Hello, It's Momen Al Madhoun, writing from the most miserable area in the whole world, I am deeply thankful to all of you. Your support means the world to my family
🍉🍉🍉 I urgently plead you to keep sharing our campaign with your friends, family, and acquaintances
15 months have passed as if it were 15 years, and suffering increasing day after day 😔 Our health is decaying, we have NO IMMUNITY to fight diseases. No healthy food to feed our worn cells. Finding a quiet, clean place for us to get some rest is IMPOSSIBLE! I'm in urgent need of serious financial support so that I can take action and save my family! Our faces speak the misery we're going through! my children can't bear the ruthlessness of war life… pain and cold does not allow either of them to sleep 💔
I found in drawing a way to relieve stress and describe what we are experiencing, but even this i was deprived of, due to the difficulty of obtaining good internet and electricity for a sufficient time If you are interested in art, you can check I my blog I and find my artworks, i hope you will share them and support me to continue fighting and trying Every share and donation brings us one step closer to saving my family's lives. Your support, no matter how small, holds the power to rescue my loved ones from grave danger There are no words can describe how many times we have been displaced The situation we're living now is really hard to imagine Where do we Go?
Imagine the vastness of this universe, we cannot escape to a safe place far from the war
🌟 Our campaign is vetted by 🇵🇸 @/gazavetters List at #291
CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE FACT THAT SIMON WAS BITTEN WHEN HE WAS KILLED!? I drew bite marks on him in one piece of art I made and someone asked why and I realized that not everyone caught that detail

Chapter two: The Map
The rest of the night went smoothly as they ate and headed for bed. Ruby was always the last of the two to fall asleep. She lay silently so she wouldn't Mary, who was sleeping soundly next to her. She let her mind wander in hopes of finding something nice to think about so she could sleep. Her brain finally rested on a thought, but it wasn't a fond memory or sweet fantasy. Instead, it was a reminder of the paper the little girl had given her.
Ruby sneakily got out of bed and found the pants she had discarded on the floor while changing. She shook them, and sure enough, a small folded paper fell out. The edges looked aged, and the paper seemed brittle. She handled it with the utmost caution and grace, unlike her normal brash movements. Once fully displayed the paper revealed an old map of some sort. Ruby recognized a lot of the locations on the map from her countless adventures at sea, all except one. The unrecognized island was large and jagged looking; not a shred of friendly aura came from it. Ruby looked at the writing on the map to try and put a name to the mysterious location, but all the words were in a language she had never before seen. The more confused she got the more interested she grew.
Ruby only knew of one other person that would know anything about the map, her old pirate friend named Oliver. He had fled come with her to Potter's Field and now ran a tavern with his wife, Penelope. Rudy made a plan to visit to tavern the next day to question her old friend. She carefully slipped the delicate map in her jacket pocket so she wouldn't forget it tomorrow.
Now that her mind was quiet and she had a plan she slid back into bed. Every movement was carefully calculated so she wouldn't wake Mary. Once fully in position, her eyes wandered to Rosemary's chest, which was moving up and down. Ruby placed a hand on her lover's chest and fell asleep with the reminder that her world was still breathing. Early in the morning of the next day, Ruby ventured to the tavern. She opened the old oak door and was greeted by a scruffy young girl running up to her and jumping on her like a dog. The young girl's name was Valery, she was a kid that Oliver and his wife Penelope had adopted off the streets last year. Valery had quickly become close with Ruby and Rosemary. The girl had even taken to calling them "Auntie Ruby and Mary."
"Valery, let Ruby sit down!" Penelope yelled at the wild child from behind the bar. Valery scrambled over to the bar where her mother was and sat down on one of the stools."Sorry about her, Dear. Valery just ate, and she's extra hyper," Penelope explained while washing out a glass. "Oh, it's fine, I don't mind," Ruby took a seat next to Valery, who was now coloring on a napkin she had stolen from behind the counter.
"Is Oliver here today? I wanted to ask him something, but I can come back tomorrow if he's not," Ruby asked Penelope in a lighthearted tone to not sound suspicious."He's here, he's just messing with something in the back right now. Would you like me togo get him for you?"
"Yeah, if he's not too busy, that would be great," as soon as Ruby confirmed what she wanted, Penelope walked to the back to get her husband. The jewels decorating her body shone against her dark skin when she walked into the window's light and out the door. After a few minutes, Ruby heard footsteps. Oliver had arrived from the back room. He wiped his hands on his apron and scratched his rust-colored beard before speaking."Hey Ruby, Penelope said you wanted to talk to me?"
Summary: Sasuke had always been uncaring about his life and body. He was always the first to jump to self-sacrifice or even stab himself during a mission when things got too hard. Sasuke's behavior worried Kakashi to no end. He saw his younger self in that boy and he knew exactly what his younger self tried to do. TW: attempted su!cide and $h!
Chapter One: Sasuke hadn't shown up to a get-together the team was having about a mission. They waited for hours to see if he would turn up but nothing. Kakashi’s worries grew by the minute no matter how calm he looked on the outside. Naruto had been annoyed at the start and just wanted to get going, but with time, he became worried for his teammate. Kakashi knew Naruto would never admit his worries but he saw the boy tapping his foot and slowly complaining less. Sakura was chewing on the inside of her cheek, a nervous habit she had that Kakashi never failed to notice. It was way past the meeting time and Sakura convinced Kakashi to check Sasuke's home. They all walked there together but Kakashi made the kids stay in the front yard just in case. Kakashi knocked on the door, but there was no answer. He could've kept knocking, but he worried about what would happen if he wasted more time. He slowly opened this old wooden door to Sasuke’s home. It was pitch black inside, the black-out curtains on the windows not helping. Kakashi flicked on the light and was met with the very thing he had been fearing. Sasuke's body was lying on the bed in a pool of blood. Kakashi scrambled over and pulled the boy's body to his. He felt Sasuke's cold pale skin under his trembling fingertips. He checked Sasuke's pulse, he was alive. Kakashi let out a breath he didn't know he was holding in. Blood trickled from the corner of Sasuke's mouth, staining his porcelain skin. He cradled Sasuke's body in his arms and pressed him close to his chest so he could hear the boy's breathing, reassuring himself he was alive. The older ninja stood and jogged out the door. Sakura and Naruto were still standing outside. They both froze when they saw Kakashi holding a bloody and lifeless Sasuke."What happened!?" Naruto screamed, "Is Sasuke alright!?" Sakura followed up."There's no time to explain! We have to get him help!" Kakashi didn't stop running, only once glancing behind him and seeing his students running after him, panic evident on their faces. Waiting for Sasuke in the hospital was terrifying. Sakura was crying in the seat beside him as he rubbed her back to try and calm her. Naruto was up and angrily pacing around the waiting room; he was crying, too. Kakashi hadn't told them what Sasuke tried to do yet, he didn't want to make it worse. He'd tell them after Sasuke woke up. After what felt like centuries a nurse came out to inform the team that Sasuke was stable and call Kakashi back to talk. The nurse explained to Kakashi that Sasuke had overdosed and they had also found deep scratches and cuts littering his body. Kakashi kept calm the entire conversation, but inside, he felt his heart break with every word.
I wrote this late at night and didn't really revise it. Please let me know if you'd like more chapter!
It’s crazy how a woman can be arrested just for saying 3 words. Not even an actual threat, just a statement.
But it’s completely ignored when there are people sending real threats to individuals such as those of marginalized communities. Or encouraging people to send bomb threats to hospitals because they think the doctors are turning the kids trans or some shit.
What a time to live in.
Quick reminder that it's always morally correct to punch nazis.
Shout-out to the autistics who crave hugs. Shout-out to the autistics whose love language is touch.
And shout-out to the autistics who were denied a timely diagnosis because a misinformed professional thought you were "too affectionate" to be autistic.
You aren't any less autistic because of how you show affection. And you aren't nearly as rare as pop culture and outdated research would imply.
Why I think history is repeating itself once again with the French Revolution. So as you all remember earlier this year with the whole haleyybaylee “let them eat cake” met gala thing snd how that felt like the biggest fuck you because their were literally protesters in the back of her video and then when she started to get backlash she was like “ I’m just a normal person” no you’re not. There was a light behind her that cost over 1,000 dollars just causally there as if it was a hoodie. And now with the whole united heath care ceo getting shot and the starch difference with how the media is portraying it vs on TikTok how people are saying he had it coming and how he deserved it (he did). How “deny, defend, depose” is being written and wore by hundreds in support. Now with this Florida woman calling her heath insurance company saying “deny defend depose” and getting arrested and all of the graffiti I’ve seen first hand around where I live. This reminds me a lot of the a chant the French used during the revolution "Liberté, égalité, fraternité" (liberty, equality, fraternity). We may not have monarchs and aristocrats anymore but we sure do have billionaires, ceos, and celebrities. This post might be very ranting but I hope you get the point of what I’m trying to say. 2025 is going to be a year in the history books.
