I am a big Percy Jackson fan but one thing always annoyed me about the big prophesy

A half-blood of the eldest gods,

Shall reach sixteen against all odds.

do you notice how they say "eldest gods". Everyone assumes it is about one of the children of the "big three" (Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon). They are not the only "eldest gods" around. If you think about it, this could also be about Demeter! (Hera and Hestia are both unable to get half-blood children, Hera can't cheat and Hestia is a maiden goddess who made a vow of chastity.) And there is more, Aphrodite is the oldest god! She was a child of Uranus (something explained in Heroes of Olympus). So why wasn't Silena Beauregard not the one in the prophesy??? She was 16 17ish when she died!!!!!

So they could've said big three, oldest brothers, etc.

Nothing tickles my brain as much as a good Lily and Remus friendship. Platonic soulmates James and Sirius are good, but platonic soulmates Lily and Remus are better. They are such a good duo, and they make most Wolfstar fics so much better!!!

I love the "Jason is the only Wayne who can cook" headcanon

It is always so funny because it is such a contrast to his looks and whole Red Hood persona. And it is logical, Jason had to take care of his mother after all, when he was younger.

And it gives us many fun scenarios...

i have some mixed feelings about the mha fandom, but I love that the first thing that most fanfic writers do when the first year of ua starts is expelling the grapist (mineta)

I just went to Wattpad for a second, ran back to AO3 immediately, those 13 year olds need to touch some grass

why do so many people ship other people with father figures

I do not want to ship shame, but I am always disappointed when I find a nice fic with a good premise, and bam the father figure shipping starts...

normally, I just filter, but in small fandoms, I like to rawdog it and do no filters and no tag check except for the relationship tags and I am always so disappointed when they pull this...

rn i am really into the Rangers Apprentice fandom, and they only have a little over a thousand fics, (i know that sounds like a lot but I think i have read the fics i find interesting in a week) and i hate it when they ship halt/will! Halt is such a dad in other fics and it just makes me feel gross....
