spaghetti

i know its like a quote from a show or something, but maybe don't break the spaghetti in half?   even if you have a small pot?  In my opinion, longer noodles are easier to twirl, so I just rest the noodles against the side of the pot, upright, and as they cook, they cook and slide down into the pot.  I don’t think the texture is very (if at all) inconsistent, despite the difference in time in the water, and it makes it easier to twirl.  Takes just a little longer though.  :)  Just my opinion.  :)

I’ve read the book, it’s really fricking cool.  It was probably the most fun I’ve had while learning, like, ever.  He also has another book called “how to” that’s also really cool.  :)  go buy his shit, its cool as hell
