Just a little comment on this :

Yall have to stop putting fruits and veggies in the same category, If you basically ask yourself, "Am I craving fruits?" the answer will be 100% yes. I'd crave fruits even if I'm filled up to the point I can't move, so it's a tricky question if you test your hunger with it. Fruits are a treat from nature, and they are easy to binge on.

Veggies are Fiber.
