Sorry for the absence this last few weeks. I have been forgetting my own schedule to post these on Fridays. However, I’m going to try and be more consistent. Anyways, this character is Dawna Days, a people pleaser with divorced parents, seems to be on the shy side and has just recently gotten into a relationship with one of the boys in the group, AJ Maye. I call their ship name Maydays. She was kind of a hard character to design because she’s another brunette in the group of girls and the creator of this character isn’t someone that I could contact to ask. Found this on Archive of Our Own one time. I usually avoid reading this type of thing, or at least read once and never again since I have a pretty good memory of things, but i don’t know I’m weirdly intrigued.

Honestly I don’t read smut... but I found intriguing was it got me thinking about my favorite Cars girls as a femslash pairing. It’s written in a way that honestly does feel in character for both. Holley being nervous and flustered about her attraction and Sally being the more bold and confident of the two. That feels in-character for them (along with Sally being the one with the experience and initiates it and being on top). There’s also the description of the body language the two have that Sally can tell Holley’s attracted to her and giving Holley the confirmation that she likes her too. Thus when they do the deed they are giving permission and consent with Sally leading the way.

I shouldn’t have to praise that part because that’s something that SHOULD be understand by people. Consent and both sides taking initiative. Not just one party saying “WE HAVE SEX WHEN I WANT IT! YOUR OPINION OR FEELING OF IT DON’T MATTER!” Oh and the feeling that they actually do like each other and see each other as equals.

Any relationship, whether romantic, platonic, or even sexual, should have all parties feel equal to each other in the emotional sense.

Well that’s my two cents, going to back to start planning my own femslash fanfic while also thinking about the canon ships. 

Oh, and a possible Cars Hunger Games-esque Rebellion AU of Francesco/Sally.

I was the first Cruzon (Cruz/Jackson) shipper ever since I found out their names on May 31, 2016.

Jackson: (annoyed and somewhat angry as he gives her flowers) Here!

Cruz: (confused) Wha- huh?

Jackson: Just... take them.

Cruz: Umm... thank you but, why?

Jackson: Look you did a... decent job with McQueen. He’s.. okay. There, now take them.

(Cruz begins walking away, before stopping once Jackson says something once again)

Jackson:...He’s not that great you know.

Cruz: Maybe not to you but he’s someone I always look forward to whenever I saw a race.

Jackson: (disappointed, before going back to smug jerk mode) I’m just saying he needs to retire pretty soon if he wants to live longer life.

Cruz: He’s still got a lot in him, I’m just there to help.

(Once more Cruz begins to walk away with the bouquet)

Jackson: You ever thought about being a racer?

(Stopping in her tracks Cruz turns to look at him, questioningly)

Cruz: What?

Jackson: (says slowly like a condescending twat) Ramirez, do you want to be a racer?

Cruz: Okay first off dude, I’m not an idiot I rather you not talk to me like one rich boy, thank you. Second, I’m working my way to that, I’m getting there and I going to become one, my way, not through daddy’s pocket.

Jackson (flustered somewhat before going back to his chilled arrogance): ...Cool

Cruz: ...Que?

Jackson: Yeah...

Jackson: (says quietly) ...Allons-y.

Jackson telling Cruz that Lightning’s not that great is kind of my little reference to how I know people will telling me that the Cars movies aren’t that great but me seeing as something I have always loved despite what others may think. They have a right to critique but to me it’s valuable in many ways.

I don’t know. I only just recently found out about Hopeless’ actions. Like what is the best course of action to warn people without being labeled as cyberstalking?
