Adik : Mas, kenapa memilih jadi orang baik? Seringnya kelewatan baik malah.
You could murder one, thousands, or even millions of Moslems. Yet, you would never be able to kill the faith in our heart. Our faith will never be killed nor be feared.
Our brothers you massacred yesterday, they are verily happy right now. You might think you’ve killed them. But it turns out that you gave them a shaheed, a golden ticket to heaven.
Why do you really hate us? When will you stop hating us just because we have a different religion?
As Moslems, we were never taught to curse when angry or avenge when being hurt. But instead we were taught to be patient, even when you call us terrorists.
You have failed if you murdered our brothers to start a war.
You have failed if you murdered our brothers to frighten us.

Which type of woman is best?
It was asked to `Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her), Which type of woman is best?
She said, "The one who does not know about saying bad things, and she is not crafty like men; her focus is on adorning herself for her husband and taking care of her family."
Ref: Muhaadaraat al-Udabaa’ by ar-Raaghib al-Asfahaanee (1/410)
Fibonacci sequences appear in nature extensively, most notably in biological settings, such as branching in trees, arrangement of leaves on a stem, the fruitlets of a pineapple, the flowering of artichoke, an uncurling fern and the arrangement of a pine cone, and the family tree of honeybees.
Scientists have pointed out the presence of the Fibonacci sequence in nature, using it to explain the (golden ratio-related) pentagonal form of some flowers. But these geometrical forms go beyond the floral realm, and are found throughout nature.
This is why the number 1.618033 is often known as the Golden ratio in mathematics. Two quantities are in the golden ratio if their ratio is the same as the ratio of their sum to the larger of the two quantities. The golden ratio appears in some of the aforementioned patterns in nature, including the spiral arrangement of leaves and other plant parts. German mathematician Simon Jacob noted that consecutive Fibonacci numbers converge to the golden ratio; this was rediscovered by Johannes Kepler later.
This abundance of intricate geometry, measured proportions, and efficiency in nature often reminds me of the opening verses of the 87th surah of the Quran:
“Glorify the name of your Lord the Most High; who created [all things] in due proportion.”
— the Quran (87:1,2)
Indeed, the Quran repeatedly invites its reader to ponder upon natural phenomenon for they point to a wisdom and a design behind them.
“The sun and the moon follow their calculated courses; the plants and the trees submit to His designs; He has raised up the sky. He has set the balance; so that you may not exceed in the balance.”
— the Quran (55:5-8)
The balance (al-mizaan) mentioned here is seen by most exegetes as a reference to justice. It can also be seen as a reference to honoring the balance and harmony of the created order.

the reporter was wondering if animals associations would care for the animals situation in gaza and the man answers her: "they do not care about us; human beings, you think they care about animals?! they do not care about us. no one does."
