Well, this DTIYS was a kind of journey for me.

When I saw @breeyn piece at first I thouht ‘I reaaaally like that, I do, but I can’t do all these flowers, I don’t draw backgrounds, nope.’ Next day I opened new canvas and started drawing. And it was the best decision ever, I enjoyed it very much, experimented and learned a lot and now I am pretty proud of myself (and yesss, sometimes it was bit a stressful for me if I may be honest to you :D), still not sure if I did a good measurements of flowers, but I found and tried amazing brushes instead!

So, here I am, me and my fully painted landscape with red-belly snake looking into the distance and waiting for a better future (which is coming).

Oh my, I don’t believe that it is really going to happen! Sweet Jesus, month ago I finally bought the very oldest Czech version (it’s the only version and after MONTHS of seeking) from bazaar, and guys, in fact, there is not any edition in my native language. Thanks for news! It seems like miracle <3 

Oh dear lord, just found out that the illustrated version is coming out also in Czech, my native language. I already have two Illustrated versions of GO in English and many other ones, and also normal one in Czech. I don’t need this…

I had a really hard times for last weeks. My laptop was in servis, three times a month (don’t even talk about price), I was struggling with offices (still I am but some things are solved at least), with lack of job offers in my profession (did I say I quite job), and many many other things that many people probably suffer from too, but sometimes it’s just too much. When I received another bad news, mum took me to the bookshop (actually she dropped me there, my sweet dear mum, I love her).

I haven’t been in a bookshop for years.

I bought three books, one for me and two for my siblings - Christmas is coming and who knows when I'll be able to go shopping again.

I bought Good Omens. Precisely after 30 years it’s finally translated to my language and I didn't hesitate for a second. I can’t stop staring at my small collection and smiling and feeling a little better.

When I got to this moment in the story, I was absolutely charmed - by whole action, atmosphere, place, everything. You know, I love Bentley, but hate drawing cars. I still have no idea how to draw car, but there it is, fanart for amazing @ineffablefool​ and his lovely fic But It Wouldn't Be Make-Believe. I really tried to draw these two idiots in right way and I hope you’d like it and can guess which part I drew ^^ (because there was an intention!) (It's been almost two months since I drew first sketch, but better later than never, right? And if you haven't started reading yet, you know what to do.)
