i shifted after a break.
before going to sleep, I read a success story post on amino for motivation, it made me want to shift again but to somewhere different, and I thought going to something like San Fransokyo (the city of big hero 6) because I felt like visualizing it, so I did + played this subliminal mentioned in the amino post, and then I fell asleep.
I opened my eyes on a sky metro/bus (the ones that travel above cities), and everything immediately became clearer with all my senses. I looked out the window and saw the cityโs landmarks with a sunset. At that point, I did a reality check and counted exactly five fingers. It seemed unbelievable after a long break, but I thought, โIt was that easy?โ. So, I took out my phone and saw that my wallpaper was an anime character with long pink hair, and I noticed I had the Lifa app so I clicked on it and it was massive, I thought instead of traveling by bus Iโd take a private jet home (lol just for fun), but the app obviously suggested I take something else since home was nearby. So, I decided to get off the bus and prepare my things. I had a backpack with newly bought electronic gadgets, so I packed everything inside and got up to get off. But then I came back here because I thought of this reality, Iโm okay with it though because I just got reminded how powerful I am.
iโll do the same method soon to shift to my main marauders dr, who knows if iโll come back here though.
The idea that time is not linear comes from the understanding that it is merely a perception created by the human mind to organize experiences. In reality, everything that exists, has existed, or will exist is already present in the โeternal now.โ This means that while we are accustomed to thinking of time as a straight line with past, present, and future, this is merely a mental convention to make it easier for us to understand.
How does this connect to manifestation?
If everything already exists, including your fulfilled desire, you do not need to โwaitโ for something to happen or โdo somethingโ in the present to achieve it in the future. Instead, you can simply align your consciousness and your internal state with the reality where your desire is already true. This alignment puts you in the position to experience that version of your life because, in the infinite field of possibilities, it is already there.
1. Accept that the future already exists: Stop thinking of the future as something distant or uncertain. See it as a choice available to you in this moment.
2. Visualize as if it were now: Whenever you think about what you want, bring it into the present. Imagine that you are already living it.
3. Feel it as truth: The feeling is the link between you and the desired reality. When you feel that you already have what you want, you activate the corresponding state and allow it to manifest.
4. Let go of the illusion of โwaitingโ: If time is an illusion, there is no real โwaiting.โ You are simply experiencing in the physical what you have already accepted within yourself.
Why does time seem linear?
Our brain processes experiences sequentially to make sense of the world around us. This linearity is useful for practical tasks, but it is not the absolute reality. At deeper levels, time functions as a โfieldโ where everything already exists.
When you understand that time is not a barrier, you realize that you can โjumpโ from one reality to another simply by choosing where to place your focus and energy. This change in perspective eliminates the idea that there is something to be โachievedโ in the future โ everything you want is already yours.
Conclusion:
Time is not linear; it is a construct perceived by our mind. Everything already exists simultaneously โ past, present, and future are available in the โnow.โ This means that you can access any state or reality you desire, because, in essence, everything is already created. You just need to align your consciousness with what you wish to experience.
remember, you are the universe experiencing itself.
This morning I shifted through sleep paralysis to like five different places but kept leaving. I was scared half to death because I hate speed running shifting. But I went to Edo period Hokkaido and soaked in an onsen, then went on a boat ride. So that was nice. Usually, I abstain from forms of social media because hearing bad news interferes with my daily mood to the point I wonโt want to go outside. But I did it anyway. And I feel better now but I just canโt get over how nightmarish this world is in many ways. I just canโt fathom why there is such callousness about the lives and wellbeing of others and it makes me sick. Thatโs to say, well if it disgusts me so much why donโt I just leave personally. Well, the way reality works is that everything is happening all at once even in relatives where time freezes. So all that ever was and will be is right now. Which is why we can flit back and forth between times in different universes and realities with no issue. Just because you are not experiencing it doesnโt mean that it ceases to exist.
Even if you shift away from this reality, a part of yourself will still be hear running your life. I like to correlate it to essentially keeping it warm for your return. Like an understudy who may or may not fill indefinitely. This is not a separate version of you. This is you. Which means that there is no reason to neglect this reality even if you loathe it. Think of it as the evening before your trip. You wonโt cease to take care of your needs or eat just because you will be gone in a couple hours. Whether or not you neglect your needs, whoever picks up the slack will still be a part of you, regardless of where your consciousness is. This does not mean that you will have to experience it. If you truly wish to, whatever part of your concussioness is aware of this reality will stop perceiving if once you leave. Complicated I know but stay with me. Below is a diagram that I made to explain it. Save it I donโt mind, sorry itโs a bit small.
There is a dominant personality of sorts that you assume at birth in this reality that aids you. But this is not a necessity for every really you go to. And since it is not universal, it can thus be shed at will once your reality status no longer needs it. But because your conscious mind has become quite comfortable with its waking personality, it will not unless prompted. I would compare your consciousness kind of like a lazy old dog that does just not to please you but no more than prompted. If you really are in such utter pain with this reality but you find yourself stuck. I would focus first on dealing with that situation and those emotions. When I feel overwhelmed and anxious about life, I decide whether I can fix it and whether I am at fault. If I cannot fix it, then I work to let it go. And if Iโm at fault, I try to accept my part in it and work to do better. If you are not ready to move on than donโt force it just let yourself feel what is natural, and when you are ready move to solve it.
Now when I want to shift first I remind myself that I am not in control of this world and did not create. We donโt create our realities we simply choose them or encounter them by chance. Itโs basically like a lottery if our minds are open enough. Then I listen to music until i repeat to myself that I am safe and somewhere I want to be. And Iโll say that until I feel less anxious and then just daydream or sleep. Then Iโll shift if I feel like it.
When you are dealing with thoughts like these. Whether you like it or not. The power is in your hands once you become conscious of it. You can fix it or let it be decided for you. Most people are not responsible for the terrible things that happen to them, that is true. So first deal with it how you can to make yourself feel less stress, and then push on to try. Life moves forward with or without you. So much is pushed out to us through the media that we are made to feel as if we are at fault for permitting the wrongdoing in this world. Humans will continue in this reality to slight one another until the Earth fails them. Thatโs what we have conditioned ourselves to be. Focus on being a good person and attempting to do right by yourself and others. Because weโre not learning anytime soon from the mistakes of our predecessors and more pain will only come.
I think Iโll post next about the use of auditory aids in shifting (music, subliminal, frequencies) maybe on Sunday. There are a few more topics I still have left to write about but the little guide is almost done, thank god. Itโs about 50 pages. And I think Iโll post another two or three excerpts from it before I edit it. then someone other than me gets the pleasure of reading it to make sure itโs not just rambles.
