i’m so angry with myself for getting back into the 160s but i’m trying to stay grateful that the 160s are bad to me now if that makes sense? my highest weight being in the 240s made me feel so small before but now that it’s been my default/reset for so long it makes me feel like shit. i cannot be this flabby and disgusting for summer… but even then i have so much loose skin that i’m going to look disgusting regardless. i don’t know. i’m rambling at this point. okay bye
