house is insane. He calls remy 13 as if shes still just a number to him but also treats her like his kid half the time. He was the only one not to write kutner an obituary but his death hit him so hard he ended up in the psych ward. He faked DNA evidence in court to save a guy he actively dislikes half the time. Hes the most selfish man alive and he blames himself for everything. Hes constantly meddling in his fellows and friends lives because he doesnt know how to actually be involved with people in any way other than Scheming and Plotting. And every time he tries to get better he gets beaten back into being a miserable old man

ppl talk about how left from reality airports are but i rly think public free wifi and the smart phone majority has done a lot to tame the airport. one time in 2013 I had an 8 hour layover in Philly with like 15 other people and I only packed one book which I finished way too early and I had no wifi money but then one of the other ppl revealed he had an entire projector in his carryon and he set the whole thing up and projected movies onto the ceiling and we all lied on the floor for like 6 hours watching whatever the hell he happened to have which was largely inappropriate to project on a public ceiling but what are ya gonna do itβs the 2013 airport

Well, Jimmy. I guess that's your cross to bear.
i've always wished that this show explored more of house in his pre-house md era because of scenes like these. on one hand, we get crumbs of how house was like from stacey's perspective...
... whereas on the other side of the spectrum, we get this from wilson:
i wish so badly that we had gotten to see foreman and amber really really interact cause they're very like eachother in terms of narrative function and character. both of them ARE house, one step removed - foreman is black and amber is a woman, and neither of them can afford to be as messy and reckless as house can afford to be, because they know that they won't be seen as good enough even if they're right all the time. foreman is running from his personal life and feels like an outsider in every situation. amber understands her place and knows that if nobody likes her, she has to be right, to make up for it. both of them have the guts and the brains to be house, but they are just too far removed from the qualities about house that allow him to get to where he is in the world with very few barriers. they're both such fascinating examinations of what you can get away with when you're not at a disadvantage from the beginning
iβm just here whenever i donβt have anyone to ramble about my new hyper-fixation with || a mish-mash of brba, bcs, lost, house md & severance
