Current Weekly Workout Routine/Split π
Iβve been doing a mixture of different kinds of YouTube workouts in my bedroom, but I have specific types of YouTube workouts that I do on specific days.
πHereβs my current split π:
πMonday - Abs/Pilates Abs
πTuesday - Lower Body/Lower Body Pilates
πWednesday - Cardio Dance/ HIIT
πThursday - Upper body + Core
πFriday - Yoga or Pilates
πSaturday - Pilates or Yoga
πSunday - Stretching
I always do some form of a warm up video before my workout and some form of cooldown afterward (except for yoga or stretching days). My goal is 30+ minutes of working out a day, not including my daily walks to work during the week. I pre plan my week of workouts every weekend so that way I can wake up in the morning and know what to expect. I also like to lay out my workout mat and clothes the night before. It helps eliminate the need to exert much willpower in the morning.
If you have any fitness YouTubers you like that do stuff like pilates, yoga, K-pop inspired workouts, or workouts for leaning out, losing weight, and toning up, please recommend them to me!
Some workout YouTubers Iβm already familiar with are Chloe Ting, Lily Sabri, Pamela Reif, Yoga with Adrienne, Move with Nicole, Shirlyn Kim, April Han, Vivian Yuan, Madfit, Boho Beautiful Yoga, Hinafit, and Mish Choi. Iβm open to any other recommendations!
Thank you!!
Daily Check-in: April 22, 2024 π
Monday was okay. Monday was good. Monday was busy and I ended the day so so so tired. And I'm still stressed financially at the moment. But that's okay! Life always works out the way it should!
π©· What I Accomplished:
made it to my job interview for the 2nd job a little early and did a good job ( I won't hear back for a while tho cause of the timing of interviews, finals, etc)
did the 11 minute Wake Up Yoga by Yoga with Adriene
did the 16-minute Yoga for Flexibility by Yoga with Adriene
got +12k steps (have no idea how many but I hit 10k by 630pm and I didn't leave work until 10pm)
worked a ~7hour shift
did my night time skincare routine after work
did my morning gratitude journaling
π Good Things That Happened:
my friend at work is going to help me purchase my plane ticket for work this summer and I could cry, it's so kind of her and I'm so grateful I have a friend like her <3
did good in my job interview!
accomplished my morning routine + woke up at a decent time
made it to my chemistry lecture + actually paid attention and took notes
talked to my dad on the phone a little bit
kept up with how abnormally busy it was at work and got complimented by my supervisors

I am going to make Tuesday a good day. I am going to make the most of every day and see the positives as much as I can. I am so tired right now, but I'm going to have a good day regardless.

π Song of The Day: Lion by (G)-Idle
This song has been making me feel some sort of way lately, I'm definitely a huge huge stan of (G)-Idle (and our girl Soojin, ofc <3)
Daily Check in - October 18th, 2023 π
Hello my lovelies <3
Here's a little update for today!! It feels nice to be posting again!
π©· What I Ate Today -
Breakfast - southern style hashbrowns with ketchup, a cup of coffee
Pre Workout snack - one medium banana and a 3/4oz single serve cup of jiffy peanut butter, 1/4 scoop of preworkout (in water ofc)
Lunch - 1 large bowl of protein pasta w 2 slices of buttered bread, a coffee
Dinner - 1 bowl of spicy ramen with a small handful on shredded cheese
Snack - 1 bowl of mint chip ice cream
Extra - 3 cups of coffee TOTAL
Feels like a lot and I did go over my eating goal for the day but it is what it is, I had an emotionally rough day filled with a lot of crying, a therapy appointment, and a lot of calming down from my boyfriend over video call. Rough days happen, and I tend to let myself just feel the emotions in order to sleep easy and have a better next day!
π©· Personal Accomplishments -
Made it to the gym, attempted a glute workout (left early due to frustration, lack of proerpr form, and to minimize risk of injury)
Wrote down everything I ate and my workouts in my new fitness and health journal
Showered
Did both morning and night skincare routines
journaled a little bit
brushed teeth
did a large load of laundry and put away all clean clothes
washed dishes
had a therapy appointment
cleaned up parts of room, put away new stuff
There were no academic accomplishments bit I am going to complete a good amount of homework before my cooking shift (for my cooking class) tomorrow. I've been trying to take it easy in a way that doesn't set me behind in my academics.
I broke down crying today with my boyfriend. I realized I've been feeling like such an imposter lately. Like I don't deserve all the good and all the accomplishments I've achieved. Like this life I'm living isn't real or this is the calm before some storm. I just feel so undeserving of everything. I feel inadequate, like I'm not good enough for a lot of thing. I feel like I'm perceived as this good daughter, good friend, good girlfriend, good employee, good student, good person but that it's not actually true? Though my boyfriend and my father have both reassured me that it is true and I am doing good. They've reminded me that I just need patience, discipline, and consistency in my habits and that everything is going to be and already is okay. I'm lucky to have such a loving boyfriend and such an awesome dad, too. The men in my life are the people I look up to most <3

20-Day Challenge π
I have been in the BIGGEST slump lately. My anxiety had been the highest I've seen it in a while. My eyes are starting to twitch from high cortisol levels again, and I've found it so hard to regulate my stress, anxiety, emotions and just being able to do things is so hard right now. So, here's a challenge for myself that won't be too difficult but will hopefully push me to do things. It is only 20 days because I am traveling to Colorado after that point and will have to adjust my routines and dailies for the 8 weeks I'm in Colorado.
βοΈ Morning Routine Non Negotiables
low impact youtube workout (pilates/yoga/stretching)
morning journaling
morning hygiene (skincare/deoderant/brush teeth/brush hair)
β οΈ Daily Non Negotiables
study Spanish for at minimum 10 minutes
read some form of a self-help or productivity book for a minimum of 10 pages
take a walk (either outside or walk around the house,3k to 5k steps minimum daily)
βοΈ Night Routine Non Negotiables
night time guided journal + daily journal (minimum one sentence about my day)
night time hygiene (shower/brush teeth/skincare)
set myself up for the next day
π "Rules"
need to post an update for every day for accountability. if I do not do something I've listed, I need to have a genuine reason why (sick, migraine, unknown change of plans, weather, bodily pain or injury, etc) and must explain the reason or admit to my excuses.
consistent wake up and sleep time. wake up between 5/530am, and be asleep no later then 10/1030pm.
no more than 2 cups of a coffee a day
no coffee after 1pm
minimum 80oz of water
try to minimize screen time on social media
be honest!!! lying about this helps no one, and only keeps me unproductive and unmotivated. if I'm going to do this, I'm going to do it.
Here's to giving myself an extra kick in the rear yo stay productive and keep myself motivated and disciplined as best as possible. It's the least I can do for myself. starts today/tomorrow (may 27th or 28th)!
please keep me accountable lovelies π©·

π₯° Self Love/Care

put away all clean clothes
lay down in silence for 3 minutes
So I replaced social health with adulting tasks as I'm a more introverted person so the only social tasks would be calling my dad or talking to my boyfriend or the occasional chat with the roommates. I also know that "lay down in silence" is odd but I'm trying to train myself to be okay with being bored. sort of like meditation but with an emphasis on the do nothing aspects.
I'm super tired today for no reason, but I know I'll get at least 90% of my goals met.

Winter Break Goals/Habits/Things to Begin
So, my winter break begins Saturday officially, even tho I finish all my schoolwork by tomorrow/Thursday. I figured to keep me on track with my goal of being a better me in 2024, I'd make a list of some things I'd like to incorporate into my days during my 6 week long winter break! Not everything will be accomplished, but I'm going to try my hardest.
π©· My Winter Break List π©·
consistent workout routine 3-5 days a week
try out a pilates class (local studio)
study japanese/spanish every day (create a new routine for studying either)
consistent sleep schedule (10pm - 6am)
daily afternoon hot girl walks (30+ minutes)
daily gratitude journaling
answer a journal prompt daily
read every day, 1 chapter of a book minimum
pick up a hobby and practice it several times a week (drawing, crochet, etc)
daily morning and night skincare
daily meditation (in the morning)
educate myself on healthy financial habits
drink electrolytes daily
watch one episode of a TV show minimum (NOT American Dad - thats my comfort sho)
clean bedroom and do laundry often, weekly at worst
get ready for the day, every day (do my hair, wear clothes I DIDNT sleep in, maybe some light makeup)
eat breakfast every day
meet my protein goal daily
track all my habits daily
it seems like a lot, yes, but it is completely doable as some of these habits take 10 minutes or less and I have 24 hours in a day to fill up. I get bored very easy si if I don't set goals, I'll end up staying in bed on my phone all day long and that's not healthy or productive whatsoever. I'll include these in my daily challenge updates too to keep myself accountable!!
here's to trying ro be a better me!

reblogging so I can come back and read this whenever I need to <3
β‘ channel your inner elle woods and dive into your studies with a βwhat, like itβs hard?β mindset
studying will only be hard if you assume it to be. uplift yourself before starting your study session. go on a rampage on how youβre the best student at your school and that youβre successful at everything you do! the only person that will be with you from the beginning till the end is you. be your own cheerleader despite it all.
life is better when you romanticize it and nothing beats playing some music to level your head, looking at photos & scenes of your favorite characters studying and acing their tests!Β
clean your desk, light some candles, buy cute stationary, pretend youβre being filmed, visualize how it would feel when you have straight Aβs and see that perfect score on the corner of your test/exams.
make a playlist with a cute cover and choose a vibe. dark or light academia? classics? rnb? cafe jazz? make it fun. mix it all together or make multiple playlists for the different moods youβll be in. donβt listen to lyrical music. i recommend brown noise! and going to a cafe or a library helps me focus a lot. the background chatter doesnβt ever get too much for me so it gets easy for me to tune it out.
bambiβs supplies:
kokuyo campus binder notebooks
papier planners
laohaster aesthetic highlighters - 1 & 2
tombow dual brush pen markers
0.35 pens + muji 0.38 pens
paper mate gel pens
aesthetic book tabs
kraft paper sticky notes
index card case
i love to study at libraries and local cafes. i also use this time to go on adventures to explore my city and find hidden gems. make sure itβs a place where you like the vibe, there are no distractions. something about looking like that mysterious, studious girl who stays to herself >>>>
before you indulge in your studies, be aware of your surroundings. get familiar with the place by grazing your eyes over the area and begin :)
make a checklist of all the items you need. laptop, charger, pens, notebooks, textbooks, a book to read if you want to spend more time at the place youβre at, headphones, calculator, etc!
if youβd rather stay inside, make your area is clean of clutter and clear of distractions.
now that youβve set out a place, letβs talk about time. what hours in the day work for you? morning, afternoons or at night? what weekdays work the best for you to keep up with this schedule?
be reasonable with yourself here. pick a time where your schedule is free and you wonβt be distracted by obligations. tell your friends and family youβll be busy during those hours on selected weekdays, not everyday will be the same. life can be hectic so this is where you take responsibility. work around your appointments. make use of your time and run flash cards while you wait to get called in or youβre in line, while you exercise, get creative!Β
setting time away to eat and make sure you drink enough water is not equally but more important than any other thing. take care of yourself.Β
utilize your time wisely. no one and nothing is going to achieve those goals. you are.Β
now, letβs actually get into how i study.Β
create a system that works for you. keep a list of all of your assignments, finals, exams, tests, projects in an excel spreadsheet organized and ascended by the due dates and the progress of its completion. here are two very simple examples i made.Β
as you progress through the list, itβs always so good to see the growing checkmarks! like yes, you did that and you can continue doing so! i always advocate for keeping track of your accomplishments no matter what β‘
as for day to day classes and schedules, you can use notion or google calendar. there are plenty of cute and practical templates out there to use.
let me know if i should share mine or make some
the most important thing a student can do is put themselves first! find out what works for you. your strengths, your weaknesses, and obstacles you tend to come across and work around them to make the best out of it.Β
weβve already covered the topics of time and place so great! now, that youβre all set, additional things i keep in mind to make sure i am all nice and comfortable areβ¦
making sure i am comfortable. the temperature, clothes i am wearing, if i feel safe at the cafe/library/room iβm in.
i canβt focus or do anything on an empty stomach so get a small meal before you start and keep water and snacks with you!
the most important questions of all: are there any illnesses you have that affect your studying and focus? what is something you often find that gets in your way?
as hard as dealing with illnesses gets on a daily basis, itβs easy to forget that it can affect your studies just as much. you need to work with them. i used to think i was stupid, slow, and downright crazy for not understanding material right away or for how easily distracted i got because of my random bursts of energy. then it just dawned upon me one day and i said βohβ¦ duh?β
so, what did i do? i found out what worked for me, monitored my studying techniques and personally modified them to work better with my attention deficit.
tackle the important tasks first. low maintenance assignments like reading and writing notes on a section, annotations, and worksheets can wait if theyβre easy but this way might not be for everyone.Β
the reason why i advise this is because at the beginning of a study session, i have the most energy/brain power so iβd rather shift my energy towards the assignments that need more of my focus!
plan what tasks you intend on focusing on that day. look at your assignment spreadsheet. which ones are more important/urgent? due the soonest? write them out in order and follow the list.
immediately writing down my thoughts. iβm very forgetful so making this a habit has helped me so much for when i get any new ideas and remember to do something very important.
find out what learning style fits you. visual, auditory, reading and writing, kinesthetic. making powerpoints, study guides, drawing diagrams, color coding systems, interactive notes. cater your study methods to your needs. here is a pinterest board with examples!
take a self assessment quiz. if you want, check these quizzes out to figure out what kind of learner you are and what study habits you can improve! remember that you can always be more than one thing just because quizzes give you a single result. you know you!
active recall. itβs a study method to help with retention, memorization, and informational retrieval. it reduces forgetfulness all the while actively stimulating your brain rather than writing notes, highlighting text information.Β
separate the topics + subtopics and in the end, when you feel confident, jumble them together.
flashcards! i love them. you can use quizlet which has a spaced repetition system where it will bring back material you got wrong so you can focus on it extensively. physical flashcards and manually having to write them out is also a form of memorization!
practice testing (not multiple choice) online or finding them on a textbook, ask a friend to quiz you or ask questions to yourself and try to answer them accurately.
pretend to give a lecture. i love this one the most because if you know the subject very well, you can pretend to explain it to a peer and even a middle schooler so that it gives you a chance to simplify the material so itβs easy for them (and you) to retain.Β
while using flashcards and lecture techniques, it helps me when my adhd flares up and i really canβt seem to stay still or keep from making noise. i can walk around my room & talk aloud, walk on a treadmill, and move my body!
i study until it becomes natural for me to know the answer, not because i recognize the term.
check your work and understanding to make sure that all of the information youβre studying is correct! it wonβt hurt to do a little review here and there. you never know when a mistake mightβve snuck itβs way in.
make your own study guide. (if thatβs your method) for every unit and section, covering every topic. this can be on google docs and whenever you learn something new that you think is important to know, add it via docs app or write it on a notepad so that you can fill it in later.
on the go. you donβt have to do this ALL the time (or at all) but if you think you need more time to soak your mind with information but youβre on a bus, waiting in line, etc. pull out your flashcards or google docs app to quickly review. thereβs no harm in that! (just make sure youβre aware of your surroundings please)
OFFICE HOURS! go to office hours even if you donβt have any specific questions or struggles! itβs always an extra learning opportunity because you can listen to teachers and teaching assistants answer questions you might have later on AND the more you attend office hours, youβll build a connection and get to know the teachers. that is always important.
starting assignments ahead of time. donβt put off working on a project just because itβs due in 3 weeks or so. start ahead of time so you donβt stress yourself out and cram. stretch them out. plus, even if you donβt actually put yourself to work, get a feel of the materials youβll need to know, the instructions, etc because if you have any questions, youβll have more/easy access to teachers for help since not many people will be there at the beginning of when a project is assigned.
ADVANCE READING! this is so fun to do. you basically just read ahead on current/future topics the teacher will cover to grasp onto the information. write down any questions you have and personally ask the teacher for a more clear answer for your understanding.
i love doing this because when the time comes of the teacher covering the topic, light bulbs just keep going off in my head! itβs exciting. it gives me room for me to retain and write any additional information the teacher says.
do not multitask. remember, if multitasking has always worked for you, donβt stop! for me, itβs truly better to focus on the task at hand to strengthen skills and concentration rather than having to do 2 or 3 different things at once. efficiency is key and staying true to one task at a time is the best way to do so.
BUT when my adhd gets in the way, be consistently inconsistent. donβt unnecessarily guilt trip yourself when you suddenly feel like doing another task. go with the flow. follow whatever your brain feels like doing at the moment! MOVEMENT IS MOVEMENT.
additional tip: take breaks at certain times even if you donβt feel like it. like the advice above, it doesnβt necessarily have to be resting. it can be as simple as taking a trip to get a beverage, tidying up your area, something easy & light to keep your mind occupied and to avoid burn out.
Β breaking down the assignments into sections. this defeats procrastination. it can seem overwhelming when all the information is pieced together into one so divide the tasks into small sections.Β
ex. read one chapter in the textbook, start writing down terms to know, annotate. move onto the next.
study groups. itβs collaborativeβ a chance to ask and also help others on topics you donβt know and make connections! the smaller the better in my opinion.
donβt look at studying as something you βhave" to do. itβs an activity. a choice. it can either be stressful or something you can easily get throughβ how you approach this will ;
participate! ask questions! donβt be afraid to ask questions and raise your hand to put your two cents in when itβs an open discussion! just do it.
focus on the now. donβt overwhelm yourself by looking at all the assignments you have due. the task youβre working on at the present moment is the one that needs the most attention and focus.
advice from others wonβt always work for you. we are all different! what might work for others wonβt always work for you. this is why itβs important to monitor your study sessions, habits, behaviors, and find out what works and what you like better through trial and error.Β
except for when i tell you to take care of yourself. if thereβs anything you should take away from my posts, it is to put your needs first. always!
βthink of motivation as a power boost at the starting line and your foot pressing on the pedal of your car is discipline, itβs what keeps you going forward on your journey. motivation, as fleeting as it is wonβt bring you far but self-discipline will.β
remind yourself of the life you want to live, the businesses you will own, the cases youβll win, the people youβll be able to help with your knowledge, the feelings youβll have because of your amazing accomplishments if you just keep. on. going.Β
read the βcontinuing to strengthen self disciplineβ section in my dream girl guide post. i guarantee it will help in finding what really works best for you when it comes to identifying roadblocks and how to work around these struggles.
KEEP UP THE MOMENTUM. youβve been on top of your game so when it comes to engaging in activities that donβt revolve around school work, make it worthwhile. stay off your phone, say no to silly distractions and do something youβll thoroughly enjoy. paint, draw, write, read a book, go on a walk! this will keep you going in doing your very best every day and it doesnβt have to be a strenuous activity! stagnancy who?
DOING ANYTHING THAT BRINGS YOU JOY AND FULFILLMENT IS PRODUCTIVE.Β
TAKE BREAKS. GO TO SLEEP. EAT WELL.
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.
DO NOT PUT THIS ON THE BACK BURNER. you want good grades and to do your very best, that canβt happen unless you TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.
if itβs past your usual bedtime and your eyes are drooping, struggling to stay open, how are you able to retain all the information from that moment on? go to bed because then youβll get a good nightβs sleep and youβll be refreshed for your next dayβs class! OR if you donβt have class, youβll be able to bounce back into studying in amazing condition.
PAMPER YOURSELF.Β
good heavens, take a shower, wash your face, go for a walk, move your body, stretch, take time to just stay to yourself. enjoy the silence, play some calming music, watch a show, take a nap. your body is a temple, treat it with love.Β
if youβre constantly stressed out all the while continuously flooding your brain with so much information without resting:
it decreases concentration β you wonβt be able to retain any new information (so studying is automatically deemed useless) β poor sleep β you attend class and your inability to focus and overall school performance has degradedβ you isolate yourself from social interactions β fall into depression β difficulty picking yourself back up and the list goes onβ¦
in summary, you will not be able to continue and put in your best work.
always remember that pushing yourself past your limit does more harm than good.Β
you WILL crash and all that hard work will go to waste once youβre physically and mentally unable to show up for yourself.
and if it means you have to get anything lower than a 80, IT IS OKAY. nothing is worth more than your health. trust me.

Well, I'm two days *late* but it's the beginning of a new month and I figured, why not set a couple of goals for this month? My spring semester ends next Friday, the 10th, so I want to have some things to focus on for this month before I travel to Colorado in June for work <3
π©· May Goals π©·
have 1-3 more meeting with my italki teacher
study Spanish for some time every day
get daily movement (either 10k steps or 20+ minutes of a workout, low impact preferably [i love at home mat pilates])
read 10 pages of a book daily
keep up with my accountability buddies (if they still want to!)
maintain a consistent morning and night routine (journaling, skincare, etc)
prepare for my work trip (suitcase, plane ticket, buy my necessities, etc)
start modifying my current food intake (I don't like the word diet) due to a new health issue I discovered with my doctor
not too many goals, not too stressful. I'm going to habit track some of this as well to help keep me motivated, and hopefully continue working with my accountability buddies to keep me on track this summer! here's to another beautiful month of life π

What is your morning and night routine ?
So, I don't follow these to their exact details every single day, but these are my ideal routines that, at the very least, I try to accomplish some of these things every day. This is just what I've currently been doing, to keep this as honest as possible.
π©· Morning Routine -
wake up, drink some water (typically about half a 16oz water bottle)
put on my sweatpants, use the bathroom, wash my hands
brush my teeth, wash my face, do my morning skincare routine (currently using Cerave Hydrating Face Wash, Vitamin C serum, a thick moisturizer, and a lightweight sunscreen, I also apply hyaluronic acid to my lips and lock it in with a layer of vaseline or aquaphor) - need to update my skincare routine on here
make my bed
plug in all my electronics to charge if I didn't do it the night before
sit at my desk, write in my guided journal
answer a journal prompt from the Daily Haloha app on my phone
I typically check my emails, social media's, etc around this time and drink a hot cup of coffee
depending on what I have to do that day, I'll get ready (what I wear depends on where I'm going - gym, only classes, work, etc)
do my hair and maybe some makeup (again, depends)
pack my bags accordingly (school stuff in backpack, work stuff in work bag, respective gym stuff in school bag - all depends on the day)
clear any dishes and unnecessary trash from my room/desk area
pop on my headphones, grab my keys, head to my destination
I did not include breakfast as i typically eat on campus, or i skip breakfast because im not hungry. Some morning i shower and then do the brsuh teeth and skincare but it depends. I will update my ideal day routine for winter break as I will not be working or going to school during that time. it'll be the perfect chance to work on myself <3
π©· Night Routine -
(shower if i didn't shower earlier in the day)
change into sweatpants and a shirt to sleep in
brush my teeth, wash my face (double cleanse most nights, follow my routine for that night) - I use a skincare diary app to create my routines by day and I love it
complete my night guided journal
scroll my social media's for a little bit
plug in all my devices (except my watch, I wear that to track my sleep sometimes)
lay down, typically zoom call my boyfriend for a little bit
after the zoom call, I honestly watch asmr until I get super tired and then I switch off my iPad.
plug my phone in, take off my glasses, take a small drink of water, close my eyes and fall asleep.
I typically try to wake up between 4 and 6am, and I try to go to bed between 8 and 10pm, sometimes 11 if I plan to sleep in the next day. I didn't include journal prompts or reading as I do those throughout the day and don't count them as part of a set routine.
Will update soon with my ideal routine I want to follow for morning and night during my 6 week winter break! will include gym time, breakfast time, etc. I know these routines don't seem so girly and lovely, but as a stressed-out college junior, this is what I do. I try to be realistic on here, as much as I can.

Daily Check-in September 7th, 2023 π
Today was...not the most productive day for me if I'm being honest. When I'm using my Ipad to video call my boyfriend, I can't take notes like I want to, so I end up feeling like I'm behind on my homework. I'm genuinely thinking about buying a second Ipad to keep my personal life and academic life separate. I have a 2nd Ipad, but it's with my boyfriend, 1000+ miles away. My university sells one online for 300$ USD so I might buy it when I get paid next week.
π©· What I Ate Today -
Breakfast - leftover burritos with taco bell Diablo sauce
Lunch - spicy ramen with shredded fiesta blend cheese
Dinner - McDonald's
Snacks - one mint choco chip yasso bar, two cups of coffee with creamer
Not my healthiest eating day but I have been incredibly stressed so I turned to easy, greasy comfort food though all its done is upset my stomach. Tomorrow will be better.
π©· Personal Habits/Goals I Achieved -
nightly skincare routine
studied Japanese for 10ish minutes
took out my bedroom trash
made a workout plan for the week
made a goal setting plan for working out
got in touch with one of my two assigned registered dietitian mentors
got my three week grown acrylics soaked off professionally
I'm hoping to implement the workout routine tomorrow, but I want to take it slow ish because I'm still recovering from a back injury and whiplash from last week so fingers crossed I don't irritate the injury! Also, I'm super excited to be a dietitian mentee. The one dietitian I'm in contact with currently is absolutely the sweetest!
π©· Academic Achievements -
finished my Fitness For Health and Sport module 3 notes
posted my discussion post and one classmate response for the same course
completed and passed the module quiz for the same class
completed and passed my Food Fundamentals Chapter 5 Quiz
planned for the next few upcoming days
My job has me scheduled for ~35 hours Friday thru Monday, so I am going to be so tired this weekend, but I need the money because I have rent to pay, I want to buy a Genki 1 & 2 Textbook and Workbook + Answer key & hiragana/sentence chart (and some other resources), I want some more stationary, and I need to buy more groceries soon. I am also planning to buy another Ipad, and add some language app subscriptions to my arsenal of language resources for my lazy days.
π©· Song of the Day - TT Japanese vr by Twice
I love that there are so many Japanese versions of kpop songs that I absolutely love, so this way I can passively listen to the language while enjoying music! There's also a ton of J-pop songs I'm currently in love with. Some of my favorite j-pop artists are liSa, Kenshi Yonezu, YOASOBI, Fuji Kaze, Suda Masaki, Ado, etc.
I did not workout today, I did not do morning skincare, and I did not make my bed. I am planning on getting back on track tomorrow. I appreciate this platform and my followers who help me want to stay on track. I appreciate all 300+ of you <3
Til next time, lovelies π©·
