Sorry to interrupt your scrolling but hear me out; SOG season...but with Lloyd's hellspawn.

So I'm just gonna pretend the kid's kid is around 4 or 5 by the time Sons of Garmadon rolls around. And.... she's a girl — Basically Lloyd's carbon copy with pale blonde hair and red or green eyes etc. I have no idea on what Lloyd would name her, but he loves her to death, and of course, she's also got four super-powered uncles and two aunts who love spoiling her...you get what I mean.

Now back to what I was saying about SOG. So I was thinking about Lloyd junior living with him in the city during the year they're searching for Wu. And then I wondered about how she would react to...(cough, cough) a certain Jade Princess.

Long story short, she hates her. Loathes her inside out. She doesn't know why, but something really doesn't feel right with Harumi. It doesn't help much that she knows her dad is smitten with her. And then when the ninja have baby Wu on their hands, Lloyd's kid and her are best buddies, but Zane and Jay both know that actually means chaos. Then when Lloyd and Harumi get stuck together in Prime Evil's Eye, she's basically ballistic on the bounty. I hate to say this but...the ninja don't realize that she's actually right until they find out. They just think she's just upset her dad won't pay attention to her anymore because of Harumi or something. Well, it's no surprise that they'll soon feel like jerks when they realize Harumi's the Quiet One.

And here's a bit that no one asked for about Hunted. Emperor Garmadon has kind of a...soft spot for her I guess? Damn, idk how this will even fit. 😭

But just hear me out, please. What if the same soulless demon resurrected from a satanic ritual who also just recently beat the shit out of his own son, has something left in there for his grandkid?

Okay, I'm shutting up now.

How many people at school or in general tried to befriend hellspawn just so they could get to meet the ninja or have the ability to boast about being connected to them through hellspawn? Cause, like, there is no way this won't ever happen.

A lot, unfortunately.

They'd ask all sorts of questions like what the inside of the monastery looks like and whether she can teach them Spinjitzu. (Well she can't. Blame Lloyd for saying she's too young for anything) Cue them later asking what the ninja are really like and whether Kai's hair is actually real. Does Zane need to be charged before battle? Is Nya still with Jay? What does Cole do in his spare time? Why are Lloyd's eyebrows suddenly so different? Is Wu really that old? Are they allowed to come to the monastery?

You'd think getting that amount of attention and interest would be fun for someone that young but it's the opposite actually. It's great at first but starts sucking after a while. No one really cares to ask her about her after she told them she doesn't have Lloyd's powers or anything like that. A conversation with those kids almost always involves someone asking something about her dad or Uncle Zane or Uncle Jay and she gets bored. Speaking of which, what's so interesting about her dad, anyway? He picks his nose, he burns tea—

And then there's this boy who basically worships Kai and all hellspawn's thinking in her head is the last time there was a fire in the courtyard and her Aunt Ni looked like she wanted to murder someone. He says he really wants to meet Kai someday cuz he's cool, and definitely should've been the Green Ninja instead of Lloyd who barely deserved it. As soon as hellspawn heard that she was like: what did u say.

To spare you the details, she got into some *cough* minor trouble — which Lloyd freaked out at because when he was at Darkley's, he was the one being hit and the last thing he wants is for her to end up like one of Gene's goons at the age of only fIVE.

So naturally, he spent at least twenty minutes giving her a whole lecture about why she should never hit others and how wrong it is, causing her to sulk and tell him what the heck happened.

Silence.

Lloyd: He's right.

Hellspawn, blinks: What?

Lloyd: Kai should've been the Green Ninja.

Hellspawn: But—

Lloyd, shrugs: Well he trained, he worked hard — he wanted it a lot more than anyone. I was just some dumb kid that ended up with it. *forces a smile* Destiny's weird, don't you think?

Hellspawn: ...

Later, she finds Kai who's in the middle of sharpening his sword and asks him about it.

Hellspawn bites her lip: Do you still wish it was you?

Uncle Kai, stares at her incredulously: Of course. I could've FIXED Lloyd's whole life—

So this kid's show I'm still watching a decade later began with a shot of Sensei Wu walking up to Four Weapons huh? Then it would make complete sense to end it with Sensei Lloyd.

im utterly pissed off with people totally ignoring the physical part of elemental powers in ninjago universe so here i am explaining to all of you everything

so what do we think about when we hear "elemental powers"? we think about avatar the last airbender, of course! fire, water, earth, air. maybe you're a weirdo who watches a kids show and analyses local events from physical part (☠️) and you think about, i dunno, ice, lightning, speed, shadow, sound etc... its okay. me too.

but when you think about the fire, earth or shadow you know its origin, you know where this came from.

when you think about lloyd montgomery garmadon and his elemental power... tsk, here comes the tricky part.

what is lloyd garmadon's elemental power exactly?

which is accurate since his power is energy

but i think that some of you folks don't actually understand what energy is

let's get back to google

the capacity for doing work ?

google says that lloyd can shoot energy beams at the enemies but how ? the law of conservation of energy states that the total energy of an isolated system remains constant; it is said to be conserved over time. he can't just, well, do energy out of nowhere

and let's clear that up: i know that it's a kids show and it don't have to be that deep. i just want to have fun so we're going forward

theoretically lloyd can do energy out of nowhere. here's how

standard model is the code of our universe. everything (you, your pet, your dinner, your singing, your thoughts are made of it) & ! as you im guessing already tumbled to; even the energy made of it! (you can learn more about it here)

so the first spinjitsu master and green ninja are able to manipulate the quarks gluons and bosons. they use the kinetic energy of bosons constantly pumping out everywhere and make an actual thing out of it

we have decided that yes lloyd's power is energy

but we have another opinion about it; that lloyd's power is, well, power

and i have to say that, unfortunately, it's not

just google that shit up! and everything is clear

power is time rate of doing work. not an actual thing

so today we found out a lot about power of green ninja! learn the physics kids cause it's fun

So uh, I have both good news and bad news.

The good news is, the hellspawn au is finally getting its first multi-chaptered fic. I'm planning on doing one per season following the spawning (it's still weird using that word lol even a year later) of our dear hellspawn. And since I started this AU last year with a tumblr post of Season 8, I guess it's only fair that's the season for the first fic as well.

So, you're getting some chapters about Lloyd's sub-par-but-trying-his-best parenting skills, a chaotic mini him, the other ninja trying their best to be helpful & Harumi being the walking red flag no one wants to acknowledge but her dad is head over heels for.

The bad news is uh...(you're all gonna hate me for this 😭) her name isn't starting with L.
