I don't like it when I'm watching someone playing/discussing breath of the wild and they sexualise the moment when Zelda turns around to grab the frog in the "Silent Princess" memory. At that point in time, she's still 16 and watching more of the video makes me feel icky and I immediately stop watching.

I’d like to imagine that every Zelda game save file is just an alternate universe. So like there’s Tears of the Kingdom and in some universes (speedrunners) Link is a being capable of burning down the fabric of reality and reinventing physics because it’s a normal Tuesday and he will not let another incarnation of the same fucking dude he spent killed to save Zelda hurt her again. And then there’s an alternate universe where he sees a gloom hand for the first time and goes screw courage and yeets himself off Akkala Citadel Ruins and paraglides away as fast as humanly possible.

Yeah that second alternate universe is mine. I am never approaching one of those again. I didn’t even fight that thing and I am still terrified. I just saw the red sky and bolted for my life.
