good morning my loves! today i have an early morning visit to the chiropractor to help lessen the pain in my ankle and back. In both areas I have permanent soft tissue damage from getting hit by a car in a cross walk from like 15 years ago. These parts of me generally are always uncomfortable, but sometimes it causes me a tremendous amount of pain. idk why it fluctuates like that. but your girl has been hurting lately - and i hope the chiropractor helps.
