Please include what language your name comes from, if you know. I'm very curious
As someone who's last name is Polish and Welsh, so like if Europe's two most unpronounceable languages had a baby, this is important to me 😂
[Start ID. A drawing of @mieczmaszyna 's character Izzy. In the words of its creator, Izzy is a humanoid robot with a white chassis, oval head, black headset, square green glasses, claws, and a tail resembling a cable plug. Ai wears a cowboy hat, vest decorated by a star and bottle cap, pants with tassels, spurred boots, and a red bandanna. He's viewed from the side, kicking up one leg and holding both arms out in front of itself to shoot finger guns, looking excited and rather jaunty. The background is a dull yellow-green, muddied by the warm reddish tone of the drawing, and in paler green are the words "BANG BANG!!" by ais arms. End ID]
robot cowboy!!!
Just as a note: while it's pretty straightforward on its own, here's more detail on how to navigate my tags (as I've prioritized them mostly for my own use).
-"Peridots-Art" vs "Not My Art": There's always one or the other. Peridots-Art is... pretty obvious (includes digital art, pixel art, written work, etc.) and Not My Art usually refers to reblogs or me just talking about a random subject.
-World Tags: Pretty much always on anything with the Art tag. Can either be a fandom (Bug Fables and Hollow Knight, or WoF for Wings of Fire), or one of my personal worlds (Tonpterus, Mostly Mollusk).
-Character Category: Most posts with the Art tag will either be labeled "Canon", referring to a canon character from a fandom, or "Character", referring to my own characters--whether completely original or a fan-character.
-Specific Characters: Canon characters will have the respective fandom after their name, not always stylized the same as the fandom's tag (e.g. Quirrel HK). Characters of my own creation will only be referred to with their name, regardless of whether they belong to a specific original universe or not.
-Creature Category: Unlike the above three tags, this doesn't always pertain to art. They describe the (currently, only three) categories of species/characters in the post: Humans, Dragons or Bugs. That's all

[Start ID. A drawing of Mirage and V2 from Ultrakill strolling together on a moderately crowded beach, presumably but indeterminately in Mirage's own alternate universe. The palette consists of a range of colors with similarly high saturation and luminosity. Mirage leads V2 ahead, dressed in an open floral button-up, black sports bra, and red shorts, one hand gesturing in a sort of point in front of her and the other holding V2's own. She appears mildly excited, judging by the detail on her optic, looking halfway back at the other machine, who seems a little calmer and contented. V2 wears a yellow, frilly off-the-shoulder top, revealing its torn-off left arm, and a ruffly blue skirt. The masses behind them are composed of frolicking and relaxing husks, demons, machines and angels alike, far too many to list. End ID.]

Heya, I'm Peridots, your average digital artist/entomology enthusiast—they/it/he or any pronouns, please! Haven't actually posted much art in quite a while, so be prepared for occasional Bug Facts and other such randomness. Spam likes and such are all appreciated here! Terfs, zionists and the like can turn 180° for free, however! Profile art by original-character-chaos—oooooh looks like someone sent me perfectly pfp-shaped gift art of my sona a little too close to april fools!
