Hey @blackidiotcat! Thanks for your question! Honestly I think the ship is boring and it's not just because it's a straight ship(I mean I am a die hard ObaMitsu shipper) but because the basis of the ship is based on the whole bullshit concept of 'he hit you because he likes you'.

I have mentioned before how Shinobu's interactions with male characters aside from Tanjiro, Inosuke and Gyomei range from negative, condescending to manipulative. Her relationship with Giyuu reads as passive aggressive bullying and reads more like a girl taunting her older brother.

Asides from that their character development(s?) are so apart from each other that the Ever Given can make water doughnuts in that shit. She didn't even think of him in her last moments and his reaction to her death IN MY OPINION read like

But hey, people can ship whatever. I mean I've come to love Gyomei x Sanemi and Tengen x Sanemi so who am I to judge? My main issue is when bitches insist that the ship is canon and use it as a defense mechanism against any and all SaneGiyuuSane content they come across like skunks but instead of stinky fluid they just spray GiyuuShino arguments.

But yea tldr; I think it's boring, I like my ships to have passion, yearning, chemistry, sexual tension, mutual character growth, subtextual interactions or at the very least they should make me go

I just love my younger sis. She just came into my room, and stood in serious pose. I didn't react much because it's normal for her to just barge into my room. Then she went "I know all your secrets." That caught my attention, cause I keep a lot of those. Then she went " Firstly, you have a boyfriend." After that I just wanted to laugh. She went on and on about how I was not studying(which is stupid, considering I was doing a test you can't leave till you finish), about my "password" which she though to be 5824, which is so different from my actual password, and that I have a secret stash of sweets. All of her statements were wrong. And she claimed she had "super detective skills" that helped her "figure it out". Then when she finished she just stood there. I asked what she wanted, and she said she won't give away my "secrets" if I gave her sweets. I gave her a sweet and send her out.

I don't know why I just wrote this all out, but I found it all so funny.
