The Only Thing Im Gonna Eat Till December (and Maybe Yogurt And Fruit)

Binging sucks. I can't have a life because all I do is eat until I can move and then when I can I can't go anywhere cause I'm ashamed of how my body looks after binging and I'm too lazy to clean myself too. Aaaaaagh.

I'm gonna try fasting for a bit. It sounds kinda unorthodox but it seems like it has helped may ppl and I'm kinda desperate. But it's fucking Christmas 🥲🥲🥲
