i know its like a quote from a show or something, but maybe don't break the spaghetti in half? even if you have a small pot? In my opinion, longer noodles are easier to twirl, so I just rest the noodles against the side of the pot, upright, and as they cook, they cook and slide down into the pot. I don’t think the texture is very (if at all) inconsistent, despite the difference in time in the water, and it makes it easier to twirl. Takes just a little longer though. :) Just my opinion. :)
