Getting close to done!

I always forget that contour drawing is, like, actually a good warm up.
I’m sorry for ever complaining about your Drawing I and Drawing II classes, Ms. Miller.
30 seconds, 1 min, 2 min.
Really pleased with this page so far.
Once this comic is done, it’ll be over 40 pages. Longest comic I’ve done since middle school, when me and a friend made a comic about an elf and her puppy, who had wings for ears.<

I just dropped off this piece at @pushpullseattle, for their art and poetry show “Stanza,” which opens Thursday the 18th!
There will also be a limited run of books with the pieces from the show, and the original poems that inspired them.

I’ve decided to become a person who paints and draws over unsuccessful sketchbook pages, rather than leaving them to fester.
Local idiot SHOCKED that it’s more enjoyable to paint, rather than complain about not having the time to paint.

Dreamed that my eyeballs fell out. I poured some contact solution on them and popped them back in.
Dreamed that there was a really creepy monkey outside my house, so I had to bring the cats in. The monkey was yellow, had big hollow eyes, and a big smile filled with sharp teeth. It's nipples were swollen and distended as if it had been nursing recently.
I rarely reblog my own posts unless there's a specific update, but that means I'm also not very good at promoting where you can actually purchase my art!
You can get three digital (PDF) versions of my comics, "Queer Code," "Emet," and "Seven Hundred and Seventy Eight Days," and two SECRET EXTRA COMICS here: LINK
(The secret extra comics are the "R. J. Hill: Therapist" comics and the "Naruto: The Last King, The Last Priest" comic.)
"Queer Code," "Emet," and "Seven Hundred and Seventy Eight Days" are available as individual PDFs.
"Act Well Your Part" and "Emet" are available in print.
I have a limited number of my risograph illustration collections "Slap Your Cheeks for Color" and "Step Out Into Your Short Shorts."
Currently, I don't sell prints of my paintings because -- in all honestly -- there's been little demand for them, even when they were available through a print on demand website. If enough people express serious interest in prints, I'd consider trying again in the future.
I'm also thinking of creating color covers for print versions of "Queer Code" and "Seven Hundred and Seventy Eight Days," but that's kind of a back-burner idea at the moment.
I never grew up with Simpsons, King on the Hill and avoided Family guy I have little understandings of the first two compared to family guy I wanted to say your comic and art are amazing they feel like they have such heavy lesson to learn and your statement attached about your art and personal identity give me a lot of hope for me and my own art so thank you for sharing it with us all 💕
Thank you for sending me such a nice message! Honestly, the biggest compliments are hearing that my work inspired someone else or that it helped them emotionally. ( ᐛ )و
Hey I just wanted to say I found your comic again-the relationship counseling one, and it's helped me through a bunch of stuff.
I’m glad it could help you. If you’re in a position where you’re not able to/comfortable with seeing a therapist, I totally understand. If you have the opportunity to see a therapist or join a support group, I do recommend it. If the responses to my comic (responses like yours) have shown me anything, it’s that there are a lot of people out there who can relate to these feelings and experiences, and we don’t have to go it alone on working this shit out.
