BARELY THERE. sorry. also for the kitr caption merlin's our cat :] sorry to anyone who was searching hopefully for their favorite Guy and got a miniscule doodle. i love everyone here though if it helps :] currently halfway through p-ranking act II but i don't have any other tangents besides that. so anyway < experimental name for that guy in the middle. i wanted an ultrasona and then realized the lust layer doesn't have a miniboss like 0/2/4/5 *1 not 2. anyway i originally thought (like. two days ago) it could be 2-2's theoret. boss but the music for 2-3 fits better so. ?? gay bug but in 2-2 you could fight it in the end arena and get the railcannon when you beat it... but 2-3's challenge and theme fits better... idk ALSO I GOTTA DRAW ON PAPER MORE!!! i haven't done that with any frequency since like three years ago but it's getting frustrating trying to draw digitally since i'm a perfectionist and take so much time on everything that i'm just not able to draw as much as i used to. it's sad! but this WAS fun! and quick! and i didn't obsess over the tiny details i didn't have to plan ahead i just Drew! it was. really nice :]

bugs peridots-reblogs oh hey cool to know i was drawing sea slugs on sea slug day!!! by far my favorite inverts besides arthropods so i'm glad they get a day :] definitely nudibranchs specifically but the others are cool too. i recognize quite a few of these but all i can remember off the top of my head isss jorunna parva - glaucus marginatus/atlanticus - some chromodoris species - like four sacoglossans in a row - miamara (don't remember species name) - nembrotha kubaryana. probably misremembered + spelled most of those wrong but tried my best i've also drawn costasiella kuroshimae and nembrotha purpureolineata before but only got their names right from cheating. y'know currently drawing rain world stuff with nudibranch inspirations!!! i've been working on it since may despite not being a complex piece (just slow at art as a general rule) but i'm fairly proud of the specbioing and all so hopefully i'll get it out soon :] WAIT COMPLETELY FORGOT HYPSELODORIS BENNETTI SORRY. it's the little blue n pink guy :] < not like “aw dang i should've known it but didn't”. fully recognized it just also Fully Skipped Over It

bugs peridots-art i think bright colors are really pretty but you don't really tend to do a lot of them when in the Hollow Knight fandom (excepting orange of course) rabbits ate my charger so I'm trying not to use my drawing tablet much until i can charge it again
