okay im gonna be aggressive about this actually wil doesn't get to show up after two weeks of phil being the second best dad on the entire fucking server (after roier) and start throwing implications about phil being a terrible father and the fandom eating it up
like wil is Objectively Incorrect that phil shouldn't be raising his kids as warriors. tallulah Will die if she doesn't at least get armor and a sword for self defense. phil's house seems paranoid but chayanne would be dead now if not for it.
qsmp phil is a good dad actually no matter how much wil wants to give his own character some angst at phil's expense
Starting today, Sherlock Holmes is, in all of his respectful, emotional glory, completely and unquestionably in the public domain, which means… Herlock Sholmes has outlived his place in history.
You’ve done good, my dear detective. Rest now.
he was gkjgn to call himself daedalus are you fucjing kidding me THISBIS SO FUCKED THIS IS SO FUCKED
Awkward question, but what do you think Holmes saw in Watson?
Oh, my goodness. Well, he was everything Holmes needed; wry, and kind, and occasionally snarky, generous with his praise, and honest about his own flaws without being too hard on himself. He loved music and knowledge and beauty. He knew how to live through hardship with dignity and how to enjoy good things when they came without becoming dependent on them. He was adventurous. He was incessantly curious. He was a wonderful listener, and intelligent, and quick to comprehend, and enjoyed being taught. He never let himself be bullied or overawed. He was confident in what he knew. He was compassionate. He was deeply sincere. He knew how to keep others’ secrets, and respect their limits and their privacy and their humanity. He despised cruelty. He didn’t judge by class, but by character. He was a hopeful realist. He was quick to defend Holmes, even from himself. He valued truth and justice above even the law, which is an essential trait in a passionately fair man’s partner. He was capable of instant obedience or of acting promptly on his own instincts, whichever was necessary. He was absurdly brave. And he was a flaming bisexual.
a gift for @tomodachimeter !
this is a scene from her fukinamono fic, if you let me !! It’s such a wonderful story….
I hope you like it :3c
wilbur not wanting to be a father lines up with his fears. he doesn't want to give tallulah any weapons or armor because he wants her to just "be a kid." he doesn't want to expose her to atrocities and wants to keep her happy at all times. however, this isn't realistic for the world they live in. horrible things have already taken place. kids have died already, and their parents have gone on murderous rampages as a result. even beyond that, mobs will try to attack the children. wilbur is scared of tallulah being hurt and shown what the world is really like, but the catch is that those things are inevitable. there will be a point where tallulah will have to fight, where she'll see what grief does to a person, where she will have to protect herself, and wilbur is deathly afraid of that. the one thing wilbur is afraid of is the one thing he can't avoid.
Her lips are like alcohol
They leave a burning sensation after I kiss her
And they make me feel as if I am commiting a sin
But if I really am,
Then isn't she worth sinning for?
Isn't a love as twisted and wrong as ours worth it?
Isn't it enough to know that when I wake up the next day she will be by my side?
My darling.
I love you.
I love the scars in your arms,
I love your loud laugh, always appearing at the worst moments,
I love your voice,
I love the stories that you write for me,
I love how you look in that dress that you hate so much,
I love your reflection in the mirror
and that you always refuse to see it,
I love that you've never told me you loved me,
but still showed me that you do.
I love you,
I love you,
I love you.
Like yes we know cphil is cwilbur dad but. What if the cphil on the dsmp isn’t really cwilburs dad. Just that universe’s version of him. What if Phil is waiting for Wilbur, hoping he’ll come home. Wondering at first why he never came home from the shitty gas station. Was he kept late? Was he hurt somewhere? Did he crash his car? Did he get murdered and Phil would never see him again?
It kills Phil. His wife has been dead since Wilbur was born. He puts up fliers at first and coordinates the search effort. He keeps searching even as it peeters out and everyone thinks he’s crazy to continue. He can’t loose his baby boy. but after 2 years he knows it’s in vain.
Phil hopes he’s happy at least, wherever he is.
Until one day, when Wilbur shows up on his doorstep. A white streak in his hair, wearing a trench coat. He has new scars and wrinkles. His eyes are sad but his smile wide. His son is home. All is well. Phil hugs him and he cries and cries. Wilbur is confused, but hugs back. Wilbur will not tell him what happened in those two years no matter how hard he presses. Wilbur is colder, more distant. Phil doesn’t know why.
Wilbur goes back to work at the gas station.
When that episode happens in Stampede I hope that it's a combination of the church and the couch. I hope that they sit in front of the altar, I hope that they lean on it. I hope that the roof is destroyed and that you can see the ship from within. I hope that the little papers look like flower petals and that the bottle looks like a bouquet. I hope he tries to smile but fails.
I hope I cry.
c!tommy died with his discs locked in his enderchest.
no one will ever be able to take them away from him again. the discs that secured l’manberg’s independence, the discs that helped him through exile, the discs that he and c!tubbo almost died for; the discs he played on the bench with his friends. the first cat and the first mellohi on the server will forever be his.
