It's been performed in at pride!!!
Here's my thoughts on it:
So I ended up stoning some of the boots, gloves, helm gem, panty, shoulders and mellow cockpit stripe, HUGE, I don't know why I hesitated in the first place, this is drag baby and it really pulls it all together under stage lights.
I wish I had used a more flexible foam for my shoes as I see the paint struggling under the movement, nothing unfixable but the flex paint is really doing the heavy lifting.
The first gig I did with it I did end up dropping into a split and the force did take a chunk out of the back of the heel, quickly fixed and didn't happen the second time even though I did another split on the same shoe hehe

Thankfully the stages weren't dirty and the white of the costume stayed clean, HOWEVER!!
remember to seal your pain folks!!! The blue of the kneepads bled onto my knees!! Because I didn't seal the paint at the back of it enough (<dumb dumb) unsure on how I'll be able to remove the stains so far, thankfully it's hidden under the kneepads but I'm not a fan.
The wings are a bit floppy but I knew it would happen since I didn't want to make the harness clip at the front, but something to keep in mind for future costumes!
The helmet pressed against my forehead a lot during the first gig with it, but not anymore? I assume the heat I was expelling like a fucking space heater molded the foam again.
I'm still debating whether I should add more shoulder pads to the jacket but I think it looks okay?
Iwish I had been able to make shoulder pieces and or even the null rays but that would have been much too restrictive.
Costume is great to dance in, I did knock my hands against my helm a few times haha but I just need to get used to it.
So moral of the story, no more armor pieces required or possible to slot in there, maybe needs more crystals (I love shiny things) ? Some mild upkeep is needed with the paint and ab crystals but, overall? Success!!
Now do let me know, do you think this is a cosplay success?
I altered so much, does this still ring starscream to you?
How would you have done it?
I'm done!! yippiiie! :3 this is my submission for @archie-sunshine 's 2k follower contest ! (at least the first image is, the rest is extra to showcase my work :D) I've been on a Minimus/Magnus kick lately and Minimus looked like a fencing kinda guy to me so i gave him a fancy rapier
This was kind of a chaotic process because this was my first time modelling a character directly in their pose but the texturing was soo much fun
How it feels playing ultrakill but being generally ass at video games. Im having FUN with the MOVEMENT, but OH BOY i am NOT hitting anyone
Im turning ultrakill into a punching simulator one enemy at a time
I watched my best friend stream stray on discord and it was literally so much fun, and since their thing is cats, and my thing is robots, this illustration felt amazingly appropriate.
So the Companion is me and the cat is them :))

Prowl is a Cybertronian. And one day he meets this very weird but funny guy that looks (and talks) nothing like any kind of mechanical form of life known to Prowl.
my goodness gracious THE DAY i have JUST HAD
lesson learned never assume i know how to turn off my stovetop no sir. What a great time for @archie-sunshine 's kibby stickers to arrive though, i quite literally weeped at the sight of them.
