the 3d, distraction can be a great way to induce pure consciousness, it’s a myth that you need to be focused, if focusing helps you, go for it, if you’re bound to be distracted by your thoughts and imagination, immerse yourself in that.

2. You don’t have to follow bloggers and successor’s methods down to the minute details

yes that persons success story may look so effortless but you don’t have to do it exactly like them

yes that one method may have a million success stories coming from it but you need to understand that all those people did not follow the method EXACTLY, they tweaked some things along the way to make it more natural.

The key common denominator is that they all believed that everything they did was correct. They didn’t sit back up five minutes in to check that one method or that one success story for the hundredth time.

you also do not have to be in a certain position or stay still, scratch that itch, lay on your side or your stomach.

3. You don’t need anything but YOU

methods are cute but a little breathing some “I AM” affirmations and focus/distraction will have you in the void state if you believe it to be so. If you assume a lot of effort is needed, a lot of time is needed then that’s what will happen

you don’t need it to be nighttime, you don’t need a challenge or a method, you don’t need to saturate your mind for the whole day in advance, all you need is you.

4. Intent is instant, everything is effortless

You are the ruler of your reality, what you say goes IMMEDIATELY, if you intend to induce the void state your inner man doesn’t experience time or the 3d so nothing is stoping your inner man from entering the void this second.

If you assume it takes time it will. If you assume you need to be on a “void state journey” of trial and error to induce then you will {if only society didn’t instil a mindset that we need to put in effort to gain a result *deeeeeep sigh*} you don’t need to try and struggle with some challenge for you to result in inducing the void. Assume it’s all instant for you and it will be.

The Void Craze Needs To Stop

I just want to put this out there because I see WAY to many people over complicating a legit meditative state. I have gotten in this state all my life. YOU have gotten in this state all your life. And I’m sick of the void craze!

People in my asks are literally always like “Can I do this… this isn’t working… this and that” and it’s like what is happening? When did all of this even start? Why are we over complicating something apart of US?

You know when you fall asleep while watching a movie, and you are kind of conscious but not really? And you can’t hear the movie anymore? That was the void state. Or when you wake up from sleep and all you remember is a black space? THAT WAS THE VOID STATE TOO!

I’m gonna be telling you guys the OG method on how to get into the void state. This is how many people got in. So ignore the lullaby method, SATS, yoga nidra, let’s talk about the actual method that people use. Let’s go down memory lane.

Lay down and relax your body. Stretch and release tension. Get into a relaxed state.

Breathe in and out. This is very beneficial as breathing in and out slows down your heart, and gets you in the floaty stage. You’ll also feel like you’re in space. You can breathe in and out at your own pace, but I like to do the 444 breathing method. Breathe in on the count of 4, hold for 4 seconds, and release on the count of 4. Focus on the darkness behind your eyes. Do you see swirls and colors? Observe.

Once you’re in that floaty stage, affirm your favorite void affirmations like “I am pure consciousness, I am in the void state” you can use as many affirmations as you want.

In some minutes you’ll be in the void state. You’ll know when you feel happy and blissful, and you can’t feel or hear anything. This isn’t scary at ALL. It’s your home and you’ll feel like you’re in space.

See guys? This is so easy and it’s just deep relaxation! You don’t need void concepts or a void challenge. We make them to help you stop putting it on a pedestal, but even if you do, you just need to relax no matter what your mindset is. I’ve seen people who have gotten physically ill because they were so obsessed with the void. Please, just relax, affirm, breathe.

just for anyone wondering (life update)

no, i did not shift on that thursday. no, i'm not angry in the slightest. i unfortunately had to face one of my extreme fears (heights) because we were going on a trip to ZA the 26th. i failed every single time after thursday, but i wasn't bothered a bit! the two plane rides were much more underwhelming than i thought, and i managed to stay positive throughout the beginning of my trip when i felt most out of place!

i would get that feeling like "oh my god i want out", "this isn't where i wanna be", "i don't wanna live this life", and immediately i would remind myself i could shift! it was like those negative thoughts didn't affect me anymore.

anyway by this point in my recap it's a happy new year! even though that day i was so drained and sad (i had just lost a friend in my shifting friendgroup who turned out be an awful person). now the next 3 days are just bringing back the bond i had with my other 7 friends and just having a ton of fun. and now, we make it to today! the day i realized i had no reason to be upset about how i had failed my attempt at manifesting my dream life, despite being extremely motivated and all the circumstances being perfect. (i even wore my most comfy pjs 😭)

i was helping one of my friends by introducing her to shiftblr (someone from the shifting fg) and i put her on to a lucid dreaming method that u could use to enter the void state. she'd also entered the void state once before which was nice. anyway i'm kinda yapping this part doesn't really matter but the method does! i had another shifting realization that took me an INSANE amount of time to realize.

i was way too obsessed with my first official experience being perfect.

and how do i know this?

i refused to believe that i could shift on my period.

i also refused to try to shift when i got sick.

i thought if i was sad i couldn't shift.

i was obsessed with awake methods and i thought if i moved or scratched an itch i would be taken out of the trance (this hardened into reality unfortunately)

you see the issue? and i think what makes it even worse is that i KNEW none of this played a role in whether i could shift or not. when i would help baby shifters i would tell them they could feel any way they wanted, they could move anytime they wanted, hell, one of the first shifting experiences i'd seen someone put in a tiktok comment section involved her shifting to escape her period cramps! (she was already on it)

now! what does this have to do with the lucid dreaming method i spoke to my dearest friend about? with lucid dreaming, we know this but i'ma say it again. you are already not aware of your cr. you dont need to do extra steps, you don't need to be extremely relaxed, you don't need to affirm until you fall asleep or any of that! even the method i planned to use that i said was really gonna get me this time, is still harder than simply lucid dreaming! i was worried about all these variables, when i completely forgot that the lucid dreaming method is the ultimate lazy method of all time! i could lucid dream while being sad, on my period, sick, and after moving around a lot! you wanna know how i know? take this morning for example.

today jan 5th, i woke up at 4am and stayed up till somewhere around 9. i was watching one of my comfort movies (bratz, specifically the live action), and talking and giggling with that same shifting fg on discord. i made ramen for myself and had a brief interaction with my mom. i finished the whole movie and realized how tired i was, and went back to bed. now the wbtb method is usually for 10-50 minutes, and you're not meant to use screens. i was awake for nearly 6 HOURS, and by then the wbtb method is null and i'm just awake. i didn't intend to do anything besides sleep, and i had a vivid dream at first, but then i had a false awakening and started realizing what was going on. i don't really feel like explaining the full details of my dream, but know that at some point i realize "wait... i could use this to-" and i cut myself off with a brief "nah" and decided to kill the creature in my room (it was probably gonna become a lucid nightmare).

i'd completely forgotten i naturally have vivid dreams and lucid dreams! and that singular conscious thought helped me take control of my dream. if it isn't obvious by now, i tend to overlook and underlook and it's KILLING ME. but, i'm much happier now knowing that i had a kinda sorta shifting experience while being in ZA when i'm usually extremely hot and uncomfortable in my room (i also have to share a room with my sister).

yea guys i'm pretty happy now! i feel just as motivated as i did then, but i know for a fact that none of those things i was worried about can stop me! (also i've disproved the moving while shifting and swallowing while shifting before, so i have no idea why i still thought i couldn't shift after doing that!!)

A POWERFUL MEDITATION TECHNIQUE TO ENTER

THE VOID STATE INSTANTLY

Radiant One, this experience may dawn between two breaths

After breath comes in – that is, down – and just before turning out – that is, going up – The Beneficence. Be aware between these two points, and the happening. When your breath comes in, observe. For a single moment, there is no breathing – before it turns up, before it turns outward. One breath comes in; then there is a certain point and breathing stops. Then the breathing goes out. When the breath goes out, then again for a single moment, breathing stops. Then breathing comes in.

Before the breath is turning in or turning out, there is a moment when you are not breathing. In that moment the happening is possible, because when you are not breathing you are not in the world. Understand this: when you are not breathing you are dead; you ARE still, but dead. But the moment is of such a short duration that you never observe it.

Each outgoing breath is a death and each new breath is a rebirth. Breath coming in is rebirth; breath going out is death. The outgoing breath is synonymous with death; the incoming breath is synonymous with life. So with each breath you are dying and being reborn. The gap between the two is of a very short duration, but keen, sincere observation and attention will make you feel the gap. If you can feel the gap, Then nothing else is needed. You are blessed, you have known; the thing has happened.

Try it. Suddenly you will get the point – and you can get it; it is already there. Nothing is to be added to you or to your structure, it is already there. Everything is already there except a certain awareness.

SO HOW TO DO THIS ?

First, become aware of the breath coming in. Watch it. Forget everything, just watch breath coming in – the very passage.

When the breath touches your nostrils, feel it there. Then let the breath move in. Move with the breath fully consciously. When you are going down, down, down with the breath, do not miss the breath. Do not go ahead and do not follow behind, just go with it. Remember this: do not go ahead, do not follow it like a shadow; be simultaneous with it.

Breath and consciousness should become one. The breath goes in – you go in. Only then will it be possible to get the point which is between two breaths.

Be aware. When the breath is going in move with it, and when the breath is going out move with it. Do simply this: going in, going out, with the breath.

You will suddenly become aware that there is no breath, and the moment will come when you will feel that the breath is neither going out nor coming in. The breath has stopped completely. In that stopping, The Beneficence.

This one technique is enough for millions. The whole of Asia tried and lived with this technique for centuries. Tibet, China, Japan, Burma, Thailand, Ceylon – the whole of Asia except India has tried this technique. Only one technique and thousands and thousands have attained enlightenment through it.

NOW , HOW YOU CAN USE THIS TO ENTER THE VOID :

Sit or Lay down in a comfortable position

Now start Focusing on your breath Be aware. When the breath is going in move with it, and when the breath is going out move with it. Do simply this: going in, going out, with the breath.

You will suddenly become aware that there is no breath, and the moment will come when you will feel that the breath is neither going out nor coming in. The breath has stopped completely.

Whilst doing this you will notice that ur body is now completely numb , there r NO intrusive thoughts etc..and this is the time when u gotta affirm for void AND I KID YOU NOT U R GONNA ENTER THE VOID INSTANTLY , mark my words , INSTANTLY !

That's it ! This is the most easiest and yet the most powerful technique u can use to enter the void I SWEAR !! ♡

REPROGRAM or TRAIN YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS FOR THE VOID !

Hey everyone! I hope u all are doing well <3 This is going to be a simple , short and yet very effective method on how u can reprogram your subconscious to enter the void state

Ok...so I know this is going to sound a little weird but throughout the day say what you're doing as u do it

For example : You pick up your water bottle SAY "I picked up my water bottle " ( you can say it in your head too but if you're alone do it out loud )

This way when u will do it as you try to enter , your mind will be like " Oh yeahh they've doing this all day , it's fr " and you'll enter the void instantly since your mind is already used to it

Listennnn, I love the lucid dream method down. It is AND ALWAYS WILL BE my favorite way to shift, apart from the void state.

BUT I know I cannot be the only one struggling to get lucid😩😭 At least I used to struggle before I found DEILD. I found other techniques tedious, having to do constant reality checks during the day felt like a chore and lying completely still in bed for 30+ minutes waiting for my body to fall asleep was quite literally torture to me. IF I could stay awake through it because most times I couldn’t or just rolled over and gave up because nothing was happening and I was très uncomfortable.

I’ve tried mild, SSILD, fild, ALL THE “ILDS” every single one and while they are effective, I’ve finally found the technique that works best for me and takes the least amount of time so I thought I would share, just in case it may help someone else!

With this technique you…..

Go from being awake directly into a lucid dream without falling asleep (this is called a wake initiated lucid dream and in my experience I feel more aware and in control with these vs when I randomly become aware in the middle of my dream. They are also easier to remember if you have poor dream recall. )

Are able to start the lucid dream scene in the privacy of your own room so you don’t have to worry about trying to shift in the middle of distracting dream scenes or dealing with distracting dream characters

You can save a Lucid dream that’s been cut short or even have several lucid dreams in one night using this method

Don’t need to do reality checks during the day if you don’t want to or do any other daytime prep

The whole thing takes 10-30 seconds START TO FINISH!

The technique…

Dream Exit Initiated Lucid dream

Steps…

Before bed set the intention that when you wake up you will immediately remember to perform DEILD

Set a touchless alarm to wake you up anywhere from 3-6 hours after falling asleep. I like this one! Maybe put it in a playlist with a lucid dreaming subliminal or theta waves set to play after the alarm goes off to boost your chances of becoming Lucid🌙

Go to bed as normal. As I fall asleep I like to imagine myself waking up to the alarm and successfully performing DEILD. Then I imagine myself successfully entering the void from the LD and then successfully waking up in my wr. I loop this sequence until I fall asleep. I do this to help me remember to do the technique the second I wake up, but it is not at all necessary.

Immediately upon waking and hearing the alarm, I try to remember to stay still and not open my eyes. Minimal movement is fine, but we’re trying to convince our body that we’re still asleep! The alarm will shut off on its own.

Wait for what feels like 10 seconds without actually counting (Again, you don’t want to activate your Brain and wake yourself up too much )

After it feels like 10 seconds have gone by, do a reality check like the nose pinch test EVEN IF YOU FEEL WIDE AWAKE and don’t think you could possibly already be back asleep in only 10 seconds. Most of the time you’ll already be in what is called a false awakening-when you think you’re awake in bed but you’re actually dreaming

If you were able to breathe through your closed nose you are now in a lucid dream starting out in your room. You can proceed to shift to your dr in any way you like-some of my go to’s are:

-creating a portal

-entering the void and shifting from there

-entering the astral realm and shifting from there

-waking myself up from the dream but intending to wake up in my dr not my cr

Editors note:

If when you do the nose pinch test, you are still awake, repeat step 6 up to 2 more times. If by this point, you still have not entered a lucid dream, it is best to go back to bed and try again the next time you wake up. This method is very effective but fragile, as it is best performed in that very small hypnopompic window right when you are teetering on the edge of awake and asleep.

Why this method works…

When you wake up from sleep and don’t move or open your eyes, it tricks your body into thinking that you’re still asleep and it puts you back in a dream, even though your mind is actually awake! This is why a touchless alarm is helpful, or you can use natural awakenings.

Troubleshooting the method…

The hardest part about this method is remembering to stay still as soon as you wake up.

You can set the intention to remember to do so before bed

You can also use prospective memory training during the day (every time you look in a mirror/ drink something/ plug in your phone/ enter a different room etc you can affirm “the next time I wake up I will immediately remember to perform DEILD” )

And if you move by mistake or have to use an alarm that needs manually turned off, all is not necessarily lost. it’s still worth trying anyway as long as you think you’ll be able to fall back asleep! Just wait 30 seconds instead of 10 before doing a reality check and consider using an anchor to help keep you focused and awake (could be focusing on the sound of the subliminal if you made a playlist, or the sound of a fan etc)

Wake up either naturally or to a touch-less alarm. If you must use a manual alarm, keep movement minimal as to not activate your brain too much.

SHIFTING YAP SESH

so since today is my last day before winter break (i manifested my parents letting me stay home on friday) i'm gonna be manifesting my dream life tonight!!! the method i'm using is perfect for me despite not even being made by myself 😭 but overall i'm really confident in it, so confident that I won't be posting on tumblr until I have my success story. i've done this before in the past where i've 'found the perfect method' but i really have this time. this method isn't just some 'oh i think it's cool' or 'many people have succeeded with it so i will too' no! this method or should i say technique, is something i've been doing unknowingly and labelling as hypnagogia. if you aren't familiar with this term it's basically just the state between awake and asleep, (about to fall asleep and/or the brink of falling asleep) and I used to think that's what i was doing. i was very wrong.

i was actually doing hypnagogia's hotter sister, hypnapompia, (the state between asleep and awake, a.k.a about to wake up) without realizing. i think a better way to describe it is as your body is about to wake up. a key part of the void state or just shifting in general is that you want your body to be asleep and your mind to be awake. i only discoveeed this devastating mistake a month ago, and i always wondered why hypnagogia never worked for me while it also did. no dumbass!! hypnapompia is what worked for you!!! i used to use wbtb to shift, and on the "btb" part i never shifted then. i always shifted when i had a natural awakening, before my body could lock in and realize we were awake. in that time, i would start affirming. the few times i've managed to do this were my closest to shifting EVER. i even realized that back in aug 2023, i also had an encounter with hypnapompia and that was another one of my craziest shifting experiences (i legit started ascending i cannot make this up). but the fact that i would label it as hypnagogia (i also knew what hypnapompia was which makes it even more upsetting that it took me so long to realize) made my journey a lot more difficult.

if i could've remembered the existence of hypnapompia back in aug 2023, i promise you, i would've shifted already. i don't think the problem is that we aren't acknowledging what makes us shift, it's that we don't know what makes us shift. (stay with me now) of course the answer will always be you, but there are some variables that make it 10x easier. maybe doing affirmations is your variable, maybe visualizing is your variable, maybe one of the hot sisters hypnagogia and hypnapompia are your variables, maybe you don't need a variable at all! but it pains me so much when i read 'almost shifted' stories and they simply don't know what got them so close. and i think misplacing my trust in hypnagogia is what made my experimenting era so damn LONG.

so uhm i'm gonna be using a technique tonight that involves HYPNAPOMPIA!! and not fuckass hypnagogia cuz that never worked for me actually.
