Breakfast : I was actually f4sting, but had a pocket Coffee , cause black coffee taste like ass : 75 calories

Lunch : nothing

Snack : Cola Zero : 0 calories

Dinner : stirred tofu-bowl with rice : 327 calories

Snack : 5 teaspoons of protein chocolate pudding : 21 calories

Total calories : 423

Protein : 22.6 g

Carbs : 25 g

Fat : 17.7 g

Fiber : 3 g

If people learned not to hang out just to eat and actually did some better activities :/
