The mind unconsciously loves problems because they give you an identity of sorts. This is normal, and it is insane.

“Problem” means that you are dwelling on a situation mentally without there being a true intention or possibility of taking action now and that you are unconsciously making it part of your sense of self.

You become so overwhelmed by your life situation that you lose your sense of life, of Being. Or you are carrying in your mind the insane burden of a hundred things that you will or may have to do in the future instead of focusing your attention on the one thing that you can do now.

I would not recommend work blocks because if you are really deep into something already,why stop the flow?

But if it helps you, you can set a timer for 45 minutes and take a 15-minute break.

Take how much time you want in the morning to focus on you, have no distractions, and put down the phone!

Alter at least 20-30 minutes in the morning to focus on you. As this helps you set the tone for the day

Stop pretending you’re trying when all you do is sabotage yourself.

You swear you want this, but your actions prove otherwise.

Do you think change happens to people who give in every time their stomach begs for food? It doesn’t.

Change happens to those who know how to suffer—who choose to suffer.

You’re weak because you keep choosing comfort over progress. And if you don’t see a difference in the mirror tomorrow, you have no one to blame but yourself.

Hunger isn’t the enemy.

It’s the only path to freedom.

Do you want to be proud of yourself for once in your miserable life? Then stop feeding your failures.

Every time you eat, you’re choosing to stay disgusting.

Every time you listen to your cravings, you’re proving you don’t want this badly enough.

Hunger is your friend. Embrace it, suffer through it, and let it carve you into someone worth looking at.

Be hungry, or be disgusting.

The choice is yours.

But don’t you dare whine about hating your body if you can’t even endure the price of fixing it.

I just noticed that if I hold my shoulders a certain way i can see my collar bones. I want to see them all the time. Theyre beautiful.
