They had just beaten Aoba Josai in a practice match, the sets being 2-1. Although it was not a full victory since the Grand King showed up at the last set, so no one in Karasuno could count it as a win since they have no clue what Oikawa can do, he was the captain on the team after all. Hinata sighed and with a towel around his neck grabbed a waterbottle from Kiyoko-san. With the rest of the team they went to go get changed. A few minutes later and he realized he was the only one in the locker room, the others already changed and was chatting quietly outside (not really 😂). Opening his locker he was still changing when he heard walking steps toward him. Assuming it was either Kageyama to scold him or the others to tell him there leaving.

When two long arms cut both sides of his neck he got a little worried. No one in our team does that. Turning around in a quick spur of movements he tripped on his footing and landed of a body. Getting up really quick with a rushed mumbling of IM sorry he looked down to see who is was. “Geez Chibi-tan you can really push~ owie.” Finally realizing who it was Hinata held out his arm for Oikawa to grab it. Although with a smirking smug look on Oikawa face he might just retreat his hand back. But within two seconds Oikawa was already up and grinning. “Wipe that stupid grin off your face you look like an idiot.” That’s what he wanted to say of course but this was the Grand King after all, no need to have him on his mad side.

“What is it you want Oikawa?” With pure confusion on his face. Finally the stupid smirk was off his face only to be replaced with a deadly serious one. “I want you Chibi-tan~” and with that he put both of his hands on both sides of Hinata’s neck, trapping him between Oikawa and the lockers. A rattling of the lockers heard in the background. “And what do you mean by that?” Still grinning Oikawa ran his thumb across Hinata’s face, knowing full well how it was affecting Hinata. “My my chibi-tan so pure and innocent. Although I like my toys dirty, I’ll always make an exception for you.” He slipped something into Hinata’s pocket. A note? With Hinata still in thought Oikawa grabbed his head and tilted it while placing a gentle kiss along side Hinata’s neck. Hinata soon became a blushing mess not even realizing he slipped his hand onto Oikawa’s hair, gripping and running his hands through it. ‘Man his hands feel amazing! I wonder what else they can do.~’ Oikawa kept placing gentle kisses on Hinata’s neck until he reached his shoulders. He bit hard and Hinata yelped. “Hey! What was that for you idiot! Stop-st-” his words were cut off when Oikawa placed another gentle kiss onto the bite mark. Feeling a wave of pleasure Hinata moaned and quickly covered his mouth, looking embarrassed. Oikawa smirked and grabbed the hands covering Hinata’s mouth with a ruff yank. With a loud yelp from Hinata, Oikawa wasted no time in kissing Hinata. With Hinata’s mouth open the other ravaged the insides of the cheek and played with Hinata’s tongue, with Hinata subconsciously battling back. After about a half a second the two parted for breath. Oikawa pushed himself off Hinata and walked away, not even a few words left behind. Hinata blushed and washed his face to get rid of the blush and grabbed his stuff and quickly ran outside with the others.

“Hey! What took you so long?” Tanaka asked. “It was nothing just left some stuff at the gym and had to go grabbed it.” With that all said they started getting ready to leave. Hinata being the last to enter remembered that Oikawa slipped something into his pocket. Wasting no other time he grabbed it and help it up to read.

The fact that there are several undertones that we don't understand until later in life when we're older, reading The Hunger Games is astounding.

Haymitch was never forced into anything (I'm talking prostitution) because his love and family were dead. If he hadn't pushed his friends away they would be the new collateral that Snow would hold over Haymitch's head.

Haymitch was never going to have a happy ending either way and that's all the more depressing to think about. Had Lenore survived, she would've been something to hold over him. His life was bound for depression the minute he won the games. He didn't die in the games, his chance of happiness died the minute he boarded the train.

(And perhaps that theory that Burdock's death in the mines was targeted may hold some merit, although in my opinion that was a very late accident that I'm not sure it would been connected. However, the chance that it was more of an act to squash rebellion definitely sticks, and it no doubt it still probably haunts Haymitch.)

You're telling me that in the grishaverse, durast (Materialki in general) are seen as weak when they got the most badass power (excuse me, small science) i've ever seen? What the absolute fuck.

They can change the structures of metals, core clothes, plants, textiles, etc. We saw in the show that Sankta Neyar control the iron in people's bodies. Aditi Hilli could extract poison from someone. These are things commonly seen that only the Corporalki can do. But Nah, just durast alone studying their power can wipe others off the map with a flick of their wrist. Unlike some others, they are always gonna have material available for them to use. Metal is everywhere, chemicals are everywhere (Alkemi are not commonly seen but based on their general description they are more powerful than what people think.)

Essentially, my main point is that Jesper, untrained, could literally move bullets. David was always trained in a specific way (what the little palace teaches him) but oooooh boy, imagine if he just stepped a little out of line and learned more? They both would be absolutely powerful. They were side characters because the plot deemed them to be, otherwise they'd be pretty damn unstoppable.

Anyway my main point is that I need more Jesper and/or David fics and just fics of Durast and Alkemi in general because if I was a grisha? Id want to be a durast.
